- Peace (6/5): - Very clean apartment with all the basic things you need Something needs to be done about sound proofing the apartment because I could hear the noise from outside considering the fact that the area is very busy and this made it very difficult to sleep. Also the curtain needs changing, it’s worn out and unable to cover properly. Light from the night life just beaming into the room. Overall it was difficult to fall asleep which is the main reason for booking a place to stay in the first place. Also the bathroom door doesn’t shut properly.

- Sandrine (5/5): Perfect place if you're happy to stay up til very late - Perfect location during day time for exploring Liverpool, we could even pop in for lunch without wasting time. Spacious enough for 2 and possibly 4, except for a lack of pans for cooking. Extremely noisy at night, not just noisy but it's like having a disco in the room (up to 2am Thursday and 4am Friday) as unfortunately the flat backs up on Matthew Street where all the nightclubs are, which we had not realised. Obviously not an issue if you're a party person happy to stay up so late. I will say though the owner was very responsive to our query and tried to find a solution for us, unfortunately to no avail.

- Lisa (8/5): Excellent location, clean and modern but need to provide hand towels and tea towels to dry hands. - Location was brilliant, and the apartment was clean. I was a little disappointed that the bath towels provided were so small and not changed each day. We did ask for extra towels to be to that only 2 towels are provided for the stay, which ment you had to use the bath towel to dry your hands throughout our stay after use the toilet, which we found a little unhygienic.
- Michael (5/5): Noisy - Good central location, big bathroom good shower. MAin door lock sticks, very difficult to turn the key. Bedroom is directly over Mathew St so music from bars is very loud despite triple glazing till midnight-1am. TV has very stange menu, no instructions, apps dissappear you have to turn off and on again to get them back, and BBC iplaye refued to load. Ended up connecting laptop via HDMI.

- Catriona (7/5): Great location for nightlife! - Great location, close to bars, restaurants, easy to park nearby. Check in and out was really easy, apartment has everything you need (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, tv with Netflix, shampoo, conditioner) Didn’t bother us as we were there to enjoy the nightlife but can understand why noise may be an issue for some travellers. If you are in Liverpool for a good sleep, book elsewhere.
- Sergey (1/5): Dont stay here if you want to get sleep. Go somewhere else. Place is extremely loud - The place looked nice. It was newly renovated. The place is in an AWFUL location. If you love to party until 4 am this is for you. I wanted to get rest after a long day of travels and had to travel early in the morning the day after. It should be called, place right above Cavern Club and all other bars that are blasting music until late night. This should be mentioned in the description of the place as I wanted to rest during my night. Waste of my money. If this was a hotel I would check out the moment I entered the room. This place also had no other reviews when i booked it back in the summer. Recent few reviews say the same thing about the noise. Had to move the mattress into the bathroom to get further away from the noise, but then you start hearing everyone flushing their toilets and using the showers in the building. Terrible stay overall. The floors were also sticky. Need to wipe the floors with water so it doesnt leave soap residue. No extra blankets were provided besides the one bed cover. Ill be requesting a refund from the customer support team. This was awful.
