• Michael (3/5): For the money we paid it was an absolute disgrace! They have refunded us £1,000 in compensation. - Whilst the location was excellent if are young/fit it should be mentioned in the discription that it’s not suitable for the mobility impaired/elderly. We were a family with someone with limited mobility who was confined to the villa until we hired a car and our elderly parents could only manage the steep vertical bank once a day ( that steep when you went down in the car it tipped you forward like a rollercoaster!) access is that bad the taxi dropped us on the Main Street and we had to pull the luggage to the top! The whole holiday could have been better… on arrival the gazebo was ripped to shreds and the place was generally run down. The towels were threadbare.. most of the crockery was chipped.. a leak under the sink that they had just put a tray under and the place stunk of foist..outdoor furniture was all broken/old.. cupboard door handles came off in our hands… limescale in the kettle that bad we couldn’t use, the list went on!!There was 1 tea towel and not even a bottle of water/welcome pack on arrival which I would expect for the money. The main gripe was when we swam in the pool.. we were covered in blue paint😳the paint used to paint the pool was coming off onto our skin! We contacted the person of contact to ask her to visit as we had complaints and her response was that she was too far away in Corfu town to visit “but don’t worry the paint isn’t toxic and we are aware of the problem “ so they took £10,000 for a two week stay in august knowing that the paint was turning people blue… we looked like a family of smurfs🙈😬
• Lynette (10/5): Holiday was outstanding very close to shops, restaurants and small harbour, would highly recommend - Location was amazing, views outstanding, owners sent a message with full property details including coordinates, how to get into property and contact details in case we had any issues. Very steep hill to location.
• Claire (8/5): Very good - Location.Swimming pool.Space Property is tired looking.Netting around the bed was ripped and was removed but not replaced.Neither the TV nor the internet were available when we arrived.The crockery was mismatched .Sheets and towels were worn and the property generally could do with a dep clean and a freshen up
