• Spaman (10/5): Great Location and Great Service - Stayed a night at this hotel after a cruise at the end of May, 2026. I have read some of the negative reviews and I have to say our experience was nothing but positive. We showed up a few hours before the usual check-in time and the two young women at receptioon were particularly welcoming and friendly. We had also booked a private transfer from the cruise terminal through the hotel and it could not have gone smoother. Reception told us that our room was not ready, but that they would text us when it was, if we wanted to head out to explore. They stowed our luggage and off we went. The hotel is very nicely located. We wanted to see the Pantheon and it is no more than a 10 minute walk away. And the shopping in the area? My wife was in heaven, even though my credit card ended up in hell. LOL. When we came back from lunch, we were old our room was ready and that that it was located in the "Annex". This was the first we had heard of this "seprate building" busisness. We were simply unaware that there was a separate building at the time of booking. In any event, it was a complete non-issue for us - see below. We followed a young man from main reception, who hauled our bags down the street and into an alley entrance of another building about 150 - 200 meters in distance from the main reception desk. Not far. We were placed on the fourth floor and the bags were delivered there by the hotel employee. Yes there is a flight of stairs up to the elevator level and the elevator is rather small, but we didn't carry our bags up those stairs and all three of us fit in the elevator, together with our bags. When we departed our bags were carried out to the waiting (hotel booked) driver - no fuss no muss. All was arraged with main reception and went smoothly. We just had to let reception know we needed assistance with our bags and this entirely ended any potentlal issue with the us having to carry heavy down a flight of stairs. The room itself had great views, was clean and stylish. The bathroom had a toilet, bidet, sink and the shower was very nice. The AC in the rrooom worked wonderfully. The bed was comfortable and we heard little noise coming from the street below or other areas of teh Annex. Would have no issue booking this hotel again.

There are two buildings and you might be located on the annex - there is nothing bad about it, but it's not as charming as the main one.

My friend has stayed in this area and recommended that I would like it. Her hotel since she was there prices jumped too high so I looked for hotel in same area. When I came across this hotel in my search I was drawn to the ceiling. Fell in love with it and having height. Reminded me of my hotel in Portugal. I also needed hotel with an elevator for my husband. I find quite a few don’t have that here. Service is great. Front desk so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I travel a lot for me to give this great review. I must be happy.

• Oscar (10/5): Un hotel totalmente recomendable en Roma, para cualquier tipo de estancia, muy muy céntrico - Nos gustó todo, la ubicación es excelente, la habitación grande y el baño muy limpio. Estábamos hospedados en el anexo de la Via del Sudario, pero eso ya lo sabíamos de antemano y fue genial. No cogimos desayuno porque nos pareció caro y nosotros ya comemos poco por la mañana y teniamos excelentes cafeterías a escasos minutos. El hotel está excelentemente bien situado, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares turísticos, pero además hay múltiples líneas de bus justo delante, aparte de parada de taxis también a un minuto, por si alguien lo necesita. Nosotros para ir desde y hasta el aeropuerto así lo hicimos. Las opciones para comer y beber también son infinitas. Pantheon y Piazza Navona a 5/7 minutos. Barrio judío lo mismo. Trastevere y Fontana de Trevi a 15 minutos. Aunque no es barato, lo recomiendo totalmente, y cuando vuelva a Roma voy a repetir, ha colmado todas nuestras expectativas. Todo nos gustó

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you :-) The lift to our room stopped working twice, it was stuck on certain floors and didn’t move. • Q7509RHpaulw (2/5): Avoid Annex to Avoid Disappointment !! - We booked a 7 night stay in the Annex at the Argentina Residenza Style Hotel (Rome) and what a scandalous and shameful experience we had. Be very careful as there is a very heavy misrepresentation of the Annex on all online listings as they only depict and show the reality of the main hotel, the Annex is situated in a separate building in a side street 10 minutes walk from the main hotel, the rooms are located on a single floor in a run down block of flats used clearly for residential and business use, it has no resemblance nor ambience to the main hotel, rooms open directly onto a small communal space, there is no on site concierge available. The room allocated to us was beyond belief it was absolutely filthy, the bed headboard was thick with dirt and dust, the toilet had human waste in the pan, blood on the bathroom wall to name but a few, this room had not been cleaned for days if not weeks. What we were subjected to was not a true and accurate representation of what we had booked, the hotel in this instance had breached their obligation and legal standards in hygiene and cleanliness they failed to provide the consumer with a safe, secure, clean and comfy room surely breach of consumer contract. They offered no mitigation and was unable to offer an immediate resolution by way of a room change. No evidence could be provided by them in their defence to any of our concerns and chose only to ignore our questions. Be extremely cautious this hotel has a non refundable policy, they take your money then avoid any progress in negotiations by falling silent.
• C1108CVsharonw (2/5): Beware of booking the annexe - Beware if booking the annexe of this hotel, as it is not A separate building as depicted but IN a separate building that is a residential/business block of flats and the hotel rooms are one floor. The communal entrance is grubby, run-down and smells. The entrance door to the hotel floor is filthy and had a hole in it, this annexe does not have the ambience and appearance of the main hotel and does not have on-site concierge support. Our allocated room was filthy, had not been deep-cleaned and breached the necessary requirements, the room had clearly just been vacated, the toilet and shower showed signs of recent use, there was a blood stain on the bathroom wall and the headboard had a very thick layer of dirt and dust. This hotel has a non-refund policy and will just ignore your messages and end communication with you. The pictures are a complete misrepresentation.

