• Fabian (5/5): nice - - great apartment, great location, The instructions to get to the apartment were bad, it took us two hours to understand where the door is, they told us dept. number 44, and there was no such door, we wasted time for free. The water in the bathrooms is weak. There is no laundry machine

• Patrick (6/5): Grand appartement très très bien placé mais manque d’équipements - Emplacement plus que parfait, au calme, au dernier étage avec ascenseur et accès sécurisé, avec vue superbe sur canal, et deux terrasses. Grand appartement spacieux, surprenant dans sa conception parfois. Belle cuisine équipée. Belles salles de bain avec beaucoup de miroirs. Bonne douche et baignoire. Appartement que l’on recommande si vous ne souhaitez pas manger sur place. Réfrigérateur grand, congélateur séparé, grands plans de travail dans cuisine. Odeur dans le 1er toilette; aucune table haute dans pièce principale qui est très grande, agréable, mais qui fait très vide. Juste table basse! La moitié des chaises sont cassées et dangereuses. Des manques d’équipement donc, pas d’instructions ou documents sur Vienne; pas d’instruction sur le tri et comment gérer nos poubelles. une serviette de toilette par personne. Pas de tapis de sol dans sdb. Des petits carreaux des sdb qui se décollent, et donc l’appartement aurait besoin d’entretien, d’une table et chaises sur au moins un des balcons. Nous avons prix nos petits déjeuners sur la table basse du salon! Booking avait inclus le prix des taxes de séjour dans le tarif réglé chez booking, et malgré cela le loueur nous a toujours demandé de régler cette taxe ! J’ai passé 30’ avec booking pour avoir des explications et enfin booking m’a dit de ne pas payer.

• Severin (6/5): Grundsätzlich sehr schön. - Die Lage und Aussicht war super. Klobrillen in allen Toiletten komplett lose, man Rutsch von der Toilette. Rollos in einem Schlafzimmer defekt, morgens volle Sonneneinstrahlung auf eine Betthälfte, schlafen unmöglich. Sämtliche Stühle kaputt, Sitzflächen gebrochen. 1 Bett nicht bezogen, aber die Überzüge lagen auf dem Bett. Als wir um 10:45 Uhr sonntags ausgecheckt haben , waren die nächsten Gäste schon da vll haben die Falsch gelesen.

• Gillian (7/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location however, the apartment requires some TLC to be considered a “luxury’ apartment. - Great location, spacious interior. I would not consider this a ‘luxury’ apartment as only the bare essentials offered to guests I.e. 1 bath towel per person, no bath mats, tea, coffee etc. There were no blinds in one of the bedrooms so difficult to sleep. TV broken and the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. No information pack to give details of the apartment ie procedures to follow in case of emergency. Issues raised with the hosts were not dealt with. With plenty of TLC this could be a stunning apartment such a shame that it is not looked after.

• Narcís (10/5): Luz y confort.., un regalo para los sentidos - El apartamento es amplio, generoso en espacio y luz, y está diseñado con mentalidad muy moderna tanto en el tipo de mobiliario como en la distribución total del apartamento. Está muy céntrico, a pocos minutos de la Catedral de San Esteban y con todos los servicios necesarios a muy pocos metros del apartamento. Es una buena decisión haber elegido este apartamento. Es un apartamento muy recomendable y Viena una ciudad fantástica y con una oferta cultural extensa para quienes disfrutamos de este tipo de Turismo. Hay un par de detalles a mejorar, y estoy seguro que ya debe estar resuelto. Hay pocos utensilios en la cocina.., los que hay son básicos. Somos una familia que nos levantábamos pronto y salíamos para no regresar hasta la noche.., y nos gusta cocinar y ahí vimos que no podíamos cocinar gran cosa. Pero nos apañamos con lo que había.., eso sí.
• Roger (1/5): Location superb but the rest You can judge for yourself - please note that your attempt to notify us of luck of hot water was to late as we where already on the plane from uk it was to late to do anything about it we had no option but to proceed with our booking Now we wish we didn't .............. your effort on fixing a hot water was non existent your heating also did not work correctly very cold in the evening and night .......there is a winter outside also there is a list of faults which also shows that your attention to your furniture is lucking Your the plastic chairs in the living room with plastic seats...... one of us fallen down when trying to sit on it as they where missing screws holding seat to the legs and we noticed that on checking three more had this same problem Very dangerous !!!!!!!! your toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was loose .....not fixed which makes a mockery when you try to sit on the toilet, dangerous !!!!!!!!!! your TV is not working and is very dusty inside the cabinet plus no batteries in the remote some of your kitchen utensils we found dirty in one of the bedroom blinds are missing which makes it difficult to sleep in one of the showers floor tiles are damaged .....sharp edges ........you could cut your feet very dangerous !!!!!!! your light switches system very confusing ..... we are very disappointed as your apartment had highest reviews but that was not our experience On the top of that luck of hot water and sketchy heating in the winter is not acceptable please note that we are six senior citizens and freezing cold water makes some of us ill making our stay very unpleasant there was no effort on your part to compensate us for all faults listed ...no response to our message your request to pay city tax in cash v we noticed that it was already included and paid for .........with the total already paid ........ !!!! very bad practice .......getting money under false pretences !!!!!!!!

Липсва обратна връзка, с хората които менажират апартамента - не отговарят на съобщенията и определено останахме с впечатлението за липса на желание за съдействие от тяхна страна. Препоръки, с които бихте могли да направите престоя на вашите гостите още по-приятен: 1. Ютия - би било чудесно апартаментът да разполага с такава. 2. Ключове - при настаняване на повече гости, възможността да има допълнителни ключове, ще улесни достъпа им. 3. Телевизия - може би е добра идея да уточните, че апартамента не предлага такава. 4. Щори или перде - в едната спалня липсват

• Tanja (10/5): Ein tolles Erlebnis! - Die Lage war absolut genial! Die Wohnung ist toll und wir waren einfach begeistert! Es wäre super, wenn etwas mehr Küchenausstattung in Form von Geschirr da wäre. Die Küche ist traumhaft und es wäre toll, sie besser nutzen zu können. Ebenso wären Duschgel und Shampoo super... Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit und nichts, was man nicht ändern kann.
