- Siti Shakirah (9/5): Great stay during working days. - - All the staff were great and friendly! - Clean and comfy room. - The hotel smell great too. - Indoor swimming pool (not that big but it was ok) - No buffet breakfast, meals were packed and guest need to pick up at lobby. I paid room with breakfast but unfortunately I felt lazy to get them from the lobby. Such as waste. - Parking using lift so lowered cars cannot enter the car lift, need to park in front of the hotel which was limited.

- Leeonnie (10/5): Underrated gem in the heart of penang - my favourite stay in my 2-month tour of SE Asia. - Loved this underrated gem of a hotel and wish I had taken the leap of faith to book it initially for my 10-day trip It is close enough to access everything you need and want but not in the centre of the hustle and bustle. There are two small malls with an anytime fitness centre (gym) a 5-minute walk away, a new hawker centre (2 minute walk), restaurants and a Lotus (supermarket) nearby. If I ever return to Penang, this will definitely be my hotel of choice. At first I was a little skeptical based on the reception area and check-in but desoite intial impressions, I was blown away by everything - it met my needs perfectly. It has a decently equipped gym, sunbathing area and pool. Although it is covered so the sun does not hit you directly, I used it as a place to relax and watch a movie in the evenings, watch the sunset and obeserve the fireworks as it was Eid during the time of my visit. The staff were all fabulous, staying there for over a week, I got to meet/see most staff and they were all polite, helpful and I felt like I was a part of the team. They accommodated my requests and gave me an upgrade which was appreciaated. I thought I had booked an extension but hadn't and they didn't rush or stress me about anything which was greatly appreciated. I was also invited to an event to plant flowers where I got to meet and speak to the manager of the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, had everything I needed and I enjoyed spending time relaxing on the balcony and/or watching TV in my apartment. There are a few minor improvements which can be made to consistency/clarity around timing and process of room cleaning and how to utilise the information on the TV re: things to check out, places to visit etc (but I didn't take time to go through the channels initially) but other than that - everything was fabulous. I honestly loved my stay there. Honestly - loved it all. A few very minor points to elevate my experience. Amazon Prime access on the TV would be a bonus for those who do not have access to Netflix. The water/coffee/biscuit selection at reception could have variation on different days.

Room was super clean, new and functioning well. Warm water from the shower come out without having to wait for too long. Bed was super comfy. Pool and gym were also nice. Staffs were helpful as well. Excellent. Nothing.

- Suzuko (10/5): It was hot and humid. So, I spent the time a lot at this hotel. TV is big with many channels. - First of all, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I like the mini kitchen in the room. This hotel opened last year in 2025. So, everything is new! Especially 15th floor infinity swimming pool with fabulous view is excellent! I enjoyed a lot. There is no restaurant in this hotel. I expected to have many kinds of local food buffet. But they prepared for me like box lunch style food including juice and sweet every morning.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. Really enjoyed the facilities and overall experience. Recommended for anyone looking for a short escape. Parking can be quite difficult as the hotel uses a mechanical parking system, which may take some time especially during peak hours, but overall still amazing staycation.

The gym is very clean as well, looks newly renovated. As for the room, it’s clean, the bed is very comfortable and the bed is big. The check in process. We were expected to head to level two to check in, only to fill up an online form at the counter. Kinda defeats the purpose of going to the counter I feel.

If you’re not particular about being extremely close to Georgetown city centre then please don’t look anywhere else. Not only are the staff helpful, friendly and hospitable, my entire stay was just amazingly pleasant. Clean, comfortable, cozy, I even got additional time for late check out (complimentary, of course subject to hotel availability) and they never rushed me despite me being super late cos i overslept. I will never stay anywhere else if I head over to Penang. I love this place! I loved everything! Thank you for hosting my amazing stay.

I like how it's very private and not busy. - the building is small yet exclusive so it feels very premium and going to lobby, swimming pool, etc is quick and easy. - there's 24 hours convenience store at the first floor. There's also a coffee machine (Costa i think) at the lobby. - bellboy always ready at the first floor so you're good when you arrives. - view is great. You can see the sea (from my room laa). - spacious room with bright colors. Feels very very big. - my wife and kid likes the body wash and shampoo, if that helps. Even the towel smells like caramel popcorn - kid likes it very much - staff were very helpful. I asked for baby cot and there's none available but they sent over the next day once available. - slightly noisy at night because it's right beside the main road. - pool is slightly small. If there's 3-4 families i think it's crowded already. - didn't get the breakfast because it's grab and go, a bit sad.
