• Mohammad (9/5): Thank for that host , from Mohammad. - Good host , nice people, a bit problem with language, but it was manageable. The room was a bit cold ,unfortunately during my travel it becom cold in Madred. rather than that everything was ok.

• Francisco Javier (9/5): Ideal como punto de descanso y aseo. Repetiría sin duda. - La amabilidad y buena disposición de Amelia, la limpieza y la tranquilidad del alojamiento. Si tuviera que poner algún "pero", para mi gusto, el colchón era demasiado blando.

• andrea (7/5): Buona sistemazione per brevi soggiorni - Posizione comoda, pulito, bagno spazioso, letto molto comodo e proprietaria gentile e disponibile Non avevo letto le recensioni le quali dicevano che la camera è nella casa della proprietaria, quindi ci sono anche loro quando torni in casa o esci.. la mattina un po di rumore perché giustamente vanno a lavoro o scuola quindi tenetelo a mente quando prenotate

• Damián (8/5): Estancia cálida y tranquila en zona de parques - Familia muy cálida, dispuesta a brindar comodidad y tranquilidad. Contar con baño en la habitación y la posibilidad de usar la cocina, para calentar agua o lavar utensilios, es muy positivo. La ubicación es muy buena para moverse en bus y la zona es tranquila, contando con un gran y hermoso parque cerca. Todo muy limpio y preparado para sentirse como en casa. Destaca la calidez y tranquilidad. No considero que haya algo negativo para destacar. La habitación/baño privado cuenta con un poco de aire húmedo al quedar encerrada, producto de la construcción y orientación, pero a su vez el baño cuenta con extractor de aire y tiene ventilación directa con una ventana al lado de la cama.

• Yahya (8/5): Good location for its price and clean room and friendly staff - House owner is very kind and generous. Room and bathroom is clean, towels are enough for two people. Since it was on the ground floor, there wasn't much light. Also, since the sound insulation wasn't good, there was a lot of noise.
• Leanne (8/5): Very good - Great location to Usera metro and 15 minutes to central Madrid. Lovely family however I don't speak Spanish so communication was a bit difficult. I didn't realise this is a bedroom in someone's house but I enjoyed it anyway.

• Ping (9/5): Superb - Very clean basic room with attached bathroom inside. Very near Usera Metro station, bus station also few steps away. You pay what you get for. Check in is easy because the host is stay inside the house. Host is friendly, He let us drop our luagage there after check out. I see his wife cleanning everything in the room when we come back to take luagage eventhough we just stay for 1 day. I'm not a cat lover but the cat is very cute and everytime we come back will hide itself inside the chair. And the host is Chinese, easier for us to communicate. No aircond in the room but for us is fine because we travel during autumn and is cold in Madrid.
• Eli (7/5): Good - Great location, free parking outside the building, friendly hosts, private bathroom - clean. You can use their kitchen and dining area. Bed is comfortable. The room is in the flat of the owners, who live there as well, and room doors have no key. Facilities in the room are bit old, the towels and sheets are dark colored (no high temperature wash), bathroom had moldy smell.
