• Lindsey (7/5): Nice and conveniently located, but the noise was way too much for me. - Location was great. The host was phenomenal and accommodating. My flight was delayed multiple times due weather and arrived well after check in but they waited for me. I am most appreciative for that small gesture of kindness. I don't on have an issue with the property itself but my room (#1) was extremely noisy. It faces the main street that crosses over the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Every night there was live music past midnight on the bridge and lots of tourists making noise at all hours of night. Then the noise would start back up at 6am with cars and trucks.

• keepcalm77 (10/5): Il centro del centro di Firenze - La struttura è posizionata a meno di 100 metri da Ponte Vecchio al terzo piano con ascensore in un palazzo che si affaccia in una piazzetta molto tranquilla. Ci sono in totale 5 camere, alcune con vista sulla strada, sulla piazza o nell'interno. Letto molto confortevole, stanza dotata di angolo caffè e snacks, frigo bar e in corridoio erogatore di acqua fresca e purificata. Andreia è una perfetta padrona di casa, gentile e premurosa, grazie ai suoi consigli eviterete trappole per turisti e apprezzerete i locali più autentici di Firenze. Nulla, tutto perfetto.

La posizione più che strategica: in 10 minuti arrivi alla stazione dei treni e in tutti i principali punti di interesse. • Andrea (4/5): Decepcionante, no corresponde con la puntuación ni con las fotos - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Nos hemos sentido bastante decepcionados con este alojamiento, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la puntuación tan alta que tiene. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad: los espacios parecen amplios, pero en realidad la habitación era tan pequeña que ni siquiera podíamos abrir una maleta grande en el suelo. Las ventanas estaban rotas y no cerraban bien, por lo que por la noche se oía absolutamente todo lo que pasaba en la calle, que además es una de las más concurridas de Florencia. El baño era incómodo: no se podía abrir la puerta desde dentro fácilmente, no había espacio para apoyar ni el neceser, y la taza del váter estaba rota y se movía al sentarse. Todo el mobiliario es muy antiguo y claramente necesita una reforma. Otro gran inconveniente es el sistema de llaves: solo dan una, y con ella se controla tanto la entrada como la luz de la habitación. Esto significa que si una persona sale, la otra se queda sin luz o sin posibilidad de entrar. Deberían ofrecer al menos dos llaves o instalar un sistema más moderno como tarjetas electrónicas, como hacen en la mayoría de alojamientos actuales. En resumen, la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado. La puntuación y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad actual del apartamento.

C’è un distributore dell’acqua potabile liberamente accessibile agli ospiti che è stato utilissimo. Essendo un immobile storico, gli infissi vecchi fanno passare qualche spiffero.

Andreia è gentilissima e sempre disponibile, la pulizia è impeccabile e la posizione davvero il massimo per visitare Firenze a piedi. Non c’è la colazione inclusa ma in camera ci sono tè, caffè e qualche biscottino, un’attenzione molto gradita. La consiglierei senza dubbio.

Water refill was nice. Location is right by the Uffizi gallery and it's central, you can walk to everything from here. We felt very safe and our room was cozy!
