The host is very flexible and responds to messages very quickly. The kitchen equipment is incomplete. Several basic kitchen utensils are needed. For example, a toaster and a pasta strainer...

• Kleio (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was very clean!!We had everything we needed for our stay. Every room had its own AC which is very important in summer. Well decorated.There is an excellent gyros place nearby (Ψητοπωλειο Παυλής) and a great bakery (Μουντρίχας) WiFi connection was very weak - we had to restart the router every 2h ish because it stopped working. So I guess it is not ideal for someone that wants to work remotely. There were cigarette burn marks on the couch and some of the chairs. I also felt the apartment was a bit cold, but the AC helped with this. There wasn't enough space to have a medium size luggage in the bedroom next to the kitchen.

• CHARALAMPIA (4/5): - Η περιοχη που ειναι κομβική. Η καθαριότητα τπυ δωματίου. Ενημερώσαμε άμεσα οτι η βρύση του μπάνιου και του νιπτηρα εχει προβλημα και πλημμυρίζει ολο το μπανιο και τα νερά βγαίνουν ποτάμι μεχρι το σαλονι. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κανουμε μπανιο και με κίνδυνο να πέσουμε οταν το χρησιμοποιησαμε μια και μοναδική φορα. Μας ενημέρωσαν οτι δε μπορούσαν να καλέσουν τεχνικό λογω ωρας αλλα δε μας πρότειναν να μας μεταφέρουν. Φύγαμε μετα απο 3 ώρες γιατι δε μπορούσαμε να κανουμε μπανιο.
• YU-JEN (9/5): - 1.The host was very considerate, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and check out later, which solved the inconvenience of moving our belongings. 2.The king-size bed is very comfortable. 3.Several supermarkets are nearby, it was convenient to buy daily necessities. There was a minor issue with the bathroom drainage.

• Chris Maria (10/5): - Ένα σπίτι ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο και με όλες τις ανέσεις!!!Εύκολη η πρόσβαση μας σε αυτό,η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.Ηταν πεντακάθαροι όλοι οι χώροι,τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν υπέροχα.Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα κ στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας!

Une légère montée est à prévoir pour parvenir au logement selon votre chemin. Équipements au top avec une cafetière et des dosettes à disposition, attention soulignée :) Lits très confortables et propreté au top ! Parfait pour un séjour à quatre, nous recommandons fortement. • Anastasia (10/5): Close to the center and cozy - The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was close to the center and in a good area. The staff was polite and helpful. The terrasse was so sweet, you could see the Acropolis!! Everything was nice

• Lucie (8/5): Très bien pour passer quelques jours à Athènes, en ville et au calme, déplacements à pied et métro. - Fait le job comme lieu de repos après des journées de visites éblouissantes mais tout aussi fatigantes... Les nuits reposantes grâce à des lits ultra confortables et à un environnement calme. Quartier d'immeubles résidentiels, calme, assez accessible pour qui n'a pas peur de marcher 10 min dans des ruelles en pente avant d'accéder à l'arrêt du métro Syngrou-Fix. Si vous choisissez le bon chemin vous pourrez voir le Parthénon en descendant... Métro Syngrou-Fix et tramway qui mène à la mer à 10 min à pied. Acropole à une station de métro mais faisable à pied. La machine à laver ne fonctionne pas. Cela ne m'a pas dérangé mais il n'y a aucune vue intéressante depuis le balcon.

• Olga (10/5): New and clean apartment - The apartment has everything needed. Located 20 min walk to Acropolis. There is a couple of very nice restaurants just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. It was very clean, also it has comfortable beds.

• Στελλα (9/5): Μια χαρά - Η τοποθεσια βολευει παρα πολυ,πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο !! Το κτηριο ειναι ολο καινουργιο και δεν χρειαζεται να περιμενεις καποιον για να παρεις τα κλειδια. Ανετο και καλα εξοπλισμενο! Θα μπορουσε να ειχε καθαριστει λιγο καλυτερα και θελει καποιες μικρες επιδιορθώσεις γενικα.

