• Kevin (9/5): Brilliant location. Immaculate and clean appartment. - Brilliant location. Less than 100m from a great little cafe and a bicycle rental stand opposite. The apartment was immaculate and was fully equiped. There are large rubbish bins located on the street but do not let this put you off because as soon as you open the gate to the small courtyard and head up to the room (2nd floor but there is a lift), you will realise what a gem this place is. The assistance given by host representative was excellent and for a charge we were allowed to stay until 5.00pm as we had a late flight. The next time we are in Verona this place will be the first I will try and book. Air conditioning wasn't working. Not that it was broken as it was very new but a setting clearly wasn't right and I spent an hour trying to work it out to no avail. There were towels but with a 3 nights stay in warm weather, extra towels would have been good. These are the only reasons I didn't give it a top mark for comfort. Everything else was superb.

Riscaldamento insufficiente per avere una temperatura confortevole sebbene la struttura sia stata molto recentemente rinnovata. Internet assente durante tutto il soggiorno. Non sarebbe stato un gran problema se non fosse che la ricezione telefonica è quasi nulla.

• Jason (10/5): - Our stay at Resedenza San Sebastiano was great. We were upgraded because the room we booked wasn’t available so we had a choice of 2 apartments. Would have been happy with either but chose the one with a balcony. The bed was large and comfy, the kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay and the bathroom had a washer/dryer which came in very handy. The location was perfect, 1 minute walk to Guiletta’s balcony and the piazza. Couldn’t fault this accommodation, would definitely stay here again.

• Gaja (6/5): Very unwelcoming - The apartment was nice, located in the city centre. We were travelling with a baby and were warned several times in passing communication that this was a luxury apartment and that we should be extremely careful. This is all the more unappropriate as the property has a policy that children of any age are welcome, at least this is what is written on Booking. They particularly protected the apartment - they covered the sofa with a cover and added a plastic cover on the bed (even though the baby slept in its own cot). This made sleeping uncomfortable, as the bed rustled, and the plastic material made it very hot. The bedroom also can’t be darkened completely so there is light from the street in the room at night and there is no duvet at the bed, only sheet and a quilt. I would also add that we did not receive any recommendations or tips on restaurants, bars and sights on arrival, nor were we offered any. Our stay was therefore definitely not luxurious.

• Dawn (10/5): Perfect modern little flat in awesome location! - Stellar location, down a quiet vicolo but minutes from the main square, tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Such a beautiful little flat with very clever storage! Also donated my umbrella I bought in Venice :-) Paper towels would have been great and maybe another set of bath towels?

The simple touches and little additional extras were very much appreciated, we will definitely be back. Nothing everything was just as expected.

• Debra (9/5): Perfect location and beautiful apartment. - The apartment is bright and airy with lots of space for a couple. We loved the modern yet comfortable decor. Lots of special touches left by the host such as biscuits, tea bags and sachets of condiments in the kitchen. The location is amazing - right by Juliette’s balcony so very central and fantastic coffee shop 1 minute away. Would have liked some extra towels as we were staying for 3 nights. The safe did not have batteries so you will need to bring these with you if you wish to use it. The dishwasher had a couple of items in it on arrival and the oven had been used/not cleaned beforehand - probably just an unfortunate oversight as everything else was spotless.

• Meshari (10/5): I would advice everyone to visit the place and get to know Verona closely 🩵 - First of all, the property owner was so friendly and welcoming, The place was neat and clean and super cozy! It is so close to the center and nice restaurants and cafes, I fell in love with Verona, and the property gave me the perfect experience 🩵 I would definitely go back to the same property. Maybe the only thing is the Garbage containers in front of the place! But it wasn’t an issue to me, specially when i pass by it wasn’t smelly.
• Peyvand (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and peaceful. The apartment is very comfortable and clean apartment. The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very well equipped. Communication with the host went flawlessly. The only minus was with the bedclothes, the blanket could have duvet covers (not separately, i.e. the blanket inside the duvet cover for hygienic reasons). The sheets had been washed, but there were a few stains on the bed sheet. The host was very sorry and was very helpful in resolving the issue, even brought sweets the next day. The apartment was well equipped and new spare sheets were found in the closet.

You will live next to Giulietta ❤️ and yet when you turn into your small street with no tourists passing by and open the door of your building, you will enter a very quiet and relaxing ambiance. The residence is gorgeous, superb, and glorious in every aspect. If it is available, book it!!! Nothing

The apartment is super contemporary and stunning. Great location in the city center. And absolutely stunning 🤩 The staff communication was not the greatest. Delayed responses through the booking.com messaging app. They take time to respond and not very helpful in assisting with daily transport needs. Getting a taxi through the host was a disaster. We had to make our way out to go seek for help.

• Beloslav (10/5): Lovely stay, a place to return to! - The property was just as on the pictures. Air conditioning was very quiet and efficient. The location was very convenient - central but quiet. We had soft drinks left at our disposal in the fridge - a nice touch. We would return back with pleasure and recommend whole-heartedly to friends. There was a nice, refrigerated wine rack in the kitchen but was locked and there were no clear instructions how to use it and pay for the wine if we wanted.

Considering the price that you are paying there should be a little more responsive to the customer, even if they can’t accommodate your requests.
