- Lisa (6/5): - The lobby and our room were nice and clean but the carpeting in the hallways leading to our room was horribly stained and very smelly. The television never worked the entire 4 days we were there. The various staff members came up 3 separate times to fix it but never did. We were promised a bottle of wine but we received a half bottle of sparkling juice (0% wine). There was very loud construction taking place all day, every day we were there. It was hard to relax. We were not informed that there would be such disruptive noises. But, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything except salt and pepper. The neighborhood was great. Lots of dining, shopping and transportation options and overall just a lovely neighborhood.

It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel that they portray themselves as. More like a 4 star if that. The beds were amazing though. Bedding was great. Towels and rooms were very clean.

- Daron (4/5): - Very small one bedroom for a family of three. There’s no towel racks to hang towels after you shower so I had to request a balcony dryer but we had rain so it was pointless. If it was a 5 star then why are we require to take trash. Gym is sufficient-one treadmill, which felt like it was going to break if I was running fast. If you request cleaning then it’s an extra cost plus if you switch your towels. I rather be at one of those big chain 5 star hotels to get the 5 star service im paying for.

When out taxi never showed up he was nowhere to be found. We had to call our own Uber at the last minute. NO HELP FROM HIM>
- Verified traveler (10/5): Oasis near opera - Clean, quiet, spacious with luxurious amenities. Was simply perfect for a family with kids who needed rest and breaks amidst sightseeing. Great location on a quieter street but still close to metro, major sights, eateries, and shopping with carrefour, a pharmacy, and Galeries Lafayette around the corner. Excellent service from reception and felt secure and safe especially during PSG’s epic win. Highly recommend!
- Gerald (6/5): - The room is very small. There is very little space in the closet and no where to stow luggage. The windows are doors to the terrace - not a good idea to leave open at night or while away , therefore stuffy atmosphere. No instructions how to use the oven or the burners. No sports channels on tv. If you need more towels you must go to the laundry room and wash what you have. If you want early availability to the room you must pay for it. Concierge took all our information to order a cab to the airport, but nevet placed the order. We almost missed our flight. The best part of the hotel was its location - EXCELLENT!

- Lyndsay (10/5): - Would recommend this place - was quiet and so clean. Curtains were dark so you could sleep soundly. I would return and plan to in a few weeks. The only aspect of caution against is the breakfast may not be worth it depending on price at booking. It’s just some cut up baguette, deviled eggs and ham (plus coffee). I think we paid extra for it but it just wasn’t enough to fill my growing kids 😂.

Selve lejligheden er pænt men værelserne er meget små, værelserne får ikke meget lys ind da hotellet ligger i en baggård og værelserne er derfor meget mørke - vi boede på første sal. Altanen havde ingen sol (anbefaling: Vælg et værelse uden altan), meget hårde senge, og der var meget lidt skabsplads - al tøj og bagage måtte blive liggende i kufferterne under hele opholdet.

One thing to note is that the each room type has different rate but i don’t think they provide you with the exact room type you are booking for while they charge differently. I had booked a deluxe one bedroom though a bunch of amenities were missing/size was described as ~480sq but I was allocated a much smaller room which was disappointing. Otherwise i highly recommend this spot!

Close to different metro stations, also easy to get to and from the airport by train. The italian restaurant next door served delicious pizzas and we had a discount. The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

- ANGEL DIEGO (4/5): Muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un 5* - La habitación (mini apartamento) correcta y equipada, pero su aislamiento acústico pésimo ya que desde un tercero podía escuchar las conversaciones de la calle. No me han limpiado la habitación durante mi estancia de 3 días. No había ni una simple botella de agua de cortesía. Tiene que hacerse check in y check out online, incluso pago de depósito de garantía y petición de envío de facturas. No hay recepción, sólo un servicio de conserjería que te recuerda que hay que hacer todo online. El cuarto de almacenamiento de equipaje también es self-service y cada cliente que entre tiene acceso al equipaje de todos los demás sin ningún control de seguridad. MUY lejos del servicio que se espera de un 5* real.
- Juliana (8/5): Boa localização e opção em Paris - O apart hotel é excelente. Bem localizado, bem equipado, limpo, funcionou perfeitamente para a nossa família (um casal e uma criança de 5 anos). Porém, tivemos um grande problema no último dia com o luggage room. Ninguém nos informou que o nosso código seria desativado e nossas malas ficaram trancadas no luggage room. Não havia ninguém na recepção e nenhum telefone de atendimento atendia… foi realmente um erro grave não terem nos informado sobre a senha e não terem nos dado nenhum suporte.

- Lorenzo (6/5): - L'appartamento all'interno era completo, spazioso e pulito. Purtroppo essendo al primo piano aveva affaccio solo interno, praticamente su un cavedio, ed era privo di luce naturale. Il bagno aveva la doccia senza cabina ed era impossibile non allagare il tutto ogni volta. In aggiunta i bagni presenti nella lobby sono risultati sporchi. Per un aparthotel 5 stelle a quel prezzo le aspettative erano più alte.

- TAL (10/5): - We stayed at a deluxe apartment and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well designed and extremely comfortable. All planned to the very last detail. The location is perfect - close to the Opera and within walking distance of most attractions. There are lots of dining options nearby. It’s important to note that this is an apartment and not a hotel room; typical services like cleaning, exchanging towels etc. come at a surcharge, which is not ideal (but understandable). The lobby is basic and not at par with the quality of the room. Overall - a great stay and highly recommended

We had a few hiccups at the start of our stay, but the staff was very friendly and supported us with fixing some of the issues we were having. We arrived when the finishing touches were still being added to the hotel, so some things were still coming together, but overall, we had a good stay.

We had the benefit of a large terrace and the beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend.

- Edel (10/5): - One of the best hotels to stay in Paris! Very close proximity from the Opera and walkable distance from almost all of Paris’ attractions. Room was extremely spacious and cleanliness was impecable. Room comes with a kitchen and utensils, giving you the option to cook if wanted. Air conditioning was also a plus in this property during the summer months. Laundry is also included and free of charge. Only one thing to take into account, parking is not included in the hotel. There is a parking lot across the hotel and for two nights, the price was around 100€. Otherwise, grear place!

- Verified traveler (10/5): The perfect location in beautiful Paris - I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is so clean. Everything is Sonia the living quarters exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Do not hesitate booking this for you or your family. The metro is very close about 3 to 5 minute walking in multiple directions. Restaurants and bars up and down the street, Inge, convenient store stores and grocery stores. The perfect location for the perfect trip.
