Ez (9/5): Good for short stay - Contactless check-in and check out, no deposit required, fast responses from owner, great facilities, easy access to nearby stores and restaurants, balcony, iron, and towels Lifts were a bit slow. The building itself has quite a confusing exit way at the parking lot. The owner could improve the homestay by providing a hair dryer and tissues in the bathroom and kitchen. The homestay could be beautified by putting table cloth on the dining table and extra cleaning on the bathroom's door.
Lailatul (8/5): Very good - The place, quiet and convenient. The door lock already broken. No solex and key at the grill. For a solo traveller, the feeling a bit unsafe. And the ikea dining table, need to refurbish because it is not lock the the table leg.

Bin (8/5): Nice reasonable apartment for the price. - Balcony with nice view. Toilet is clean, comfy bed, good sapartment size. strong wifi. Great location. Quick replies from owner. Nice airfreshener scent in living area. Sofa cushion was worn out, no where to hang clothes in toilet. (Note: Feedacks was shared to Owner prior checking-out)
Nur (8/5): Amazing - Great central location! The place is modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the layout of the house, and it was incredibly peaceful. The host was outstanding, super friendly and quick to address any issues. Highly recommended!
Xin (9/5): Simple studio with all basic amenities. - Easy contactless check-in and check-out. The place is clean and have the basics amenities for one night stay. Staff was helpful when they deliver the item when we asked if it was provided. The place is clean just that they are some tiny ants at the kitchen and cupboard.

Anief (5/5): Just being honest - House is. Clean and everything is tidy The A/C is not really in good condition. It's hot. Toilet is dirty should touch up and clean properly.

There is hair on the floor with the hairdryer’s wire still attached to the plug. The pillow and the blanket was messy on the bed. There was leftover food in the trash. The air-conditioner didn’t functioning well. Need some maintenance.

Jonathan (10/5): Awesome - The room was quite clean, scented towels were a nice touch and the bed was very comfortable, the view was splendid and the room was cozy enough to make my stay very comfortable. Got a good nights rest and the check in and checkout process was clean and simple Nothing of note, everything was well done and the furniture was splendid, the aircon was slightly warm despite being low temp probably due to the vents not being cleaned but it definitely was not uncomfortable

Syed (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect! Comfy bed & sofa. Very clean room with great interior design. Everything needed was there! Netflix, microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine with detergent & softener, drying rack in the balcony, ironing equipments.. Bathroom was clean, body wash & shampoo of big bottles provided (please bring your own toothbrush & paste). Small glitches happened during the stay, but the maintenance man came right away within 30min to solve them! Very satisfied, will definitely stay here again. Thank you! So far so good

Nur (9/5): A really good catch for the price. Keep it up - The room was much larger and prettier than we had anticipated. A really good catch for the price. My friend keeps on praising the fact that the towel provided smells very nice. The check-in was also easy. There's iron provided, even though the iron board was small; at least we can iron our clothes. There's everything that we needed provided there. A microwave, an electric stove (I believe), and a refrigerator are also provided. We will definitely book here again if we ever come back. Everything was okay. The soap was almost finished when we arrived, but that's fine because we just stay for one night, so it's enough for us. If not enough, there's 7E below that we can buy the soap and everything else. There's a bit of a stain on the toilet floor; I'm not sure if that's a rust stain or what, but it's not really a big problem. Also, you can still hear people talking in front of your room, but for the price, it's understandable.
