• Lauri (5/5): Defauda - La ubicación a la playa estaba a tan solo 5 mnts. Persianas que no cierran por completo, colchones que se hunden, el agua en la ducha salía por todas partes menos por la alcachofa por lo que era imposible quitarse la arena de la playa. Además pregunté si había secador de pelo para confirmar y al llegar allí resulta que no lo había. Ruido durante toda la noche.

• Julie (10/5): Excellent stay - Location perfect, very central for night life and beach. Although no balcony the small conservatory was ideal. For views of the sea, and having the windows open made it very cool . Bedding and towels provided were very clean and enough for our party of 3 guests. Communication from the property was excellent We soon mastered the gate safe and key safe for door. This was very safe and great security. There was nothing we didn't like and we will be looking at coming back.
• Valerie (6/5): Loved the location have stayed in these apartments for many years while under the previous ownership despite the small f - The location the location the location Dated decor, burnt kitchen bench top, poor closing wardrobe doors and a cabinet door hanging off and unsafe to open Only one towel per person ( no small hand towels)
• Robert (10/5): A few days break away in Benidorm and made so much easier with the apartment and location. - Location is perfect, very short walk to the beach and you fall into the strip . Apartment is to a very high spec with facilities and cleanliness, they have thought of everything to make the traveler’s stay as easy as possible . I and my girlfriend will definitely be booking or try to book this apartment again on our regular visits to Benidorm . It’s a five star for us ! Absolutely nothing !
• Scott (10/5): Loved the ease of walking out and being on the stop with plenty of bars to choose from. The rooms were clean on arrival - The property was easy to find, great location on the strip, plenty of space. Next door smoked and you could smell cigarettes in the room

• Sian (6/5): Good location, no aircon - Good location and pool attached. Easy instructions to follow. No aircon, very hot inside. Only one set of keys so couldn’t go out separately.
• Daniel (4/5): - The property was clean up on arrival, and there was a washing machine, which was nice to have. There was several missing slats on the master bed, the single bed had a broken bed support, the front door was badly damaged, and had a temporary repair, it looked like someone had kicked it in or potentially break in. There was a loud intermittent buzzing noise coming from the bathroom, which was loud enough to keep us awake at night. Air-conditioning was good, however, no air-conditioning in man bedroom which was uncomfortable. Location is perfect for a lads/girls weekend, however, not suitable for families as very loud in the evening. Reported damage, however, was not fixed during our stay.

• Péter (10/5): - The perfect place in the heart of Benidorm! Just step outside the gate and you'll find everything you need! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, and the old town is 10 minutes away! The apartment is clean, well-equipped, with free parking and a large pool. The host is attentive and helpful! I highly recommend it!

It was stuck on certain floors.We ended up walking down the stairs The location was in a very noisy part of the strip and we could hear it The front door was broken. There had been repairs but wasn't great. Furnishings cheap with laminate.peeling away. A video was sent for access instructions Not great had to watch video several times for different elements of access. We drove there To get the keys/fob for parking you had to access the building go to the 11th floor unlock key safe and go all the way back down to.open gate. Quite stressful while waiting on a busy road

Kitchen had everything we needed. Extra bedding and towels provided. Black out curtains would be ideal in the bedrooms. Also TV had no English chanels

• andrew (4/5): Be careful of scam - There was a constant noise coming from the bathroom. Like a loud vibration. It kept us awake. *****The owners of the apartment tried to scam us with extra charges for damages which were completely made up. Be carful!! Take photos before you leave*****

• Janet (10/5): Great location, Great Apartment - The apartment is perfect for us. Bed comfy. The enclosed balcony is a big bonus as during the colder months the sun makes a lovely warm space to sit. It has all you need and has modern facilities. Couldn’t wish for a better stay. Already booked the apartment again. The lifts are showing their age but función perfectly . Location is perfect .

