• luca (8/5): - Bellissima posizione, a due passi dal ponte dell'Accademia. Appartamento molto bello, bene arredato, letto super-comodo. Premesso che il non ne avrei fatto uso: l'appartamento è completo di cucina ma mancano le pentole.

• Paola (9/5): - La posizione fantastica, super comoda a tutto con fermata del traghetto di linea a due passi dall'appartamento appartamento molto bello, pulito e con tutti i confort. trovandosi all'interno di una piccola corte l'appartamento è silenziosissimo. Camera bellissima e letti molto comodi. Le foto ben rappresentano la struttura. Ritirerete le chiavi presso l'albergo e verrete accompagnati all'appartamento, riconsegnerete le chiavi all'albergo e potrete eventualmente lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino alla partenza. troverete delle cialde di caffè per la macchinetta, dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero, asciugamani, saponi, shampoo, crema corpo e ciabattine da albergo. Tutto impeccabile.

• Snow (9/5): Superb - very nice location, few minutes walk to st Marco palazzo. The room is quite spacious and clean. And the staff are very friendly and nice. You can leave your luggage in the reception. we really enjoyed our stay here.

• Natalya (8/5): Beware of "sofa" and 2nd bath arrangement. Otherwise, beautiful. - Bonus space downstairs allowed us to hang wet coats, spread wet umbrellas, etc. Its entry table was easy to carry upstairs and use to open another suitcase. It also had large trash cans. The apartment was amazingly quiet. It had the most comfortable temperature I've ever experienced. It was super fresh, homey, and cozy. Great shower. Beautiful teapots. Hotel reception 24/7, a 2-min walk. False advertisement of "sofa bed in living room". It is just a loveseat, not a sofa and it doesn't unfold. There is a daybed in the bedroom, but we specifically looked for a bed for the child that is NOT in the bedroom where we wanted privacy. The good news: the daybed mattress is wipeable so it can be easily moved to the living room - but it will have to be on the floor. The bad news: 1--that mattress is firmer than usual, 2-- there was just a bed sheet on it, so, being of wipeable material, it was very cold. Request a mattress topper (or at least a mattress cover or extra blanket) for warmth / more cushioning. The second bathroom is downstairs (where it may be chilly), without shower / bidet. Not a lot of daylight. One garbage can in the kitchen had moldy food waste under its lining.
• John (6/5): Good location, clean, but inconsistent amenities. - Apartment was attractive, the main bed was comfortable, close to grocery store, kitchen was good, and it was clean. Microwave was broken, tv and A/C had flashing lights that were distracting at night, the shower was clogged, the upstairs neighbors were loud, and bedding was not provided for the daybed although we paid for 2 people. In addition there was a large “blackamoor” floor lamp that was unsettling to look at. We suggest considering removing that bc it could be seen as culturally insensitive.
