• Mitzi (10/5): Outstanding oasis of comfort and tranquility. - This was such a lovely sanctuary after a very long drive. Kirsten was an extremely gracious host. The room it self was cozy, impeccably clean and was nicely decorated with lots of cool touches. I truly did not want to leave! Definitely would stay there again. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Nothing!

• Robert (9/5): Ideal bolt hole for one - Lovely bolt hole on the outskirts of Ashburton. As description says it's small and the private bathroom requires you to walk outside into the main house, however it's very cosy and ideal for a single person who is out and about most of the day. They are building a larger cabin with ensuite facilities so look out for that. And the host is very friendly.

Bathroom is completely separate from the cabin but the place is so clean with many amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, washing machine etc)

• Catherine (9/5): Great location for my travel needs. - Perfect location to suit my travels. Very comfy bed. Cabin had everything and more of what you didn't know you needed. Kristen was a great host.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - The cabin was beautifully styled, and also smelt lovely upon entering. It was comfortable and warm. The hostess was very pleasant. I don't know if I missed it, or there was a misunderstanding on my part, but I didn't realise the bathroom wasn't part of the cabin. To not have a toilet accessible without having to get dressed and put a coat and shoes on, was something that I would have liked to have known about before I chose to stay there. Many people need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, and going up and down steps and over uneven ground in the cold and rain is not something many would choose. The coat hook needs to be in a usable place, maybe behind the door.

Bathroom not being connected to room, would of made stay a little easier having it closer or part of room but was very clean and tidy.

• Nicole (10/5): Excellent - This host has thought of absolutely everything you could want, and it was beautifully decorated, functional, comfortable and warm. I loved the breakfasts, snacks and drinks. Everything was sparkling clean, and the shower was great, I didn't meet the host as the cabin, bathroom and sunroom are very private, and have their own entrance, but their communication was excellent. I was very grateful that I could bring my dog, he had a great time as the garden, neighborhood and local walks were lovely. The town was great for a holiday with lots to see and do. I can't fault this place, everything was perfect. I stayed for three nights, and wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean quiet privat - Cute, and Host had many different types of Drinks and snacks available to cater for all tastes, Nice smelling shower lotion, Off street parking, Safe Location. All was as it should be and more Bathroom was away from Cabin by a few steps, Can’t really complain because other competing accommodation in the area had same problem at higher price