The host was excellent, super helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again The only downside was that there was no proper balcony more like a conservatory but that can’t be help and it didn’t effect our visit

• Danny (9/5): Superb - Awesome location for visiting the party area but high enough up to be quiet. Very responsive office managing the property so great communication. It was all good.
• David (4/5): Disappointing - It was in a good location. The main bedroom was uncomfortable due to the heat and the bed was too hard. On vacating the property we left it as good if not better condition than we found it which is normal practice. We were however very surprised one week later to be requested to pay 80€ for damage caused to a fire extinguisher which we definitely did not cause, can't even remember seeing it. We obviously declined. We were going to leave a more reserved review but not now.

Its the second time we have stayed in an apartment in this block torre gerona

• Lucy (8/5): Did what we needed it for. - We were there literally a day and a night so this location was perfect for a short stay. Walked out of the gate onto the main strip and 2 mins walk to the beach. The sofa bed was extremely low and uncomfortable. This was advertised as a 2 bed apartment however there was 1 bedroom, a bed in the lounge area and the sofa bed which I would say was in a cupboard.
• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - Easy access except for a minor hiccup on arrival on the intercom. Car parking has easy access and plenty of parking space Had to ask for Bed Sheets as only bottom one supplied. Just a tiny error and did not detract from a marvellous stay.

• Kimberley (9/5): Lovely little place, great area! - Apartment was good size, really good location and despite being so close to all the action the noise level was actually at a minimum so sleep wasn't disrupted at all! We had some bother with the keys to gain entrance to the apartment main gate but staff on phone had an alternative set of keys if we needed it and assisted us really well! Cutlery in drawer/plates/bowels was a bit hit and miss but there was only 3 of us so was fine but for 4+ may have been a challenge

• Terry (1/5): Not good. - We've stayed in this property loads of time in different apartments. This fell below the standard of what to accept. The apartment was dirty and the shower had more mold in than you could imagine. The bathroom door was broken and the kitchen a right state. Spent the first day of the holiday cleaning and waiting for maintenance man to fix the shower and doors.
• Wyn (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the beach. Reasonable views. Staff responses were prompt. The apartment stank of stale cigarettes, and alcohol. Benidorm I know! , but still. Some of the keys didn't work for the locks. I wouldn't stay here again,mainly due to the poor state of the apartment and faulty locks

• Chris (1/5): Dated, damaged and dismal - The only thing we could have possibly liked were the clean sheets and towels Kitchen: Lack of utensils, shortage of mugs and cereal bowls No toaster On request these were supplied SAFETY POINT; if two cooking rings were switched on no other electrical appliance in the apartment could be used as it tripped / popped the fuses English language instructions for washing machine would have helped Main bedroom: damage to wardrobe doors, various marks / dirt streaks on ceiling and walls Living area: Coffee table badly marked and damaged Sideboard also has surface damage The sofa bed looks like an antique so we did not even bother trying to deploy it White plastic table with cigarette burn Balcony / sun room: Only one blind left up Various marks and screw holes in walls Old wooden dining table with marked top and mixture of plastic garden and rush seated dining chairs NOT A SINGLE COMFORTABLE CHAIR IN THE WHOLE APARTMENT!!! Spare bedroom: Walls marked with dirts streaks and pencil / crayon marks On moving the bed we found what was a dried vomit stain on the wall alongside the bed Bathroom: Dated, dirty finish so did not look clean Needs updating Door damaged and clumsily repaired Bad stay not helped by fact that lifts regularly stopped deliberately on higher floors by what we can only assume are permanent residents SAFETY POINT: No English language emergency instructions As we had been told by Blue Line that they had no other accommodation available we decided to leave early Unable to get our flights changed we booked into a hotel in Old Town for last six days of our stay CONCLUSION: We can imagine that the only people happy to stay in an apartment like this would simply see it as a place to doss down having consumed enough cheap alcohol to numb the experience Far from happy and definitely expecting a refund Not sure how often Booking.
• Rachael (5/5): Bed bugs - The location was good, apartment as basic, but it's what you paid for, best shower I've had in benidorm apartments The bed must have had bed bugs as every night I got bit and so did the other 3 in our party, and it wasn't mosquito bits, as I had them as well, otherwise I would have given this an higher score, never had anything like this in all my stays in benidorm. The bits even bruised
