• lorenzo (7/5): - Appartamento davvero bello organizzato bene ottima posizione vicino a tutto I vicini si solo lamentati del rumore ma rumore non penso proprio di averne fatto tranne una sera il mio compleanno forse un po’ di musica troppo tardi ma niente di più … bisognerebbe rendere conto ai vicini di avere un minimo di tolleranza senza sorpassare la linea del rispetto ovviamente
• Rob (8/5): A good stay overall - size of appartment, the balcony, the area it was in tricky to get in as had to pick keys up and then it was difficult to find the appartment in the building as there were no instructions. they need to say A1 is on the top floor. Little things like only 1 toilet roll for a 3 day stay is annoying.
• Isabelle (6/5): Un ressenti inégal - L appartement est très grand et spacieux. En plus comme c est le dernier étage, il y a une belle terrasse avec solarium. Ils est bien situé, à 10mn environ du métro. La machine à laver le linge est bien pratique même si on a dû acheter des pinces à linge. Il y a un petit ascenseur, heureusement car c est un 7e étage. Le staff est assez réactif en message. La première chambre, proche du pallier, donne sur une cour intérieure où passe un système de soufflerie d une ventilation peut-être d un parking souterrain, je ne sais pas. En tout cas il y a un bruit sourd permanent dans la chambre, nuit et jour qui fait que je n ai même pas pu y dormir. J ai dû dormir sur le canapé qui ne s ouvre pas. Ensuite dès notre arrivée le flexible de douche était cassé et le bac de douche bouché. Un seul petit rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 personnes pour une semaine, pas de torchon. Nous l avons signalé et on nous a demandé de refaire un mail détaillé avec des photos ! Aurant dire qu on n avait pas que cela à faire... Dommage.
• Danyel (1/5): - The location and building are good, but unfortunately the management was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty in all rooms. The bathroom shower was broken and unusable, and overall cleanliness was very poor. Even though I’m not a very picky person, I didn’t feel comfortable even sitting on the couches. If cleaning supplies had been available, we would have cleaned the place ourselves just to stay comfortably. Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation I’ve experienced so far.

• Andrew (1/5): Fine apartment, terrible company, STAY AWAY - The apartment is fine, but the company is terrible. First they charged us 25 euros to get keys and told us we could not use free the self pickup option. The big problem was that our building lost electricity and water after our second night. The problem itself wasn’t their fault but there customer service was absolutely awful. The company new the building had no water and power and did nothing. After 12 hours of no water and electricity we had to check out, the property did not answer messages or respond to calls on their emergency number. We had to rebook another hotel at and it was expensive and the host company wont even offer to refund us for our stay. Stay away, stay far away! • Claudio (4/5): - la posizione appartamento mal curato, cuscini scomodissimi, lavandino bagno otturato, ma sarebbe il nulla se non fosse stato per la mancanza di assistenza a seguito del guasto dell'ascensore 2 volte in 4 giorni.....senza alcuna assistenza da parte della società SH Barcelona che aveva preso in carico la prenotazione

• Claudia (7/5): - Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten und der Wohnbereich schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse bietet viel Platz und einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Drei uneinheitliche Tassen für drei Menschen, angeschlagene Teller, keine Spülmaschine, kein Küchenhandtuch. Kein Toilettenpapier. Die Betten sind sehr weich.

• Chachava (8/5): Very good - The house was cozy and compact but sufficient in size, and the location was average—not particularly impressive The house didn’t meet my expectations for cleanliness
• Victor (8/5): Very good - Location was great. We were able to both eat out in the near vicinity and cook our own food in the kitchen using ingredients bought from the nearby market. We were close enough to most attractions that, with a little bit of effort we're able to go everywhere by foot. The escalator was very close to our window and quite loud during the mornings
