• Weiming (8/5): - 非常好的地段，地鐵站出口走路3分鐘而已，附近各類超市都有，距離心齋橋商圈很近且不喧鬧。房間內有洗衣機、基本廚房設備，很棒！ 冷氣遙控器遺失，朋友的房間彈簧床有些故障。現在房間枕頭太小太軟、蓮蓬頭水力水溫不好控制，如果可以改善，會非常令人滿意
• umut (1/5): Osaka'da Tam Bir Hayal Kırıklığı - Asla Paranızı Kaptırmayın! - Çok kötü kesinlikle kalmayın. Eğer bu otele rezervasyon yapmayı düşünüyorsanız, hemen o sekmeyi kapatın. Japonya'nın o bilindik temizlik ve hizmet kalitesiyle uzaktan yakından alakası olmayan, tek kelimeyle felaket bir işletme. Öncelikle odada hijyen namına hiçbir şey yok; temizlik sıfır. Odada bir balkon var ancak sineklik ve teller o kadar kalın bir toz tabakasıyla kaplanmış ki, hava almak için kapıyı açmaya kalktığınız an bütün odaya toz yağıyor. Temel temizlik malzemesi, deterjan veya hijyen ürünü kesinlikle bulunmuyor. Konfor derseniz tam bir kabus; yastıklar kağıt gibi dümdüz, sabah ciddi boyun ağrılarıyla uyanmanız garanti. Tüm bu rezilliğin üstüne müşteri iletişimi kesinlikle yok. Sorunlarınızı iletmek için attığınız mesajların hiçbirine bakmıyorlar, karşınızda muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Misafiri zerre kadar umursamayan, sadece paranızı alıp sizi kaderinize terk eden bir yer. Asla ama asla önermiyorum. Paranızı ve tatil keyfinizi çöpe atmak istemiyorsanız kesinlikle uzak durun!

• Haruka (1/5): せっかくの旅行で非常に嫌な思いをしたので、お勧めしません。 - 立地 マットレスのヘタリが酷く、宿泊施設とは思えない状態。コイルを背中に感じるほど凹凸があり痛かったし、斜めに沈んでいた。とても休める状態ではなかったためホテルの変更も検討したが、万博期間ということもあり空きがなく仕方なく宿泊した。管理者に部屋の移動を問い合わせたが、他の部屋も満室のため拒否された。返金も半額以下、かつ対応も遅く、メッセージを放置されて1週間連絡こなかった。シャワーも熱湯か水しかでない。価格が安いため、サービスや部屋の状態は期待はしていなかったが、価格を考慮したとしてもあまりにも酷い宿だった。

• ishiduka (10/5): シャワー以外最高 - サイトの写真ではベッド3台ではもっとギューギューにみえますが　ベッド周囲にワークスペースあります。 キッチン一式揃っていて　油や調味料さえ調達すれば問題無し。食器用洗剤はフロントに1本のみなので紙コップとかにあらかじめ頂いといて使用。スポンジ無いのでハンドウォッシュです。洗濯機あるので洗剤はコンビニでゲット。　冬でエアコン使うので部屋の中にコンビニで買ったスズラン紐で部屋干しスペース作って帰宅後のストレス解決。 お湯の制限は家族3人のシャワータイムを朝と夜の2チームに分けたら解決でしたが、温度が「高温・超冷」と数ミリの世界。使用中にも温度の振り幅が激しいので子供は大人との入浴が必須。シャワーの勢い弱い　備え付けのシャンプーの洗浄力無くコンビニ対応しました。

Rock hard with the springs sticking into me and a paper thin pillow to go with it

• Kanako (2/5): 駅も近いし、安かったが、次使うことはない - 料金が安かった 前の人の飲みかけの飲み物が冷蔵庫にそのまま残っていた。お風呂の水温が安定せず、冷水になる事が多かった。バスタオルが3泊とも交換されず、連絡して交渉しないと交換されない。ベッドが柔らかすぎて端に少しでも寄ると転げ落ちるほど深く曲がる。

