• Bianca (10/5): - Charmantes familiengeführtes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Nur 5 min Fahrzeit von der Tianmen Berg Talstation entfernt und einer äußerst leckeren lokalen Küche. Die Dachterrasse bei unserem Zimmer mit großer Loggia bietet bei gutem Wetter einen fantastischen Blick auf die Tianmenhöhle. Die sehr hilfsbereite ,nette Tochter hilft bei Bedarf auch bei der Tourenbuchung im Nationalpark sowie der Ticketbuchung. Eine äußerst gemütliche Terrasse steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Restaurant war sehr hübsch und gemütluch. Alles in allem einer der besten Aufenthalte, die wir hier in China hatten, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

• Kelly Jessica (9/5): - Sehr herzlicher Besitzer, hat uns gut beraten für den Besuch des Tianmen Berges und uns hingebracht und spät am Abend auch wieder abgeholt. Wir haben ausserdem ein gratis Upgrade des Zimmers erhalten. Das Internet war relativ schnell im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Es gab nicht genug Toilettenpapier. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ist reichhaltig und schmeckt sehr gut.

Il proprietario è di una gentilezza e disponibilità mai viste prima da nessuna parte, ci ha accompagnato più volte ed è sempre disponibile. La colazione è solo orientale, e nonostante non sia nelle nostre preferenze in generale, abbiamo mangiato il riso fritto con uova più buono di sempre!! Consigliatissimo

Rooms were very clean, except maybe the curtains in the shower area could be replaced with material that are not easily stained. And a bathroom floor mat would be good too. Other than that, service was excellent. Breakfast was hot, cook to order. The curtain in the shower area.

• Gabriele (10/5): - La parte migliore di questa struttura è sicuramente lo staff, gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni occasione. Non solo ti portano alla funivia di Tianmen Mountain, ti possono anche venire a prendere. Colazione buonissima e abbondante gratis con grande considerazione anche di allergie o problemi da "occidentale" (offrono le forchette). È presente un negozietto a 100 metri per comprare qualcosa da sgranocchiare per il viaggio e in struttura offrono dei rimedi contro la pioggia in caso di meteo sfavorevole. Camere pulite e con tutte le necessità, non potrei veramente raccomandare nient'altro.

The proximity to Tianmen Mountain is quite remarkable - the complimentary shuttle whisks you to the entrance in just two minutes. The host family is the heart of this guesthouse. They are exceptionally warm and thoughtful, offering us detailed hiking advice and even helping us book tickets. The location is simply ideal for accessing Tianmen Mountain; the complimentary shuttle service whisked us to the entrance in a mere two minutes. The breakfast was a pleasant affair with authentic Chinese options, and the provision of proper coffee and toast was much appreciated. The staff deserve high praise for their professional and courteous service, particularly in assisting us with ticket purchases and travel arrangements. It made everything wonderfully straightforward. I should certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

The hotel's greatest asset is its proximity to the mountain, with the complimentary shuttle getting you to the entrance in a mere two minutes. The breakfast offered a lovely mix of local choices, alongside coffee and toast which was a welcome touch. A particular commendation must go to the staff - exceptionally professional and helpful in organising our tickets and transport. It made the entire trip utterly seamless. • Terence (10/5): A nice and cosy place to stay that is near the attractions! - The property is situated close to Tianmen mountain but away from the busy streets, which we liked. The owners were lovely and welcoming. After checking out, we left our luggage there whilst we explored the area, which we appreciated. The owners offered to take us to the train station but we opted to get a taxi as we had some stop-offs to make on the way. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was amazing!! The breakfast was lovely, though my chopstick skills are woeful! The hotel seems to be family run and they are all so lovely.

Мы просто выбрали не совсем удачный номер в 2 этажа. 1 этаж очень тесный, нет возможности разместить - разложить багаж. да и не набегаешься с 1 на 2 этаж. Но это нюансы, просто выбирайте другой номер. В номере чисто, постель удобная. Завтрак отличный - брали лапшу, очень вкусно. В номер бы добавить функционала, бетонный пол застелить ковром и все будет супер.
• Helena (7/5): Great place to stay if visiting Tianmen Mountain. Would recommend to friends - Very helpful staff, provided shuttle service to the tianmen mountain entrance and also to the airport. Very clean rooms, nice amenities. Very peaceful environment. Very hard for DiDi drivers to find, the location listed on booking.com is not the correct address. Includes home cooked breakfast - which was nice but just Chinese noodles/dumplings as options.

• Ayesha (10/5): I love Zhangjiajie :) - The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The views of Tianmen mountain were incredible and it was a nice change of scenery after staying in the heart of Shanghai! We enjoyed breakfast and lunches cooked by the in house chef. The owners helped us with driving us to the cablecar as well and provided recommendations and travel advice for the area. I would definitely recommend staying here :) N/A however there are no elevators so if you are travelling with multiple pieces of luggage, you will need to take it up a flight of stairs
• Oleksandr (10/5): Very good - Lovely hotel next to the wonder of the world. This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, with hospitable people who will help in everything and feed if you did not have time to have dinner. We were fed with dumplings and wontons, they were very tasty and fresh. The hotel is close to the second lift to the top and Fairy Fox Theater. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are large and soft. There are air conditioners, balcony. The towels are soft and absorb moisture well. Excellent and soft toothbrushes. On the ground floor there is a massage chair and billiards.
• Moid (8/5): Great host, comfortable stay, calm and quite location. - Host was excellent. Provided us free pick up and drop from airport and also to city center which made our stay extremely comfortable. He also helped us a great deal in planning our two day trip. Bathtub had no water. Room service/cleaning can improve a little. Breakfast should include basic items like bread, eggs and butter.
