The rooms are large enough and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect for both car and without a car.

- KONSTANTINOS (10/5): Εξαιρετικό καταλυμα - Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα και καθαρά με όλες τις παροχές. Οι υπεύθυνοι ήταν ευδιάθετοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και παρόλο που δεν είναι εμπορική, βρίσκεται δίπλα στη στάση του μετρό. Οπότε μπορείς να κινηθείς εύκολα και με ασφάλεια στη Σόφια χωρίς αυτοκίνητο. Τα αυτοκίνητα τα παρκάραμε μέσα στο οικόπεδο σε περιφραγμενο χώρο εντελώς δωρεάν. Πραγματικά συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Όλα ήταν αψογα

Много чист и подреден апартамент, функционален, с всички необходими удобства. Много удобни легло и възглавница. Прекрасен защитен паркинг. Много добро съотношение цена-качество. Няма нещо, което не харесах.

- Mileva (9/5): Приятно и просторно - Беше чисто и приветливо. Персоналът се погрижи да бъдем настанени по-рано от обикновено. Локацията е добра, но е по-удобно ако сте с кола. Има близка станция на метрото, но пътят е малко обходен. Липсваха капсули за пране.
- Stiliyan (10/5): Amazing place!!! - Great attention to detail; spacious, clean, the place had everything needed for a nice short or long stay! Wasn't able to use the TVs with a usb flash drive; would be nice if the wall stands are not so tight. Also I would recommend second pair of sleeping underwear for cases when you dont travel with a partner.

- Michael (10/5): Top Wohnung in ruhiger Lage nähe U-Bahn - Neue, saubere und voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2TV. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien. Sehr nettes Personal, völlig unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. 8min zum nächst größeren Supermarkt (Billa). Ca.4min Fußweg zur U-Bahn. Damit Ca.18min zum Flughafen und 10min ins Zentrum. Sollte ich beruflich wieder nach Sofia kommen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort eine Wohnung nehmen. Für hellhörige Menschen empfehle ich eine Wohnung Richtung Süd/West, da in unmittelbarer Nähe die U-Bahn oberirdisch vorbeifährt. Ansonsten eine sehr ruhige Lage.. Für mich gab es nichts auszusetzen. - Марияна (8/5): - Получих пълна и подробна информация за настаняване в дена на пристигане и съвсем лесно влязохме в апартамента Мястото е много близо до надземен участър на метрото и се чуват влаковете дори и през затворените прозорци.

- Ksenija (9/5): Очень понравилось. Очень хорошие впечатления. Большое спасибо! Всё есть! - Квартира в новостройке ,хотя и 1 этаж ,окна выходят на задний двор ,есть свой балкон. Кондиционеры это большой плюс ( в каждой комнате). Есть стиральная машина и посудомойка , телевизоры. Полотенец дали 3 комплекта , хотя нас двое взрослых и один маленький ребёнок ( полотенца пригодились). Вообщем всё очень круто! Мы очень довольны! До метро идти минут 7-10 . Вполне приемлемо. Есть только одна дорога до апартаментов и часть ее идёт без покрытия/ щебёнка и даже без света. Вообщем тюковый переулок ,получается. Но у самих апартаментов светло и хорошо и асфальт.

- Ioana (10/5): Splendid stay, very clean and quiet and safe, would recommend warmly to anyone. - The best equipped apartment in the past 10 years since we've been visiting Sofia for Aniventure Comic Con. Literally all the comforts of home. The first time we've had an electric kettle and a coffee maker BUT ALSO a toaster, a microwave oven and a dishwasher, apart from the stove, oven and laundry machine. AND both rooms were air conditioned! AND mosquito nets on windows. The mattress in the bedroom, although firm (which is what we usually prefer) was a little too hard even for us.

- Мануела (10/5): Loved our stay, already booked the next one! - The description was absolutely spot on - clean, modern, new, comfortable, great location, free private parking, it was a great stay! The apartment smells so nice and clean when you enter, it's very welcoming. The bathroom was also stocked with some female products, clean towels. And I absolutely love this - a 1L bottle of water available for the guests. After a long drive, it's wonderful to see this level of hospitality. There was also a lovely candy dish, tea, and coffee! The smart TV was easy to work and had soo many channels to watch - Bulgarian and international! Wi-Fi was readily available, connecting and the connection was great without any issues. The apartment is also quite spacious, it is organized very well and in a very comfortable way. Not the mention the location - it is super close to Arena Sofia (about 1.5km) which makes traveling to the arena and to the metro super easy to navigate. And to conclude, one of our most favorite features with this booking was the free private parking. Every apartment gets 1 spot guaranteed, I can't tell you how much we appreciated that. Don't hesitate, don't over think, book this place now! Only being picky, the air conditioners are on the inside of the balcony so when you're outside in the cold, the air conditioners blowing add to the cold feeling, also seems to make it smell like cigarette smoke inside. 😆 But trust me that is not in any way a reason not to book. We loved out stay and already booked one for February of next year!

- Mitko (9/5): Comfy, big and clean apartment, located in a silient neighbourhood. - The rooms are big and with new furniture. The apartment has a private parking space. The last 50m of the road to the apartment was unpaved.
- Iurii (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new apartment with all needed for a comfortable stay (kitchen equipment, coffee machine, iron, etc ). It is well suitable for families with 1-2 children as it is located in a calm green area. Comfortable and protected private parking plus the apartment is located in a few minutes from the metrostation. Friendly host. If you are not by car, the road to the metro station might be slightly confusing as the apartment is in a private housing area slightly hidden from the condo blocks.
