- Vancheeshwar (7/5): what has been said above - I was put up in the 4th floor which is the hotest with no AC and the topmost floor. But for this stay was pleaseant. Cost of AC rooms are expensive. Perhaps the management can think of making it affordable say around Rs 700- 1000 to increase customer base. Wash room stink. Need to be cleaned evry 2 hours

So actually someway better for about the same price. I stayed there, affordable. Fourth floor is top so very hot in general. There is no any AC there, fans cannot help.

- Suzanne (10/5): - The reviews of this place are pretty mixed - I was even uncertain about the type of room I'd get as it says dorm & single room in different places - so I had low expectations.. but I was *thrilled* with my stay here. My room was a small single, exactly like the photos in the listing; simple but comfortable and perfectly clean. Included breakfast is better than I expected too - a tasty help-yourself buffet of idli with veg gravy, sambal etc, plus corn flakes & milk, and sliced bread to make toast with butter & jam. Staff are helpful and professional, there's a lift (!), I was given a litre of water at check-in, I could pay for the room with Google Pay (a lot of places are cash only), wifi is good, location is great for bus connections and places to eat. Honestly I can't fault the place. Not an issue for me - I thought they were perfectly fine - but some people may find the cleanliness of the bathrooms slightly lacking.

- Bhandare (4/5): Good for 1 night stay only and on emergency basis - We booked Family size with 2 king size beds. It was spacious and was good for 1 night stay. Bathroom was smelling on the opening of the tap water. Geyser broke down and we had no hot water the next day. They dont have pantry so you will have to depend on the outside food for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is limited choice - Dosa, idli, sambar , bread butter jam and cornflakes
- Wangchuk (1/5): Stay at Hotel Majestic was the worst. - Only the locatoon. The dance bar which stays open till 3 pm didnt let me sleep. Even the bed vibrates. The room was very dirty and the floor was the worst. When being asked for a room service, the staff was very rude and cleaned with already dirty water. Overall this hotel is the worst and i dont recommend anyone to stay there.

I felt suffocating inside the room. Floor was not clean. It's sandy floor. We don't use chappals inside the room. So I felt the floor is not clean.

Instead, they rely on a rented property shared by multiple tenants, which made parking extremely difficult and frustrating. The arrangement was inadequate and poorly managed. 2. Complimentary Breakfast 🍽️ The breakfast offered was disappointing. Only two items were available, and the service was subpar. Staff seemed inattentive and untrained, which affected the overall experience. 3. Room Quality 🛏️ The room itself was as promised—clean and comfortable. This was one of the few positives during the stay. 4. Staff Responsiveness 🙁 Hotel staff were generally unresponsive and lacked hospitality. Most of them were not local, and communication was a challenge. The absence of the owner, who resides in Mumbai, seems to have impacted the quality of service and accountability.
