• Martine (6/5): Avoir su... - La facilité de stationner et l'accessibilité aux restaurants et épicerie à pieds. La gentillesse de notre hôte ( Ĺéo) L'appartement est dans un bloc appartement, au niveau du sous-sol. Plusieurs fenêtres ne barrait pas. L'appartement manquait d'amour malgré le bon vouloir ( salles de bain rénovées, mais mobilier gonflés par l'humidité et l'eau). Les cadres n'étaient pas accrochés, le divan était sale, les chaises tachées. Nous n'avions que 3 serviettes. Nous avons dû demander des linges à vaisselle à notre hôte qui est allé en acheter et nous les a rapporter peu de temps après. Disons que les rénovations/ réparations devraient être faites avant de louer!
• T C İsmail (4/5): - Konum olarak uygun sayılabilir. Our experience at Apartamento Acolhedor em Queluz was unfortunately below expectations. The house felt quite old and poorly maintained. None of the interior doors, except for the bathrooms, had locks, which made it uncomfortable to stay with others. We also noticed that the drawers under the bed contained what seemed to be used bedding materials from previous guests, which was quite unpleasant. The kitchen was missing basic essentials — there wasn’t even a kettle or a teapot, so we had to boil water for tea in a saucepan. Overall, the property needs better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. With a few improvements, it could be a much more pleasant place to stay.

• Jennifer (6/5): Opknapper - Mooi groot appartement met 3 ruime slaapkamers, mooie grote keuken met 2 badkamers Beide badkamers loopt het water van de douches onder de wasbak en achter de douche omhoog (de afvoer van de douches functioneert niet goed) hierdoor stond de halve badkamer onder water. Liep uit eindelijk wel weer weg gelukkig. 1 van de badkamers is heel klein in de douche cel kan je niet makkelijk manoeuvreren en de toilet is letterlijk ernaast geplaatst. Badkamers waren niet goed schoongemaakt. ( hebben wij zelf maar gedaan) er was geen waterkoker. Niet alle deurhendels waren er en de deur van een van de slaapkamers hing er half uit , deze deur ging ook niet dicht. Interieur is toe aan een opknapbeurt.

• machado (7/5): Muito Bom! - Apartamento com muito espaço e bem localizado. Zona calma. Anfitrião muito simpático. O apartamento precisa de uma pequena renovação nas portas e armários nos quartos.

• Rannveig Iva (7/5): Good for the price but would check the location - There was black mold in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms, quite obvious. It’s a nice apartment but looks a bit half done.
• Guest (9/5): Mijn verblijf was comfortabel, rustig en aangenaam. - De rust en netheid van de accommodatie bevielen me het meest. Doucheputje is beetje verstopt.
• Dominika (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt w Queluz! - Lokalizacja( blisko do stacji kolejowej), wielkość mieszkania ( trzy sypialnie) i czystość obiektu- to wszystko sprawiło, że pobyt w Queluz był miłym przeżyciem!

• Tracy (4/5): Disappointed - The big bathroom has black mould. The oven was disgusting ( filthy). The pots were filthy, and there was mould along the skirting board in the double room. The neighbourhood felt unsafe. Cupboard in kitchen has no door handle. Severe lack of storage for clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. No Kettle pots were to dirty to use to boil water. Microwave needed a good clean. Had to to clean all the floors as they were dirty
• Barbara (10/5): Bom apartamento em conforto e bem equipado. - Boa localização, limpeza e bem equipada. Cama de casal com colchão com "buraco". Algumas janelas não fecham totalmente, pelo menos eu não consegui.

• JULIO CESAR (6/5): - El salón , cocina y habitación matrimonio. Los baños ,sobre todo uno que tenía muchísima humedad en las paredes y techo y la pintura en general de la vivienda que estaba en NO muy buenas condiciones.

• Roberta (6/5): - Posizione comoda, mezzi pubblici vicini per arrivare a Lisbona. Cucina ben attrezzata. Nei dintorni bar e supermercati ben forniti. Apprezzabili le 3 camere, anche se nella singola e in quella con due letti singoli sarebbe buono mettere un armadio o uno stand. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato sporco.

• Regina (1/5): NO VAYAIS - Nada El apartamento está MUUUY SUCIO, hay pelos en las camas en el baño, manchas en las mantas alfombras.. la cocina NO está equipada, no hay sartenes para cocinar. Hace un frío impresionante no hay calefacción y la humedad es HORRIBLE, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y NO nos devuelven el dinero, tuvimos que ir a comprar ropa porque la nuestra estaba LITERALMENTE ENPAPADA de la humedad

• Manuel (6/5): Podría estar muy bien con pequeños cambios - La ubicación pese a estar en la periferia de Lisboa está muy bien comunicado mediante tren. Muy tranquilo y no hay ruidos de vecinos. La limpieza era muy mejorable, especialmente el baño. Las camas salvo las de la habitación principal eran tremendamente incómodas, no había almohadas solo cojines de muy mala calidad. No hay armarios, solo en la habitación principal por lo que para una estancia de 6 días no puedes deshacer la maleta.

• De Gregorj (7/5): - Appartement conforme aux photos. Bien équipé. Facile de se stationner. Bien placé pour visiter les alentours. Nettoyage de la salle de bain principale à revoir. Le quartier (sentiment d'insécurité dans le quartier). Insonorisation de l'appartement est inexistante.
• Céline (8/5): Excellent séjour - L'appartement est très joli et spacieux. Pas très loin du métro donc très pratique. Au début le quartier nous a surpris mais au final tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande.

• Beiro (7/5): - El piso es tal cual las fotos , La estación de tren está a 10 m para desplazarte a Lisboa , Cascais etc La limpieza , daba la sensación que no fue limpio de los anteriores huespedes. Nuestra percepción es que estaba usado sin limpieza, solo recogido.

They have never been in Portugal before and express staying this location at t - Delegation was well presented in good location interims of transport and the location itself. There was nothing specific that I didn’t like a part of my fixable things in the apartment

• SIMON (8/5): - Todo muy nuevo y limpio excepto los baños, un poco menos reformados, con problemillas en grifo lavabo y en ducha. Una tontería lo de entregar 200€ efectivo de fianza. Se transmite desconfianza en los huéspedes y en la aplicación de Booking

• Karol (8/5): Ótimo apartamento - Apartamento muito aconchegante, bem limpo e cheiroso. As meninas são muito queridas e receptivas. Fomos de casal, mas ele é perfeito para famílias. Como o apartamento é 3 quartos é bom que tem 2 banheiros completos. É somente uma observação, pois para nós nao foi um problema: Ele é longe das atrações, porém você chega facilmente (30 min) até o centro de Lisboa (Rossio) com o comboio (trem) que fica muito próximo.