• Bernd (8/5): Wir waren zu Viert und alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Klimaanlage, das Bad sowie die Kochnische ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super Zentral und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten können gut zu Fuß erreicht werden, Taxis sind günstig und zu jeder Uhrzeit verfügbar.

• Adrijana (9/5): Good value for money near Acropolis - It is a very good appartment, within walking diatance of Plaka and Acropoli area, as well as metro stations. Facilities are new and it ia equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The wi-fi stopped working after 11pm, but it was not a big issue.

• Juliana (8/5): Recomendado para uma diária - Usamos apenas para um dia e uma noite e atendeu nossa necessidade Localização nao era próxima de tudo mas muito perto e é preciso usar carro O bairro é muito bom Restaurantes próximos indo de carro muito bons Nos permitiram deixar as malas antes do horário pois nosso voo chegou muito cedo Então isso nos ajudou muito e já pudemos sair pra passear sem malas Falta um espelho corpo todo inteiro no apartamento pois só tem o espelho de banheiro Cabeceira das camas estavam com poeira e deu alergia durante a noite Prédio possui elevador e ajuda muito por conta de malas Foi tudo bem e nada nos chateou

• Leticia (9/5): Estancia confortable - Estuvimos en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones, una de ellas más amplia, ambas confortables. El acceso es por código a la entrada y llave en interior de una caja con pin, todo perfecto. Hay un supermercado muy cerca y mercadillo en la calle de al lado. Tiene cafetera nespresso y te deja cápsulas de café y té que vienen muy bien! La ubicación no es mala ni mucho menos, pero aún tienes un tramo hasta el barrio de plaka andando.

• Andriana (10/5): Υπέροχο, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα - Το κατάλυμμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο για 4 άτομα και σε πολύ κοντινή τοποθεσία από το Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης (12 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον κεντρικό δρόμο) .. η εταιρία που το διαχειρίζεται μας βοήθησε να αποθηκεύσουμε τις αποσκευές μας καθώς φτάσαμε νωρίτερα. 😊 Έχοντας και όλα τα απαραίτητα για τις 4 μέρες διαμονής μας ! Θα το ξανα επισκεφτούμε σύντομα!!

La cuisine est faiblement équipée pour 4… nous n avions pas 4 grandes assiettes… Pas de passoire. Difficile de laver une salade, égoutter des pâtes …

• Simon (7/5): Pleasant, clean and comfortable apartment for a family of four but the lack of parking and smell of marujuana was a litt - The facilities were in order from the plumbing to the three air conditioners for warmth during a cold stay. On the second floor so family felt secure enough. The apartment was clean enough too on arrival so as were the details for code entry and and key access. On arrival there were redbull and energy drink cans throughout the hall and on the stairs which made the place look dirty and the lingering smell of marajuana from the next apartment or upstairs was pungent. Finally there is not really any parking as form the four nights we stayed only once did we find on the road itself and twice had to park 10 minutes away on foot as the neighbourhood is busy. If you have no car it is no problem. Also it is a little far away from the metro station if you have mobility issues.

• Ioannis (4/5): Αδιάφορη - Απουσία internet ,καθόλου σήμα το τηλέφωνο ,η τηλεόραση δεν είχε τηλεκοντρόλ και δεν μπορέσαμε να την ανοίξουμε ,προσπαθήσαμε επανηλειμμένα να επικοινωνήσουμε με το διαχειριστή του καταλύματος αλλά μάταια .
• Αλεξανδρος (10/5): - Πολυ καθαρό και φρεσκοβαμμένο διαμέρισμα σε νεόδμητη πολυκατοικία , καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ και πάρκο .. 10-15 λεπτά από μουσείο ακρόπολης! Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρι ή οικογένεια με ωραίο μεγάλο ντουζ . Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί host , μας άφησαν να αποθηκεύσουμε αποσκευές και μπήκαμε λίγο νωρίτερα κατόπιν ζήτησης !
• Βαλερις (10/5): - Professionally hosted by a company this building is newly constructed , in a very quiet area , apartment was freshly repainted , well cleaned , 12 minutes walk from acropolis museum and with easy access (code and key box) . Would definitely suggest to a couple - family ( all the amenities were there ) plus heating since the weather was cold .. 👌
