• James (8/5): Comfortable way to relax in hyderabad - The room was comfortable and nicely air conditioned. The restaurants offered very good local food. The bathroom had a window from the bedroom for a direct view of the toilet from outside, and it was very difficult to get taxis/ubers from the hotel so you are reliant on the Marriots hotel chauffeurs. The shower head was also broken and spilled water into the bathroom, but the hotel was able to fix this as soon as they were notified

• Pratik (10/5): Excellent 5-Star Experience at Great Value - Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. The rooms were spacious, modern, extremely clean, and maintained with great attention to detail, making the stay feel very relaxing and premium. The staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The food quality, ambiance, and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. The property itself has a calm and classy atmosphere, ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Another major advantage is its excellent location near Hussain Sagar Lake, making it convenient to explore some of Hyderabad’s most popular areas and attractions. One of the best things about this hotel is that it gives you a genuine 5-star experience at a comparatively discounted and value-for-money price. If someone wants the feel of a luxury stay without overspending, this hotel is definitely a great choice in Hyderabad. Highly recommended.

Breakfast and Dinner had good options and met expectations of Marriot standards. Dinner buffet options were good but expensive, not value for money. Eating out would have been better and cost effective. Room was functional but outdated obviously needing upgrades. Worst view from my window as there were construction equipment in front of window. Access to building was tight. Limited lobby areas to have meetings.

• Cheng Hwee (9/5): Hyderabad 15th to 20th Jan 2026 - 1. Housekeeping. I found the desk too small and congested with the snacks, fruit plate and mugs, glasses rtc. Also i mentioned that there was only 1 universal plug. The Housekerping manager immediately, the same day, added a small side table and a multi plug wire. Really appreciate. There was no view! I looked out onto rooftops. So disappointed

• Neelesh (3/5): Very bad. - Decent room The hotel is entirely under construction but they wont tell you this when you are booking. There is a lot of noise all the time from construction. The breakfast is very downscaled, set up in a very tiny conference room and room service was below par. If you are looking for a Marriott experience don't go for this property. Not worth the price.

Property is under contruction, they provided us a room for approx 13k and right after the window there was a big pile of dump, we asked for room change, even after then we got another room. and hell, there was so much construction noise right above the roof of my room, in the noon. We called up the reception asked to stop this noise so we can do some offc work in peace, the person on reception replied that we can go and work from loungue, then why the hell we are paying 13k for a night. everything, bad loaction, bad smell, lots a construction noise. Total waste of money.

The only concern we noticed was that the window view from our room overlooked a cremation ground, and some of the activities were visible, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Nice location. Right from the entrance and Hotel executives were very much accommodative . Good spread of Fruits, Juices and breakfast menu There was only one issue ..on the last day ,we did not get enough water in the wash room ,due to some major repair work in the pipe lines . However , that is not a major issue

We faced some inconvenience while check in, and Mr Sur was kind enough to make immediate amends and upgraded us. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. But a little cramped for triple occupancy and twin beds. The breakfast spread is excellent, especially the patisserie. Sausages and bacon are not a regular affair, advised them to make it standard offering. Could do well to offer more non vegetarian food.
