• Stephanie (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Location: perfekt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in top Zustand. Alles sehr funktional, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Raumtemperatur lässt sich zentral selber steuern. Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse hart. Aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache.

• Tanja (10/5): Komfortable, saubere Stadtwohnung gut geeignet, um Edinburgh zu erkunden - Tolle, großzügige Stadtwohnung, alles neu und hochwertig. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus in der Straße parken. Eine große Küche, ein geräumiges Bad. Wir denken nicht, dass es eine schlechte Gegend ist, gleich um die Ecke beginnt die Fußgängerzone. Es ist halt, wie es in der Stadt und in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, auch die damit verbundene Aussicht auf ein Parkhaus. Dafür hat man gleich ein paar Eingänge weiter Geschäfte, u.a. einen großen, super ordentlichen und sehr gut sortierten Tesco (Supermarkt) eine Apotheke,… Von Perth haben wir nichts gesehen, weil wir von dort einen Tagesausflug nach Edinburgh unternommen haben. An der Wohnung gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln!!!

Everything was clean and organized when I arrived, and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and tranquility.
• John (9/5): Superb stay - would definitely stay again. - Apartment was VERY luxurious, the bathroom was to die for!! Only problems were the stairs, but that was my fault as I didnt check what floor it was on and parking or lack thereof. Beds were really comfy, kitchen area was superb and all cooking facilities were laid on for us including coffee etc. Overall SUPERB!!! Parking was a bit of a problem and stairs were many.
• Catherine (9/5): Short break with family. - Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Small balcony was great. Great location to explore Perth. Only one sofa in the lounge area that was really only comfortable for two people.
• Lenka (9/5): - Beautifully renovated apartment! The interior of the apartment was very cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. The living room has a small balcony overlooking the garden. Parking house is easy to find just few minutes of walk. Communication with the owner was via messages and was very smooth and quick. We were satisfied. Both bedrooms face a relatively noisy street so if you are sensitive to noise like me and have to have a window open like me :-), getting a good night's sleep can be a challenge. But if you are use to the noise or you are comfortable with closed window while sleeping, you will be fine.

Not suitable for people with walking aids. Boy racers roaring around at 2 am did not help with sleeping (Cant blame the owners for that)

No parking associated with the flat but the most convenient is the multi store parking in the adjacent street. Costs less than £10 a day