• Luis Guillermo (10/5): Lavish place to call home and rest that quickly conencts you to all of Rome's best spots. - The room was spacious and gorgeous, as the hotel itself. It has modern amenities and decorations mixed with ancient roman highlights. Just going out through the main gate was such a breath of fresh air, with the Largo Argentina right in front of us. Nearby bus stops that take you anywhere in Roma real fast, amazing pizza and pasta restaurants, as well as gelato shops, and the Jewish neighborhood that has the best bakeries in town. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times and our room was serviced perfectly whenever we needed it.

The hotel is very unique,as its a former monastery. Tons of character and nooks and crannies! Super clean,great hot water and water pressure in the bath,comfy beds and pillows. Yummy breakfast with many choices,hot and cold! Great coffees to start the day. The best part of the hotel were the employees,front desk,breakfast room and housekeepers,each and every one was happy,eager to help,always polite and sincere! Shout out to Mathilda and Martina! • Sherri (9/5): Wonderful stay in Rome’s historic district. - This property is centrally located in the historic district of Rome. The hotel staff are probably the most helpful we have experienced ever. They were fantastic. The room we had (#206) was very large, clean, and beautiful. It had everything needed to help make our stay wonderful. We were able to walk to most of the historic sites in the area from this location but you must recognize the walking still adds up to many steps in a day. The breakfast offered is fantastic (pastries, eggs, meats, juices, yoghurt and all the add ins, cereal, fruit, salad, espresso, cappuccino, and brewed coffee). The room was a bit noisy for us during the night where you could hear delivery trucks and workers. Our mistake was we didn’t alert the hotel staff to this until we checked out. They would have happily relocated us to a quieter room. Downtown noises are just part of staying in a perfectly located hotel close to all attractions. Bottom line - we would most definitely choose to stay here again.

• Philippe (5/5): Moyen - Un peu exagéré le prix niveau suite .. pas de bouteille d’eau dans le mini bar , des leds qui ne marchaient pas dans la suite , lavabos mal concuent qui penchent vers vous et qui retiennent la saleté.. un genre de chambre branché m’a tu vu .. qu’on paye autour de 350e la nuit et qui ne vaut pas son prix .. très déçu de la suite

• minnesotans4 (10/5): Great stay - We were a family of three and appreciated a very spacious room with one queen bed and 2 twin beds. We also chose this hotel due to its excellent central location near the Plaza Navona. The hotel was tucked away from the Via di Torre Street and across from some ruins. The hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and also the sparkling wine in our room. We definitely would return.
• esther (5/5): Hotel de cartón piedra - El personal es encantador y la ubicación muy buena, al igual que el café. El desayuno es un poco limitado, faltan zumos naturales y más productos cocinados al momento, además la oferta sin gluten es muy escasa e industrial. Nos alojamos en la suite executive, la cama principal no era cómoda porque era un sofá cama, y las almohadas no eran nada buenas; la habitación no estaba bien acondicionada y los aparatos de aire eran muy ruidosos y no se podía dormir con ellos encendidos, por lo que hacía frío, el baño ni siquiera contaba con un calefactor, por lo que no era nada agradable usarlo a media noche ni por la mañana. El agua de la ducha no tenía presión y no salía caliente del todo, además de q la alcachofa de lluvia ni siquiera funcionaba. Deberían considerar seriamente poner calefacción central o radiadores eléctricos. No se puede cobrar 1.700€ por tres noches y no tener lo básico cubierto.

• Roger (10/5): Parfait à tous points. - La situation géographique exceptionnelle. À moins de 20mn à pied des principaux monuments romains. Station de bus et taxi à 20m. Personnel asiatique parfait. L’ Annexe possède un avantage supplémentaire, la vue dégagée sur la place et un balcon pour les chambres du 1er. Pas de tiroir de rangement et de patère dans la chambre. Tout petit handicap par rapport aux avantages.
• Edouard (7/5): super séjour à Rome; la prochaine fois dans un autre hôtel - la position géographique par rapport aux monuments de Rome. une station de taxis "devant" la porte. fenêtres très mal isolées; nous sommes arrivés la chambre froide; il faut mettre le chauffage sur 32 degrés pour avoir un semblant de 21 degrés; malgré la volonté de l’établissement d'être écologiques, tous les linges ont été changés tous les jours. le personnel à la réception extrêmement désagréables merci pour la bouteille de mousseux pour l'an nouveau; dommage il était simplement horrible (du plus que bon marché); très mesquin pour un établissement 4 étoiles dont la chambre était très chère.
