• GG&Cat-BLR (10/5): - Très bel appartement, dont la petite surface est bien utilisée. La décoration est moderne. La présence d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge est un plus. La rue est calme. L’appartement est à 800m de la gare et du parc. Nous y avons passé un très séjour. Une couette plus large pour le lit serait une source d’amélioration du confort.
• Susan (9/5): A well located comfortable apartment made our stay in Perth very enjoyable - Just a short walk from Perth Railway Station to a very quiet street but still within walking distance of the main shopping area. Kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. A phone number was provided should we have any issues and the one that we did have was dealt with in a very timely manner.
• cassidy (9/5): A lovely, spotless stay in a beautiful property with everything needed for a comfortable short break. - The property was fantastic, exactly as pictured and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It was also spotless throughout, which is something I really value when travelling. Bartek, the owner of the property communicated clearly and provided all of the necessary information needed a few days before check-in which was great. The only slight downside for me was that I found the mattress and pillows quite firm, which is just a personal preference and, of course, something that won’t suit everyone’s tastes. I also have extremely sensitive skin and found the detergent provided/used wasn’t particularly suitable for me and caused some irritation. It may be worth considering a gentler non-bio option (like fairy) in future to better cater to guests with sensitivities. That said, I completely appreciate this isn’t something most hotels or private accommodations typically provide or use during their cleaning services.

• Edeltraud (10/5): Wunderschönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage - Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Parkplatz ist in der Straße vor dem Haus immer vorhanden.

Called property manager/owner to see if any refund was available but told that we were within the 48 hour window for cancelations/refunds and nothing could be done. • Madeleine (9/5): Un apartamento moderno cerca del centro de Perth. - El confort y la ubicación del apartamento. Además, fue bastante fácil aparcar fuera en la calle. Me hubiera gustado tener más menaje en la cocina y otra toalla de mano y trapo de cocina, ya que estuvimos en el apartamento una semana y solamente tuvimos uno de cada. En adición, habrían sido útiles instrucciones prácticas, como donde depositar la basura y como funcionan los aparatos eléctricos.

• Ross (8/5): A great stay, and I suspect one of the better options in Perth. A couple of small changes would put me close to rating - Very clean and fresh . Nicely furnished. Location was good. albeit at first we wondered about this. Don’t get put off by the street entrance as it doesn’t reflect the apartment. Bed could be bigger and mattress was a bit firm for us. Pillows also too high and hard A selection of pillows would be a really good improvement as obviously being new the owners will unlikely want to change the bed ! No decent cafes handy so a Nespresso or similar would be really good.

It is in walking distance to the city centre where there is so much to do. Nothing could have been better, as it was perfect.
