• Michael (9/5): A great place to spend a weekend in Canberra with family - When we arrived there was a problem with the apartment we had booked, and Joel sorted things out immediately so that we had an alternative. We like the area and that we could walk to Questacon and the National Library, but there were also buses, and convenient shopping.

• Kerri (8/5): - The receptionist, Amut was exceptional. He was polite, well mannered, helpful and courteous. Very respectful of my sister and I, us being older people (she is 87 and I am 68). Could not recommend him highly enough. He will go a long way in life. Kitchen let us down a little, could have done with better cleaning, some cupboard handles were sticky etc The bathroom lights are connected to the ceiling exhaust and to go to the toilet at night you freeze your t??s off. Same thing when you want to use the mirror for make up. Lights and exhaust need to be on separate switches. Had to ask Amut to find electric blankets as there were none on the beds.

The manager Joel was very helpful and professional. The team provided absolutely amazing service. Rooms cleaned- spot on. Thank you for taking out our dishes from the dish washer- that was a service beyond expectation. We will always choose you over others from now on. Throw blanket has a smell- like oil was spilled. Not a biggie though. Just something to double check, could just be the fabric smell.

• Michelle (8/5): Spacious, clean and affordable! - Booked both a 1 bedroom, and a 2 bedroom apartment for visiting family to attend a wedding. Both groups said the apartments were more spacious than expected, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the event, and close to shops and restaurants for convenience. They're also very affordable for tje size, and amenities available. Will definitely be recommending these apartments to other visitors in future!

• Suzanne (8/5): Comfortable , good location in Manuka - Lovely friendly staff. Great location near Manuka shops and a 10-15 walk to the lake. Good sized 2BR unit suitable for a 2 day stay. Washing machine and dryer in the unit. Heating worked well. Looking a little tired inside and in need of a few touchups ( paintwork etc), some outside garden lights not working at night so it was a little difficult walking around the property to our front door.

We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were onto it asap. Great service! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, clean, a home away from home. The location was superb. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to attractions. We'd stay here again for sure. Nothing. Couldn't fault a thing.

• Deborah (9/5): - I've stayed here a couple of times whilst in Ngunnawal and it's really nice. The apartments are very well appointed, I think they all have full kitchens and washing/drying machines inside the apartment. The pool is lovely and I've always found the staff really lovely and also compassionate (I normally have to come down to take care of my aging parents, and my dad has Alzheimer's, they are really kind and have been generous in their flexibility wherever they can, as things often change suddenly with illness and aging members of family) Nothing I don't like about the apartments themselves, but sometimes there is a bit of road noise depending where you are on the block. And this last time, I had a drunk and aggressive guy outside my window in the early hours of the morning who kept me up and was shouting and throwing things... But I don't think he was staying there, and had probably just been out drinking in Manuka and walking home causing trouble.

Outside car spaces should be for larger, high cars that have difficulty getting into the underground car park. Some cars were parked with little consideration for others trying to squeeze in to a spot. Would love to see king size beds replace the queen size
• Darryl and Lesley (9/5): Overall we were very impressed, apart from the two comments above. - Well presented, clean, room was easily accessible from car parking/reception area. Secure parking. Quiet surrounds. The queen bed was not the most comfortable, as we could feel every spring in the mattress. Consequently did not have a restful night's sleep. Found that the shower/toilet configuration was not all that conducive to keeping the total bathroom/shower as dry as it could be. A more substantial barrier between shower and toilet would achieve that, instead of the present plastic shower curtain.

Easy street parking nearby and easy check in on a public holiday. The one room apartment was quite spacious for a couple. The wifi did not connect at all over the weekend - it kept trying to load. The apartment smelt like stale smoke when we entered and there was an ashtray out on the balcony. Some insect activity was noticeable around the edges of the kitchen bench as well. Unfortunately on the Easter Monday morning, building work commenced at 7am oustide the unit below so we were awoken by drilling and hammering which continued all morning.

Reasonably clean overall, but washing machine rubber rim was awful, full of grime - spent ages cleaning it before I was game to do a load of washing. Strange bathroom set-up where basin area is in full view of kitchen/lounge. Parking wasn't included, had to pay extra for that.

Beds were good, Washing machine & Dryer was excellent. Room spacious. NO AC or TV in bedroom. The AC left on in the loungeroom did not reach through to bedroom making it very hot to sleep and uncomfortable
