- silungile (5/5): - The cleanliness and their friendly staff On booking.com it showed that they will provide breakfast and when I got to the place they said there's no breakfast I was very disappointed.
- Wendy (10/5): -
- Bongiwe (10/5): Exceptional! The staff! Keep them they’re very warm and welcoming - Everything! None
- Charlotte (2/5): Dissappinting - It was just okay but doesn’t deserve to be classified as a boutique though Stiff bed
- Zuziwe (8/5): Very friendly staff , clean facilities and value for money. - It was very clean and spacious. Location was good and central The Aircon didn’t work and heater function was broken and it’s now winter season
- Mfaniseni (10/5): - The customer service, room was spacious. Please try to consider cleaning a balcony. Was not impressive. This is the advice given to the housekeepers team that has nothing to do with the overall experience in the property.
- LITHALETHU (10/5): Overall perfect, I’d book again for my next trip to Durban. - Cleanliness and no noise . Not having your own remote, having to park for a few minutes at the gate .
- Mvelonhle (10/5): - The place was really nice and clean and the lady at the front was super sweet. Would definitely go back!🤭🤏🏼

- Rakesh (8/5): It was good, but the stairs issue prevented us from making trips out of the hotel. - No complaints about the stay. Room was modern and had all necessary enmities. Greatest dislike was that I booked a room on ground floor without any stairs, as my mother cannot climb stairs, and the booking was confirmed by the hotel for a ground floor room without stairs. The hotel subsequently changed the room to one with a small but significant flight of stairs without prior consultation. Had I known this, I would not have booked this hotel and would have sought to stay elsewhere. At short notice, there was nothing I could do. For this reason I will not book future stays at this hotel.

- Nniny Tlhone (10/5): -
- Razinah (10/5): very comfortable - room was practical and spacious nothing
- Shaikhnag (9/5): - The room was clean and maintened. We enjoyed our stay very much. That breakfast is advertised but not available at this branch.
- Shaikhnag (9/5): Stay At luxe - The rooms were clean and comfortable stocked with all amenities. Bathrooms are well maintened and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and pleasant place to stay. The aircon is situated below the single bed in the family room belowong directly on your head making it very difficult to use when you sleep thus making the room stuffy.
Booking.com advertises as breakfast available on premises at R120 but unfortunately the morningside branch doesn't offer this.
- Banda (9/5): -
- Avina (5/5): - The location. Sheets were torn, the base of the bed was torn and no base cover to even try to hide this. Room felt like it was not swept or aired. There was only 1 glass and 1 mug yet it was a family room for 4 people and we paid for 2 adults and 2 kids. The outside of the room was not swept and was dusty.

- Rashika (7/5): It was nice and comfortable. Really had a great time - I did not have breakfast. the location was excellent close to amenities It could've been better if there were gate remotes for rooms to gain easy access. - Bongeka (10/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): Amazing stay - The receptionist was amazing so professional and smiley she made our stay so amazing ❤️ Nothing everything was top tier
- Freedom (5/5): It was below our expectations! - The location is excellent, and the property is clean and well maintained. We booked a family room, which was just okay. There is adequate parking available, and the entire neighbourhood feels safe and secure. In this day and age, having rooms without a microwave is a major drawback. The body wash and shampoo provided did not match what was advertised; instead, a low-quality product was placed in premium-looking bottles, which was disappointing. Considering the price paid, better-quality toilet paper should be provided rather than single-ply. The iron was left outside without an ironing board, which was inconvenient. We booked for four guests but were provided with only one bottle of warm drinking water.
The female receptionist in the morning shift need a lot of customer service training compared to the cheerful guy we met in the afternoon.
Overall, we were not impressed.
- Tumi (7/5): -
- Baig (1/5): - Nothing The premises were appalling. The was a nasty odor in the fridge and the toilets were not sanitary.
- Tembe (6/5): - Bed Toilet has a leak
- Ntlaye (5/5): - The rooms “Housekeeping is scheduled between 10:00am and 12:00pm daily. Rooms not serviced by 12:00pm will not be cleaned until the following day.”
- Zizo (5/5): -
- Mashudu (8/5): We had a lovely stay at the hotel without any disturbance - wifi, showers, bedding, access to the hotel, secure parking and reception There is no table in the room
