• Estibaliz (8/5): Mal comienzo... pero el apartamento está bien! - El apartamento tenía de todo para el menaje, estaba bien ubicado. Como llegamos más tarde de las 21h, la dueña nos hizo pasar por la inmobiliaria a recoger las llaves en un cajetín situado fuera de la oficina. El problema fue que booking nos puso un taxi desde el aeropuerto de Málaga al apartamento pero tuvimos que pedirle al taxista que nos parase primero en la inmobiliaria y después llevarnos al alojamiento el cual no estaba cerca del apartamento. El taxista nos dijo que eso no estaba contratado y tuvimos que pagarle 20€ más. Esto lo debería pagar la dueña ya que si tienes puesto en el anuncio que el check-in es de 16h a 00h está la dueña para darnos las llaves o el cajetín debe estar al lado del apartamento. Le pedimos a la dueña que nos pagase esos 20€ y nos dijo que ese no era su problema alegando que otros taxista hacen el favor de llevar a los inquilinos primero a la inmobiliaria y luego al apartamento. Señora, ese SÍ es su problema porque las condiciones no son las contratadas.
• Katie (9/5): Superb - The apartment was generally clean (apart from the shower drain cover) and cozy; just as advertised and perfect for a getaway. Staff were friendly and helpful and quick to assist when a problem arose. Location was excellent. Although there were a few "niggles" with the bathroom door and WiFi, we would definitely come again. There wasn't a kettle available in the apartment (it was not advertised as having one either) but for English people who like their tea in the morning, boiling a saucepan of water may be more inconvenient for them than if there was just a kettle available so this could be an idea for them to invest in one. (although there was a coffee machine). The bathroom door handle got stuck so we could not undo the door to use the bathroom (it was not locked) we called Marisol who was exceptionally quick to come and assist and open it. Unfortunately, the handle mechanism was broken and just out of anyone's control, so we could not close the door when using the bathroom for the remainder of our stay so as not to get stuck in the bathroom. This was not a problem due to traveling with my sister and it didn't matter. The flush on the toilet was broken, it was still usable but more awkward than if it hadn't been broken. While using the shower, the water was not draining properly and when I pulled the cover off, this was filled with hair which was not very pleasant to find. There were works going on with the WiFi in the area which Marisol informed us of, and said could disrupt the connection, but once this has been done and the router rebooted, the connection was still not good unfortunately, and we could not use the WiFi.
