• Sheila (9/5): Lovely house - Lovely house Just little things, no pads to clean the grill. No kitchen roll. Really untidy back garden, such a shame. Down the side of beds and skirting boards extremely dusty.

The bed was super comfy like we were sleeping in a cloud. The lady I spoke to was really nice so 5 stars for customer service couldn't find a single fault so I would definitely recommend this holiday let to anyone looking to stay in Preston, also quite close to the city centre and motorway links so very convenient location. • Margaret (1/5): Horrendous experience - The helpful elderly neighbor robin and access to motorway I had a number of issues with my stay! First up the WiFi password provided was incorrect. After multiple texts and told I was wrong I eventually sorted myself by using the password on the box (was told this was incorrect). Then my car was broken into - area is so poor. I felt so unsafe. As a solo traveller for work this area was not ideal. I normally stay 10 miles away in Chorley in an apartment but decided to give “ribbelton rendezvous” a try. Never again. After a number of days and getting my brother (who lives in Mansfield) to come stay with me (due to feeling so unsafe) he was bitten by bugs on two consecutive nights whilst sleeping. There was a strong smell of narcotics from the back bedroom. Hitting you as soon as you walk through front door. The cleaning standards were not up to scratch. The response I received from property was so poor. I was told the property was only opened (yet carpets FILTY) and dirt/dust in every corner. SPIDERS everywhere. I am a level 3 booking.com customer. I stay in so many properties throughout my work year. I don’t take lightly to negatively reviewing any property. However, This property was by FAR the worst ever! I gave the owner an opportunity to rectify my horrendous experience which they declined. Customer service skills may need attention.
