A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in is by pre-arranged appointment only as the property does not have a 24 -hour reception. Once the reservation has been made Primestate Hyde Park will contact you with information regarding check-in.
Check-in after 20:30 and until 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Any check in after 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 70, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Please supply the name of all guests to be accommodated. Only named guests may stay at the property.
Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present.

- Ewa (8/5): - Obawiałam się że obiekt nie będzie czysty a podróżowałam z 5latkiem więc wiadomo że taki maluch dużo siedzi na podłodze ale wszystko było jak najbardziej ok.
Były też płyny do posprzątania i szmatki jak ktoś chciałby posprzątać raz jeszcze. Faktycznie schody do samego mieszkania są wąskie ( jak przy wejściu na strych) ale to nic nadzwyczajnego w mieszkaniach w Anglii.
Zdecydowanie polecam. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko (15min spacerem) od stacji Paddington i dwóch stacji metra (5min i 10min spacerem) ale mieszkanie nie jest przy głównej ulicy dzięki czemu była cisza. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Bastante tranquilo de noche.
Tiene una concina funcional con cafetera tipo nespreso.
El salón estaba muy bien con sofá grande, tv buena y una mesa con sillas para comer. El apartamento estaba en un cuarto piso sin ascensor y con escaleras muy estrechas. Al llevar a un bebé de 18 meses con carrito era un tanto incómodo subir y bajar.
El baño estaba con los elementos en mal estado.
Aunque es una opinión subjetiva, el colchón de la cama era muy blandito, a mi me gustan más duros.

- Ingo (5/5): Top-Lage, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Apartments sind inakzeptabel. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Hyde-Park ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei Underground-Stationen sind in ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt (Bayswater und Queensway). Ein Marks & Spencer Laden ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir hatten das "Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer". Es ist ein ausgebauter Dachstuhl. Insbesondere die letzte Treppe ist sehr eng und sperrig. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung stimmen nicht mit dem Apartment überein. So hatte z.B. das Bad kein Fenster. Die Wohnung war nicht gründlich geputzt. Im Bad lag noch ein Handtuch auf dem Boden. Der Tisch war nicht gewischt. Die Möbel und das Bad sind in keinem guten Zustand. Das Klo ist so schräg montiert, dass einem der Klodeckel bei der Nutzung ständig auf den Rücken fällt. Eine Klobürste war nicht vorhanden. Das Waschbecken ist absurd klein. Mangels einer Abstellkammer steht das Putzzeug direkt neben dem Esstisch. Geschirr und Besteck sind kaum vorhanden. Das Apartment müsste von Grund auf saniert werden.

A 5 minutos de dos paradas de metro, en una calle, muy tranquila detrás de otra calle con mucha vida (restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas). No hay escaleras y después de subir tres pisos se abre la puerta del apartamento y hay otra escaleras estrecha que sube la buhardilla que es donde está el apartamento. Habría agradecido que esto se especificara en la descripción del apartamento porque tuve que subir una maleta de 22 kilos…
Por lo demás todo muy bien. Caro, como todo Londres
- Leticia 19 (9/5): - La ubicación era excelente. Y el apartamento espacioso. Es verdad que me parece caro para las condiciones que tiene, pero en Londres suele ser todo caro. Faltaban utensilios de cocina, el mueble del baño está bastante estropeado y se debería de arreglar el suelo.

- RITA (8/5): Had a good stay at the apartment. Location was perfect. Will consider staying here again. - Overall the apartment was OK. Its spacious which is good. Facilities were all good. The apartment was not ready when we arrived after 4.00 pm. The cleaner did not do a good job. The floor was dusty which obviously was not cleaned and not vacuumed. The bed was also not done properly.

- Emese (7/5): Affordable solution to stay in London - Location Ground floor apartment was very noisy due to the staircase and the plumbing. Due to the poor waste disposal facilities in front of the house, there was trash in the front yard / carport.

The host agency was very responsive and quick to solve any possible issue. Tableware should be extended, as well as larger casserole.

The Unit was fairly well equipped for short stays. One double bed in a bedroom with plenty of space in built in wardrobes ( enough for 4 people to unpack bags). There is a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2, but the unit is big enough to make it fairly easy to move around, even with the sofa bed out.
Key code entry means there's enough keys for all the family members to come and go as they please. The kitchen is equipped with only 4 cups, plates, knives, forks etc. This means you constantly need to wash by hand. There were no tea towels or a dish draining rack to dry clean dishes with. We ended up stacking them on a bath towel on the dining room table
The bathroom has no double glazing, making it extremely cold despite being fitted with a towel warmer. We were there in a very cold week

- Anton (4/5): Great location with poor facilities and service. - Location is very good. just a few minutes from the busy area, tube and Hyde Park. Good internet connection. To find the place was a puzzle. We were provided with the codes and street name only it took us 1 hour to get the info on the house number and apartment number (provided with a wrong apartment number). Be prepared to buy everything including essentials, like toilet paper, sponge, salt etc. The flat looks clean but the feeling is the floor was never washed properly. It's an old building so you can clearly hear your neighbours above (nothing to do here from the host side). Finally we didn't manage to open the windows.
