• Andreev (9/5): Добър избор в чист и удобен апартамент на супер локация - Намира се на отлично място, близо до началото на центъра и до морсакта градина. Апартаментът е нов, чист и поддържан. Има паркинг зад сградата, което е удобство предвид натовареността. Домакинката беше любезна и точна. Определено бих посетил отново и препоръчал! Сградата е малко стара и с неприветлив вид на входа на блока. Апартаментът е на четвъртия етаж, без асансьор. Самият паркинг е в задния двор и е малко неподдържан. Поради особеност на канализацията, по време на къпане или миене се чува стряскащ шум от източване на отпадните води.

• Miglena (10/5): Комфортен апартамент на прекрасно място! - Отлично местоположение, срещу морската градина. Подсигурен паркинг-голяма удобство! Апартаментът е обзаведен и оборудван с всичко необходимо за няколкодневен престой, снимките отговарят напълно на действителността! Собственичката е много любезна и отзивчива, лесна комуникация с нея, настани ни по-рано. Отново бихме избрали апартамента при следващо посещение в града. Липсваше ни единствено тераса, но в банята има подсигурен сушилник за мокри бански и хавлии.

• Никола (7/5): Great location, mismatched expectations - The location of the apartment is unmatched. It is situated on a very quiet street. It is next to the turkish embassy, and there're guards 24/7, so it's pretty safe as well. The beautiful sea garden is just across the boulevard, and the crosswalk is nearby. One of the best restaurants in the city are a couple of minutes of walking away. The aprtment itself is clean* (the asterisk is noted in the cons) and it seems freshly renovated. Everything works just fine (except the nightstand lamps for some reason) I loved the fact, that there's a self check-in and out. There were a couple of things, that stop me from giving a higher score. Firstly, for me the statement "apartment with parking" in the title is misleading. Yes, there is an outside parking with a barrier. But during our stay (3 nights, and not even during the peak of the high season) we never managed to find a free spot. There're overall 8-9 parking spots, and are used by all three entrances. A neighbour stopped us and told us that we even don't have the right to park there, so I presume that it's a hot topic between the living residents and the hosts. Keep in mind that outside is an hourly paid "green zone", which costs around 10 euros a day. And because the sea park is so close, there're almost always occupied. Another thing is as soon as you enter the apartment, you're "welcomed" by a faint smell of rotting fried fish. Even when we opened the windows for several hours, that smell persisted. This was not an issue for us - but keep in mind that the apartment is on the last floor, and there's no elevator. Another thing more of a note, than an issue - there's some kind of water pump for I pressume the waste water. Every time we used a sink, shower, toilet a couple of seconds later you start hearing a sound, resembling drilling a hole in the wall. Lastly, this was probably an issue mostly for our use case, but I wanted to point out. I chose this apartment specifically because of three main things - the location, the parking, and that there're two sleeping options, a queens bed and a sofa. The day before arrival, I was informed, that because we're booking the apartment for two people, we won't be given linens for the sofa. I'm not sure why this was such an issue - there're literally photos of the sofa with linens, and there's no information in the description stating, that can be used only if a larger group rents the apartment.
• Mark (6/5): 6 out of 10 - Good location, fast internet, host replying pretty quickly. Smell in the apartment. Also, bathroom needs to be fixed (when you flush the toilet, it overflows shower with water and bad smell as well).
