• YUKI (5/5): - 高層階ということもあってか，景色が良かった． ショッピングモールが直結しているので，買い物には困らなかった． タオルは毎日，シーツは2日おきに交換してもらえたので良かった．部屋の掃除も2日に1回入ってもらえた． 困ったことがあったら，連絡するとすぐに対応してもらえる． チェックインの場所や方法がよくわからなかった．問い合わせても返事がもらえるまで時間が掛かった． 電話をするとすぐに解決したが，できれば事前にわかりやすく説明してほしい．通常のホテルとは違うことは理解して予約した方がよい． バスタブがあると思っていたが，シャワーだけだった．シャワーもお湯の水圧が低かった．

De krever at vi betaler for vask av sengetøy pga jeg søl litt blød. Vi bestilt landmarkplus men de plasserte oss på landmark 1 og stedet ser ikke i det hele tatt som var på bildene. Veldig skuffende.

Жили на 25 этаже, всего 49.Лифтов достаточно, долго не ждешь. Уборка плохая, нужно об этом говорить агентам, из холодильника постоянно воровали какие нибудь Вкусняшки, раз поймала обслуживающий персонал за этим , вроде перестали потом, не приятно..

• Steven (8/5): Great Apartment in a Good Location - If you’re fortunate enough to secure the apt you believed you’d paid for, then your stay at Landmark Urban Oasis Residence will be most enjoyable. It appears the owners have several apts available so you need to ensure you’re getting the correct one. Eventually, we did secure an apt that was closer to our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. Our apt was clean, spacious and comfortable with great views from the balcony to the city, lake and river. Clean towels daily, and a cleaning service every few days. We stayed for 2 weeks so having a washing machine was greatly appreciated. Any issues that did arise were resolved promptly and professionally by the owners via a WhatsApp chat group. WiFi was good. The shower has great pressure and is hot and the dual a/c units work very well. The location is perfect. A large shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, even an ice rink, is close by. Outside there are many more convenience stores, cafes and restaurants etc… Closer to the river is a beautiful park for walks or relaxing. A taxi into District 1 takes about 15mins. Obtaining and using fingerprint access to the pools can be a frustrating process but persevere, it’s well worth it. Cooling off in one of the many pools is an ideal way to escape the SGN heat.

• Ck (9/5): Great Location & Awesome Host - The location was great as you have access to multiple convenience stores, restaurants, spas and a mall. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was very accommodating as well and responds almost immediately to any concerns. Room was decently clean and cleaners are available everyday. Towels are also changed daily. District 1 and other Tourist areas is also just a Grab ride away. WiFi was fast and very reliable. There's an odd smell on the Master's Bathroom probably coming from the drainage. Only YT was available on the TV and no local channels as well.
• Anh (2/5): Very inpolite host - We booked Landmark but got sent to Park 4, which was an old building and not easy to acces by car. The apartment was by far not the same as the pictures. We reserved the modern appartement and paid for that, but got assigned to another old and dirty building instead. After we told the host about this matter, she talked in an agressive way. We were very shocked by this behavior. We definitely do not recommend this apartment.

We were communicated at the hotel lobby that they don't have any rooms available for us and were rude, they were not even willing to co-operate with us. Think twice before you book here or might end up wandering around for another hotel.

• Vinod (3/5): No positives - location very far, not a supporting staff - Had to book this in last minute due to long delay of my flight from Danang. After reaching the place as given by them, they kept in a different property saying that the property I booked is already filled. Asked me again to relocate to different property next day due to which we have to pack the luggage once again. Had a very bad experience as it wasted my lot of our time. What i undesired from my experience is, irrespective of the availability they just accept and try to accommodate based on the available flats they have at different properties they have Location is. It at all suitable for travellers as it is very far from all major places. Staff were not supportive. Requested for 1 1/2 hr late checkout but had to pay 250K VND in spite of the problems we faced on day one.

• Wayne (6/5): just ok, not really what I expected, with that price I am sure I can find better place. - location was good, a bit far from the city, but there were a lot of cafes and restaurant surrounding. If you just want to relax at one place, this is a good one, but for someone want to explore Ho chi minh city, this might cost them a bit extra $ for taxi to travel around the balcony all dusty, shelves and wardrobe also a lot of dust, the bathroom first smell like cockroach, I paid extra 400k vnd to hire a housekeeping from a website to clean the whole place, then it smells better. TV wasn't a good one, performed funny color, cooking applicant are quite old. When we met the staff to check in, she took us to a wrong place, she just put the pin code and opened the door, other customers were still in the room, which mean they can open your room anytime they want, no secure. When we checked out, a guy came to check the room with a serious face, asked us a few silly questions like: why you do this? where is another remote? I thought we did some trouble, so we felt like we didn't actually get treated like a guest, after I checked out, I realized I left a charger in the room, tried to contact them but no respond.

• Lester (10/5): Nice, modern, apartments - Location was brilliant, very close to shops restaurants etc. A lovely park within easy walking distance. Train station not far away as is the river boat. Apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. We had a slight problem accessing the pool. You need your fingerprint registered. I would recommend getting this done early in your stay to ensure you will have access when you want it. Good security feature though.

• Martin (1/5): Disappointing. Photos don't match reality. - Friendly and professional staff. This agency, like many others in the Landmark, uses polished images that don’t match reality. Some photos may even be from different buildings—compare my uploaded image to theirs. Once there, you may find rooms with various issues. In my experience: The building is relatively new but feels like it was built in the 1980s, with heavily used furniture. Bathrooms had no windows, making ventilation poor. Pool access was overly complicated (fingerprint scan required in an offsite office), so I didn’t bother and checked out early. WiFi didn’t work in the bathroom or bedroom. They “upgraded” the apartment but restricted access to one room, threatening extra fees if used. Small ants appeared in the kitchen right after moving in. The bedroom faced the street, with constant traffic noise and honking throughout the night.

False advertising- the property advertised on booking.com is not what you should expect. There is no rooftop pool, bar or restaurant and the room is not what is seen in the pictures. I feel like this was a tourist con. The property was fine, however we were surprised at the level of misdirection.
