• Alan (9/5): Lovely apartment but better communication with the host would have enhanced our stay. - So we sent 3 messages as a bed request was asked for.We asked for the beds to be made up as doubles.Only 1 was.Find this v poor as what's the point in asking if you just ignore the request.Also late checkout wasn't available.There were 4 cleaners who arrived at 10am.Check in isn't till 4pm.Absolutely no way it takes 6 hrs to clean a flat.It said late checkout was an option then when you request it's not available.That is bizarre!
• Stephen (9/5): - Modern, well-appointed, well-equipped. Great central location. Secure free parking a bonus. Air con units in lounge and bedrooms, We couldn't adjust the heating. We found it very warm in the bedrooms at night. We informed the office, and they promptly sent someone from maintenance who adjusted the temperature. However, we still found it warmer than we would have liked.

• Paul (9/5): Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future. - Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to the main town centre. The apartment has all you would need for a comfortable stay, we very much enjoyed our visit. No major concerns, the garage is under the building and you only have space for 1 vehicle, if you have more you need to find somewhere else to park which can be tricky.
• Sydney (5/5): Good location but lots of deficiencies and not worth the price. - The location is great, fairly quick and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The view from the living room is nice on a sunny day. Difficult to unlock and lock front door at first until you learn the trick. Must lug suitcases up stairs. Furnishings are cheap, sofa not very comfortable, no drawers for clothes, inadequate storage space in bathrooms, etc. Awkward, odd layout of rooms No counter space in bathrooms Shower small and No shelf for bath products in shower Towel warmer and exhaust fan in small bathroom dont work Broken window in bedroom with Tacky looking cover. Workers arrived unannounced on Monday to replace the window but we had to tell them to come back after we leave because we didnt want the disruption and mess - poor coordination. No blackout curtains, only thin drapes throughout. Bedroom door squeaks, needs maintenance. No balcony Automatic closers on all the doors is inconvenient. Apartment gets Very hot….. No AC and windows do not open very much and have no insect screens. Cleaning was not great, we found hairs, a used q-tip and coins in the floor, just poor cleaning effort. Unclear where to put recycling. No dedicated charging station, we had to charge everything on kitchen counter. Building frequently shakes from heavy traffic on adjacent main thoroughfare.

• Joe (10/5): Perfect. - Location was ideal and the property was immaculate. Getting the code for the key safe was a bit complicated.
• Samara (8/5): Very good - Location is great. It had a washer and dryer in the common area....bonus! The beds weren't the most comfortable. The accommodations were good but directions to the building need work. And it should be clear that it is a walk up for part of the way. Ie no elevator access to the floor the room is on.
• Graham (7/5): Good - Very modern and nicely set up. Great location Big windows and insulation means it gets very hot and lack of air flow. One fan provided, but needs more.
• Steve (10/5): This place had a great location and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. - Amazing views. Excellent location right near the central part of the city. 10 minute walk to larger grocery store, but a Tesco Express was close by. Very comfy room. Had a washer and dryer. Showers were great. All the doors were closed and there is intense sun, so the place was VERY warm and stuffy. Instructions on how to open the windows would be good to leave for people as the "cracking" of the windows didn't allow for enough air flow. Directions for getting keys was not very helpful. Wasn't sure where to park, how to access key box. Would be better if key box was down near the garage door which is the only place to park, but need to walk around the building and can't take a car down the alley way.
