- Mily (10/5): Exceptional - A great location and plenty of clear and useful information sent so you know how to find the flat. It's situated on the top floor, so no one above you! Incredibly clean, very comfortable bed, lots of space to move in the kitchen area. Two big windows that can open, AC, plenty of hangers/laundry bits and bobs. A manual which provides info in English and Chinese about how to use the various domestic gadgets. Loads of great restaurants and convenience stores close by! If I had a question, I'd just send them a message over this app and they'd get back to me really fast. Very clear communication. WiFi was great, managed to have some video calls and they went very smoothly for the most part. Felt very homely and cosy, will definitely be back in the future! There's no lift and the stairs are very narrow. It's only three floors up, it just feels slightly longer if you'd got a big, heavy suitcase! No bidet with the toilet, not the end of the world, but it was missed! The stairwell is very echoey, sometimes you can hear people crashing about, but not very often at all. It felt a bit alarming having a sign on the wall saying 'no noise or loud talking past 21:00 or the neighbours might call the police', understandable, but just made me feel a bit anxious.
