- Daniel (10/5): Skvostné ubytovanie obklopené očarujúcou prírodou! - Výnimočné ubytovanie v samotných útrobách Kraľovian. Opätovne ma ohúril nesmierne prepychový interiér ubytovania (obzvlášť kúpeľňa), najmä, ak mám na pamäti cenu za ubytovanie! Som nanajvýš spokojný.

- Medveďová (10/5): - Geniálne vymyslené ubytovanie! Dokonalé pre jednotlivcov, takisto aj bez auta keďže poloha je priamo pri vlakovej stanici Kraľovany. Izba je v podstate minimalistický apartmán, kde je ozaj všetko potrebné aj na týždenný pobyt . - samostatny vstup, bez časového a iného obmedzenia, ako do bytu - malá súkromna kuchynka, s mini chladničkou, základným kuchynským vybavením, kávou.. - súkromná kúpeľňa s WC - dokonca televízor s online službami Všetko čisté moderné minimalistické, vešiak, úložný priestor, vonku posedenie na teplejšie dni .. Úžasný priateľský prístup majiteľov , záujem z ich strany po príchode, či niečo nepotrebujem doplniť atď. Určite sa rada vrátim a len odporúčam , ak ste v lokalite !! Úprimne, neviem nájsť jediné negatívum:)

- Roger (9/5): Un très bel hébergement sécuritaire dans un endroit typique de la région. - Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L’immeuble est rénové dans un endroit où les maisons sont typiques de la région. Il y a un bon restaurant à 6 km pour les tous repas, au besoin. Les clés étaient dans les serrures. Nous avons été accueillis par une locataire occupant un des logements. Pas de personne responsable en vue.

- Tereza (9/5): Celkový dojem z ubytování byl velmi příjemný, líbilo se nám zde. Zařízení mohu doporučitpredevsim mladým párům. - Ubytování je nové a čisté, vypadá přesně jako na fotografiích. Vybavení kuchyňky je prosté, avšak naprosto dostačující. Personál je velmi příjemný a kolem ubytování se nachází dostatek prostoru k parkování vozidel. V okolí se nachází spousta krásných míst k vidění. Trochu mi vadilo, že je přímo z terasy (vchod do pokoje) vidět až do postele - je možné řešit zatažením závěsů. Doporučení pro majitele - ocenili bychom novou houbičku na nádobí nebo informaci, že je v kuchyňce pouze erární.

- Petra (10/5): Odpočinek a klid na hezkém místě - Ubytování se nachází kousek od vlakového nádraží i potravin. Pokoj prostorný a v patře, což jsem ocenila nejvíce. Pokoj čistý, voňavý a vybavený vším potřebným. Posezení na terase s krásným výhledem. Velký polštář a matrace byla dost tuhá.

- Tadeas (6/5): Pleasant - For how tiny the room is, it is really well though-out. Kitchen is decently equipped and there is some, not much, space to put your effects. Also, having kitchen at all is a great plus. There is also tea. The room was clean and everything seems newly built, though within low budget. The bathroom is nice and quite large. I did not meet any staff save for a cleaning lady once. I came to Fatra to see wild bears, so to local business owners: bears can also increase tourism and your revenues. Super tiny room, maybe 5-7 m2. You would hardly try to spend some time there unless in bed. Very little sound insulation between rooms. There is an emergency service office across the track just in front of windows, so there is no privacy unless you shut the blinds. The hotel's logo is actually on this ER building, which causes some confusion regarding parking. The toilet pan is very small - that seems to be fashionable in recent years, but very uncomfortable. Allover, the price seems fairly high for what you get.

- Tony (9/5): Mała Fatra here you come...! - Great little place to stay for a night or two if you're in the area / hiking mała fatra. the place is brand new, you've got three apartments up and three down. the bathroom is great, and generally I really liked this place. I thoroughly recommend. i can imagine this place being a little noisy when all the apartments are full, I had a sample of this courtesy of some gobby overweight neighbour sat on the balcony at the end of the upper apartment block. also, there's a building site next door.

Dining out will be hard there are not many places near by. You can cook for your self with the supermarket at the station. The staff there is friendly but they speak minimal English. For the shower you will need to bring your own soap

Communication with the owner was also clear and all my questions were answered. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Everything was OK.

- Kamilla (10/5): Good place. - Very modern room, equipped with kitchen corner. Can park almost next to the room. The interior is really nice to see, the bathroom is beautiful and quite big compared to the price level of the room in this area. The accomodation was easy to take, did not have to wait for the landlady, it was prepared with the key. The hiking root is just 5 mins from the place, starting from the railway station or from the tunnel before the ralway station. You can sit outside the balcony comfortably. We took a small room but it had all you need and even spacious due to two reasons: 1.To spare with the space, the door of the room opens to the outside, so you can pack bags in front of the door. 2. The furniture was placed in a very well though over way. Last comment: The owners were really friendly and helpful. We only had a half roll of toilet paper and did not prepare with that as usually there is enough for 1,5 days in the rooms we take. No issues to buy our own, but we had to find the shop and we were tired after a long drive.
