I pretty much liked everything about this property, the professional service oriented yet friendly & approachable staff (i was out late night & got back around 3:30 am in the morning, the main gate was latched from inside due to obvious security reasons, however it really didn’t take much to call up the caretaker, have a staff wake up, sorry abt that, and unlock the gate for me, no questions no remarks no silent complaints, damn man i felt sorry abt them, i missed to inform them beforehand), the kitchen had all the cutlery & utensils, cook or eat however u want, impeccably clean kitchen, the fridge was stocked with 6 big water bottles, u get an idea when someone has put in efforts to make your stay so comfortable. I had some initial issues with the shower in master bathroom but the staff is so readily available and the issue is sorted before u can even start to think about complaining. Everything was very customer service oriented in a very homely yet professional manner. I have got nothing to complain abt.
