• Ciro (7/5): - Buona posizione, self check in Da rivedere assolutamente la pulizia, le tende sono veramente sporche ed é già segnalato in altre recensioni, ma soprattutto la padella era sudicia, qualcuno aveva fatto una frittata, ma non aveva pulito per nulla. La mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto, banalmente mettete a disposizione una prolunga per caricare gli smartphone. Date anche la chiave del portone d'ingresso perché se si scarica lo smartphone si rischia di rimanere fuori

• e. (1/5): - Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. L’alloggio non corrispondeva alla descrizione ed era di fatto non abitabile. Ho riscontrato un letto rotto, biancheria sporca, e il riscaldamento/aria condizionata non funzionava, rendendo le notti molto fredde e il soggiorno altamente disagevole. Le condizioni igieniche e di comfort erano ben al di sotto di uno standard accettabile. Ho documentato tutto con fotografie e ho segnalato immediatamente i problemi. Nonostante ciò, non è stata fornita alcuna soluzione concreta da parte della struttura. Ancora più deludente è stata la gestione da parte di Booking: ho contattato ripetutamente l’assistenza clienti, ma non sono mai stato richiamato, nonostante mi fosse stato assicurato il contrario. Dopo vari tentativi, mi è stato addirittura impedito di contattare ulteriormente il servizio clienti, lasciandomi senza supporto mentre mi trovavo ancora nell’alloggio. A fronte di un pagamento superiore a 1.400 euro, mi è stato proposto un rimborso parziale di soli 96 euro, del tutto inadeguato rispetto alla gravità dei problemi riscontrati. Sono un turista residente all’estero e questa situazione ha reso il soggiorno in Italia particolarmente difficile e stressante. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura e, purtroppo, anche il servizio di assistenza Booking per la totale mancanza di supporto in un caso così grave.

• Bohdan (7/5): Лучше убирать квартиру! - Хорошая кровать с очень удобным матрасом, все удобства для жизни! Удобное расположение апартаментов. Рядом магазины и метро. Было грязно, куча пыли, волос. Одеяла с пятнами, и на одно одеяло не было постельного. Также сильная слышимость, когда идет смыв воды в унитазе, будто летит самолет, в том числе и у соседей. Немного не хватило посуды для приготовления еды, была только 1 кастрюля и сковородка. Дом находится у оживленного перекрестка, что может доставить дискомфорт, если путешествуете с маленьким ребенком. Мы закрывали окна, чтоб было тише.

Attenzione ad andare con bimbi piccoli però. - buono avere compressa lavastoviglie e lavatrice Suggerimenti: - lasciare anche chiavi portone esterno; chi ha batteria scarica cellulare o dati non disponibili potrebbe rimanere fuori - batterie telecomando scariche... :-( - pulizia tende migliorabile - letto retraibile avente spuntoni metallici che possono far male (mia figlia si è fatta male ad un fianco) - copriletto mancante - appendi teli da bagno mancanti
• Beatrix (10/5): Nagyon gördülékenyen ment minden, rendben volt és kifejezetten kényelmes. Felszereltsége az elvártnál több. - Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó választás. Kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt. Elhelyezkedése is rendben van ha nem okoz problémát a tömegközlekedés vagy a séta. Jól éreztük magunkat! Semmi problémát nem észleltünk.

• Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is complete and easily accessible to use public transport. The air conditioning didn't seem to freeze enough and the light in the room wasn't working, so we only had a little light for the end of the day and night, but it wasn't a problem.
• Péter (8/5): Very good - Nice location, clean sheets and washroom. Coffee maker and washer included. Great and fluent communication. You need to pay a fee if you dont get there on time to checkin. Our flight got delayed so we had to pay 25 EUR extra after 21:30. The AC is very weak, you set it to 16 Celsius but you still get about 26-28 Celsius of air temperature.
• Natália (7/5): Good - Location was good, you can find within 100 m bar, gelato, bus stop, restaurant. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was clean. We haven't had any day light, because the shutters didn't work. In the bedroom was only one small lamp.
• Katsiaryna (8/5): Very good - Everything was wonderful. Except one important thing - issues with the wifi. As soon as I discovered this, I wrote about it to the host. They did their best trying to help. But it was time before the Easter, so we didn't succeed. All these days I didn't have the connection. And it was a great problem cause I had a birthday but couldn't get the congratulations 🤷‍♀️ The host offered to make a discount and sent it to my account in a few days. So, the apartment is wonderful, clean and nice, situated in a quiet district. There is a nice cafe near it. Despite serious problems with the wifi I can recommend it. Hope they will repair the wifi

• Maverick (2/5): Location was good, hosts were not cooperative and did not change the broken water heater. - Location only Informed host immediately that our water heater was not working. Taken for a ride the whole stay and they did not change it. Had to shower with cold water the whole stay. Bed linen had stains on them.

The apartment overlooks a park and has a good options of restaurants nearby and a grocery store Not very close to the metro station but walkable distance. Quite a lot of noise from the residents upstairs, so be ready to hear pounding noises

• Petrai. (9/5): Superb - The appartment was clean, only 11 minutes far from metro station, quiet zone area, had all amenities. (dish washer, coffee machine) I think it's an old building and a couple of hours in the morning and in the evening we could hear some noise, we think it was some pipes, but we didn' t stay too much in the appartment so we didn't mind it. Overall everything was ok.

• Itzhak (9/5): Superb - I liked the warm and welcoming design. The location was perfect since we wanted to be close to the Beit Chabad which is located just a minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, the apartment was very convenient for observant Jews as it has keys and no automatic lights. I would appreciate it if there was more soap.