• Knoblauch (4/5): Leider sehr verschwendetes Potential.. nicht komfortabel. - Leider war das einzig gute die Lage, direkt Lawson um die Ecke und eine Bahnstation.. Ein paar Utensilien gibts auch noch umsonst unten in der Lobby, das erwarte ich bei dem Preis aber auch.. Leider hat das gesamte Zimmer (trotz Nichtraucherzimmer) nach kalten Rauch und Kneipe gestunken, der Gestank ging auch nicht raus. Der Check in ohne Personal ist auch etwas doof weil man vor 15 Uhr nichts machen kann: Gepäck abstellen auf eigene Gefahr. Der Aufzug und ich wurden keine Freunde, eine Person schafft es mit Gepäck rein, die anderen werden zerquetscht. Vorbereitung auf Sumo Fight evtl.. Kommen wir zum schlimmsten Punkt. Das Bett war unfassbar unbequem und man hat gedacht man schläft auf einem Gefängnisbett mit Drähten. Das hab ich in Japan so noch nicht erlebt und ist sehr auch traurig. Auch dass es nur ein Steckdose gibt, die man mit einem Verlängerungskabel ans Bett holen muss, sehr schwach. es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber zum trocknen auf dem Balkon Platz für 7-8 Socken, das war’s auch.

• Toniqh (5/5): - La ubicación. El colchón era de muelles y estaban muy salidos. Se clavaban mucho y era muy incómodo. Tal es así que tuvimos que poner coberturas encima, para intentar que molestase menos. La cocina no disponía de menaje, ni cubiertos, ni ningún utensilio. El balcón estaba realmente sucio.

• Suzanne (7/5): Good value, basic apartment in a handy location - Great location to walk to dontonburi and numerous train stations to get to shin-Osaka, Nara, and Mt Koya. Pretty spacious, the bed was large and there was a washing machine and balcony to dry our laundry. Easy self-service check in and check out. While the floors, shower, toilet were nice and clean, the apartment could do with a deep clean; curtain rails, windows, balcony were all dirty. Not enough coat hangers to hang a load of laundry outside. Could also do with a hanger for socks. Needs more extension cords because there is only one and due to socket placement you have to choose between using the TV, using the kettle, or charging devices near the bed.

• Petr (9/5): Good location, clean, well equipped room. - Pretty good location, a short walk from the metro and a short walk from Osaka's main shopping and entertainment centre. Check-in was electronic only using a tablet at the reception - no staff present. It is only possible from 3pm but you can leave your luggage on the ground floor of the hotel (no security, but I guess you don't steal in Japan). Access to the room is then via a code. The room was clean and well equipped - including a washing machine. There were two of us in a triple occupancy room so it was fine, but if we had three suitcases there's not much room to put them (open). The internet was fast and reliable.

• Tania (8/5): It was good except the bed! - Good location. Close to shops, restaurants and train. Lawson less than 50m away. Washing machine to use, you need your own detergent. Big and spacious apartment (it isn’t really a hotel, you get your own apartment). Good size fridge. Door code - enter it slowly and make sure you aren’t pressing the number twice accidentally. I couldn’t get in at first, I had to find contact details and get hold of them. They assured me the code was correct and yes it was. Quite hard to navigate sometimes! The bed - it was TERRIBLE. It is old, the springs are terrible and sunken in the middle. I kept just about falling off it it was such a tiny single bed. I ended up opening up the sofa bed and sleeping on that which was good.

Appears neat and tidy but feels so dirty at the same time. Checked out a day early as could not be there any longer. Worst place received terrible responses to my queries.
• Jennifer (9/5): Would definitely book this the next time we visit Japan - I like that the location is very accessible. It is near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi and a few walks away from Nagahoribashi Station. The hotel is clean and spacious, everything we needed is already available and the owner actively responds to our questions/request. Self check-in and out was also hassle free. N/A
