• Pieter (8/5): Very much suited our travel needs - The location relative to town centre and station - very secure and comfortable for a short stay - fans provided for current heatwave - clean crisp linen and very clean throughout There were no oven gloves and frying pan that we could see - as ours was a short term stay we made do Also as recommended in previous reviews we brought our own hairdryer not something we would normally travel with Drinking glasses and cutlery were not very clean so we washed everything ourselves before use

• Richard (10/5): Good accommodation close to Wembley Stadium. - The apartment was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the toilets and bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen area is very well appointed with all the implement we needed for eating dining. There was a microwave oven, toaster and and all the cooking and eating utensils. There was a washing machine and dryer and an airer to put your clothes on. Overall, the facilities were very good and we were able to control the heating temperature and the temperature of the water. The apartment property was very very hard to locate and although it is postal addressed as No 39 Bessborough Road, Harrow, there is no number 39 sign outside the building. The letters GW in the information pack are not helpful if you do not know what they mean. The sprung bath plug was stuck from when we arrived and we were not able to drain the bath water after use of the bath or shower!!

• Chang (3/5): check-in experience bad, inside great. - Nice flat inside. key pick up was very difficult. very long instructions to understand, need to go to a corner shop not very close by ( need to drive to ) to pick up the key. when rang up the management company for help, they were not very helpful. not telling us what to do to get the access, telling us just to read emailed instruction sent separately after booking,( check-in instruction wasn't through booking.com), we did not received before traveling or not really access / reading emails when driving. we arrived at the property, the code wasn't for key locker, rang up management company, not helpful of telling us anything apart from "read the instruction in email." while we were already at the door. we have to ringing my secretary to access email 8 pm, finding new shop address on google map, traveling to get the key, finding out how to use the touch-sensor fob as we have never stayed in a modern flats, small fob with large sensor plate, need to be certain point on plate to work which not in instruction. A 007 journey when you are not a special agent. Two hours trying to get in. parking to find for yourself not that close by at Morrisons to pay for. we also are holiday village operators, the user experience isn't greatly managed by the company. Nice flat inside.
• Suzan (6/5): Everything was good except the way to correct the keys and hair dry - We need to walk opposite direction to get the key and walked all the way back to the other side to the apartment, that was difficult and tired specially when we carried many luggages.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - The Finer Dweller Company had poor management and they did not let us know about the strict check in timings , they did not have a back up key in case someone exceeded the check in timings due to unavoidable circumstances. Very poor handling of the keys and got no help from the authorities.

• Jeffery (9/5): overall, the place was great and we will definitely stay here again on our trips to the Harrow area of London. - super convenient location, very clean and pristine. the only negative was the slight inconvenience of not having a hair dryer. as a 'luxury' apartment this would be a given and needs to be there. additionally the instructions are way too exhaustive and unclear. the entry system needs to be streamlined (we were not the only ones with the confusion over the fob system!).
