There were sun loungers, an umbrella, toys for the children! Separate room for children with 2 beds and their own bathroom! The tirassa and the view are just amazing!

The property was able to accommodate our earlier-than-expected arrival, which we really appreciated and made the start of our trip much smoother. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The area felt very family-friendly and was easy to navigate on foot, which made everything convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the oversized patio was easily our favorite feature. We were able to host a small get-together with friends who live nearby, and the space, views, and quiet atmosphere made it perfect. The pool was also clean and offered excellent views, which added to the overall experience. The included parking space was a big plus—clean, secure, and easy to access. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place we’d happily return to! One small suggestion would be to include a simple map or directions showing how to access the pool and garage, as it was a bit confusing to find initially. That said, it was definitely not a detriment to our experience—just something that could make things even smoother for future guests.

• Azat (6/5): - Расположение. В здании проводили ремонт, было очень шумно. Рабочие начинали шумные работы спозаранку, невозможно было отдыхать. В итоге уехал на пару дней раньше. Пляжные кресла развалились, так как отсутствовали болты предусмотренные конструкцией - совсем не соответствуют заявленным характеристикам квартиры.
• Sascha (9/5): Erholsame Woche in einem sehr guten Appartment in Sunny Isles Beach - Sehr gute Lage (fussläufig zum Strand und innerhalb von 30min erreicht man alle Highlights Miamis mit dem Auto), toller Ausblick von der sehr großen Terrasse, Pool sehr groß und wenig besucht. Eigener Parkplatz im Haus. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Wir würden sie wieder buchen. Fast nichts - es sind kleinere Reparaturen in der Wohnung zeitnah empfehlenswert (Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, Toilettenspülung im Haupt-Bad läuft etwas nach). Diese kleinen Schäden haben uns aber nicht gestört bzw. unser Wohlbefinden eingeschränkt.
