• Mohammed Naimur (8/5): Would recommend for a day gateway - Clean and nice apartment. Was very easy to navigate. Host was very friendly and replied quickly to any questions I had.
• Hannah (1/5): Untrustworthy- cancelled last minute and gave no alternative! Cancelled only a matter of hours after I paid the deposit - Nothing. We didn’t even get to see it ! They cancelled on us and let it out for more money.
• Leonida (10/5): - I loved the bright, modern interior with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered amazing views. The space was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, and the open-plan layout made it feel very airy and comfortable. The location was also great, with easy access to local transport and amenities.

• Julie (6/5): It was nice but only went as my 2 bed apartment was cancelled just as I was at the address last minute by booking.com. - Fresh & modern, bit dusty in places and radiator in bathroom needed a good clean. Nice shampoo & shower gel provided. No kettle or cup so couldn’t have a hot drink in the room, very unusual. The access was sent to me by wats app, but no signal in or near the room, until I got inside. The sofa in the room could be a bit bigger so I could have slept on it as we needed 2 separate beds that booking.com were aware of.

Don’t bother asking any questions. You won’t get a reply. *Security deposit taken from my cc account and check out instructions received days before check in info received. * Key pick up info received just 2 hours before 3pm check in time. * No kettle * Smart tv not tuned in. Need to log in to iplayer etc.

It was clean and had almost everything you would possibly need including a lovely shower, super comfy bed and smart tv! The host was great and provided check-in details before we arrived. Was even allowed to arrive early and the fee was waived for this also. Which was very kind of the host! :)) Nothing other than the fact there was no kettle or coffee maker. Other than that everything was perfect!

• George (1/5): Property host is rude. Avoid! - Nothing. The room I was expected to stay in was a small bedroom. I couldn't stay there if I wanted to because the host threw me out because of a narrative he created in his mind, not based on any facts. Terrible experience. The property host is a complete narcissist and control freak. He accused me and my elderly mother of trying to have a party in the property instead of respectfully discussing his concerns. He accused me of breaking into the incorrect room when it was a simple mistake. He didn't have the code lock on the doors to ensure that the correct guests entered the correct rooms. He threatened me with calling the police when I wasn't doing anything wrong. He was rude and didn't allow me to speak or explain the confusion. I was very confused. I had my almost 70 year old mother with me. He accused me of not wanting to leave the property despite the fact that I left immediately. He continued to message me about calling the police when I had already left. I didn't spend more than an hour there, and he is refusing to give me a full refund, claiming that I breached rules I did not breach. Unless you want an irrational, erratic property host, I'd avoid at all costs.

Ceci était faux, nous avons atterri dans une résidence étudiante. Nous avions l' impression d' avoir sous loué deux chambres d'étudiants alors qu'à la base nous avions loué un appartement entier.

I booked an apartment he gave me a room. He threatened to call police on me . He didn’t refund my security sensor either and is ignoring my messages when I ask for my refund . He is a scam
• Rob (1/5): The booked accommodation was withdrawn shortly before check-in. - The property was ultimately cancelled before arrival once it became clear that the booked accommodation was not available. Shortly before check-in, I was informed that the apartment I booked could not be provided due to ongoing issues, and I was presented with a smaller unit that did not match the listing or advertised features. This information was only shared within hours of check-in, leaving very limited scope to make alternative arrangements.
• Jonathon (6/5): Great location. Make sure you have made contact with host ahead of time for keys on arrival. - Location is great - a 7 min bus ride from the o2. Room is extremely comfortable. Lovely cafes nearby and supermarkets. key collection took a while - address of property did not match the actual apartment but was about 100m away. Host had requested ID ahead of time but did not give instructions on how to send it (booking.com does not seem to permit attachments). Please note that this host requires a security deposit of £100. The deposit should be returned within 7 days but I had to chase - no comms from host to say why it was delayed, but the money was returned. Having said all of this, I would use again because the location is so good.
• Arnelle (1/5): Terrible, do not book for your own sanity and peace of mind. - Location is good I will definitely not be returning to this property, as there are too many issues with the property: sink blocked and no water going down so I had to brush my teeth wash my hands etc  in the shower, there is not one functioning plug socket in the room, no heating. The property given is not photographed on their booking . Com, which is completely misleading. And upon telling property owners about the issue, they became unresponsive and don’t want to offer a refund. Honestly save your money and do not stay here, you’re better off going to a premiere inn or travel lodge.
• Charlie (4/5): Disappointing and do not recommend - pay close attention to which flat/room you are booking. - Location is a 10 minute walk to the Excel. Only one set of towels on arrival. Dirty bathroom with flickering lights. Traces of shit in the toilet. Apartment was very small and not as comfortable as the photos indicated. No central heating so had to use a small fan heater. All round, really disappointing and not the standard of accommodation I'd expect from properties on booking.com.

Zudem war die Beschreibung um an den Schlüssel zu gelangen ungenügend. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war aber hilfreich. Auch bis zum Zimmer wars nicht einfach.

• Jolanta (3/5): - Dear host, We booked one apartment but were given a different one. We were told that it was our mistake, although the photo in our booking clearly shows another apartment. Unfortunately, the sink is clogged and there was vomit inside — it hasn’t been cleaned. There are four of us staying, but we were only given two towels. The bed linen was wrinkled, and in one of the beds we found short black hairs — possibly from an animal or a person. It seems that the bedding has not been changed before our arrival. We are very disappointed with the condition of the apartment and kindly ask you to take action to resolve these issues.
• Kim Klara (9/5): I would rent the apartment again anytime. - First of all, the location is fantastic; if you land in London City, you're at the location within one station, and there are many great restaurants in the area. The apartment was absolutely spotless and tidy. There were too few towels, and for the third person sleeping on the couch, there was sometimes a lack of a blanket and/or covers for the blanket and pillow.

• Milani Interiors (1/5): Very Disappointing – Misleading Listing and Poor Experience - None of the information provided on Booking.com matched the reality of the "King Suite" we stayed in. The room was extremely unclean, with blocked sink and shower drains. The property was located much further away than advertised, and overall, it was nothing like the listing promised. The host (Lalawi / I Salah) overpromised, underdelivered, and the price was far too high for what we got. On top of that, he was rude and dismissive when I raised these concerns. We ended up having to book a different accommodation for our staff. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid booking this place. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend it.

• Amanda (3/5): - The Booking.com listing showed me the entire apartment, but when I got there, they only gave me a suite. Thank goodness I only booked for one night. They asked for a £150 deposit, and when I left the flat, they only refunded me £120, saying I had damaged the apartment's curtains. But what the owner didn't expect was that I had filmed the apartment as soon as I moved in, and the video showed the broken curtains.

• Mohamed (5/5): Fair - The location is great It had a comfortable large bed And excellent en-suite Good WiFi The owner initially was not responding quickly but this was sorted and he was later nice & helpful This is a large room (suite) and not an apartment. No tea/coffee facility; no TV; no fridge The room has a cooler not air condition as it stated on booking.com the cooler is very noisy and give out the hot air from its back so the room was TOO HOT. The sitting area was occupied by the sofa bed despite knowing we are only 2 guests so need the sitting area rather than extra bed
• Bal (1/5): A nightmare. - Nothing terribly dangerous and nothing at all like this image. It’s a con. Nothing. This isNOT the property you get. It is a horrible dingy ugly room with no faulty lighting so I’d have any neurodiversity it is dangerous. Smelly, dirty, broken essential items. Dont know how such properties are even allowed on this site.
• Ray (2/5): ... - The apartment was spacious and had nice balconies either side There was leftovers from a takeaway from previous guests still in the microwave - pretty grim smelling. There was no iron - frustrating when travelling for business. Access communication was given very late (less than two hours before discussed check in time) and had to chase.

But it’s definitely not suitable for a larger grou - Staff were really nice, kind and fast The apartment didn’t quite match the photos. When we booked, we thought we were getting two separate bedrooms. According to the listing, it seemed like there would be two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. However, it turned out we were just renting a single room in a shared apartment. In reality, we only had two beds in one room and a bathroom—no kitchen or way to prepare food, which would have been important to know in advance. For the price, this setup feels a bit too much. It would also have been helpful to mention that we’d have a roommate, especially for safety reasons. When we arrived, the bed was covered in hair, and when we opened the bathroom cabinet, fake eyelashes fell out. Also, there was no balcony at all, even though the photos clearly showed one.
