Il terrazzo era comodo e spazioso e la presenza di due bagni La pulizia è da rivedere, abbiamo trovato sporcizia di altre persone. La doccia in un bagno perdeva acqua e si allagava tutto. Le lenzuola non erano adatte ai letti e mancavano i sacchi per la spazzatura.

- Andreia (1/5): - Locația foarte aproape de mare și promenada Dupa ce am făcut plata am fost anuntati ca liftul nu merge. In realitate liftul merge dar nu pt cei cazați la aceasta firma - este necesarao cartela pt a face liftul sa urce sau sa coboare. Am fost și cu o persoana in vârsta de 75 care merge in baston - pt ei nu a contat. Aerul condiționat era blocat și nu mergea - am fost anunțată ca va veni cineva, fara a se mentiona ora sau ziua. A doua zii pe seara am primit un mesaj in care eram certata ca nu am deschis ușa - era cineva acasă dar pe balcon. Cred ca personalul angajat uita ca acolo lumea merge in concediu și nu sta lingă usa sa aștepte. Canapeaua din sufragerie nu se poate dormi pe ea este cu multe gauri. Apartamentul in care trebuia sa fim cazați a fost schimbat - motiv inundatie. Mobilier/finisaje vechi și deteriorat/e. Personalul de la curățenie nu vorbește engleza - lenjeria se schimba la 5 zile( scuze o schimbi tu). Parcarea este 30 leva/zi. A era sa uit sunt gândaci - asa cum am fost informata sunt de canalizare și asa are tot blocul.Doamna care se ocupă cu rezervarea nu a înțeleasă de ce sunt asa scandalizata.

Апартаментът беше мръсен още при настаняване – диваните бяха с петна, банята мръсна, тоалетната със счупен капак и кафяви петна, пердето в хола откачено. Наложи се аз да чистя, което не е задължение на гост. Течният сапун и верото бяха разредени. При оплакване домакинката реагира неадекватно – извъртя ситуацията така, сякаш ние сме направили мизерията, поиска обезщетение и дори блокира телефона ми. Когато дъщеря ми ѝ писа със снимки като доказателство, тя отговори, че ще ги използва, за да твърди, че ние сме виновни. Много некоректно отношение – не препоръчвам!

- Mihai (8/5): - Apartameltul spatios , aproape de plajă si in centrul statiuni. Totul ok. Mai putin baia , mică ca dimensiuni si într-o stare de degradare foarte mare.
- FlorinaP (7/5): - Relativ aproape de plaja, undeva la 10 min. de mers pe jos. Am avut acces la piscina. Pozele nu reflecta realitatea. Hotelul nu este peste drum de plaja cum de vede in poze, ci mai in spate. Curatenia este doar de fatata, e dat cu aspirator si mop, dar praful este din plin pe mobila. Nu ni s-au lasat saci de gunoi, bureti de vase si detergent. Nu am avut nici gel de dus sau sampon la baie. Canapeaua este extrem de incomoda pentru dormit. Apa la baie era foarte rece.

Apartament spațios cu 2 balcoane către mare și celalalt către parcare Paturi ok, canapea exrltensibila în living, mobila ok spațioasă Partea de curățenie de la instalațiile sanitare (baie și bucatarie) puțin deteriorat la interior în baie cabinele de dus ambele aveau scurgeri mari de apa în baie, ambele vase de wc aveau miros nefiind dezinfectate sau curățate corespunzător. În bucătărie gresia pe perete murdara, stropita. La banii ceruți se putea mai multa atenție la curatenie

- Maya (1/5): - It's hard to like something that is not what you've been promised to get and what you've paid for in advance. The only reason I booked this exact accommodation was the location, which was confirmed with complete address details. When we looked at Google maps is was matching the pictures provided on Booking.com, very close to the beach and exactly what we needed, travelling with an elderly lady with walking difficulties. I have asked for a ground floor room, and I was assured there is a lift in the building. To our disappointment, the accommodation we got was in a building away from the beach and accessible via steap stairs. Even more disappointing was the rude attitude of the staff(on WhatsApp only), when I requested to be moved to the address on my booking. Nothing has been done, I was given a screenshot in Russian with some information. Not even a simple apology was given.. Cleanliness- see pictures attached. We didn't get housekeeping service for the whole 4 nights stay. We were left with half toilet roll and had to buy some. We had to take out the rubbish and find where to dispose of it, see the picture of the rubbish container close to the front door of the building.

- Pako (6/5): Na wypoczynek - Ogromnym atutem jest bliskość plaży – można dojść pieszo w zaledwie minutę. Apartament znajduje się w samym sercu kurortu, oferując wygodne łóżka oraz wspaniały balkon z widokiem na morze. Niestety, apartament miał kilka istotnych mankamentów. Klimatyzacja znajdowała się w salonie, a jej zapach był nieprzyjemny. Wyposażenie kuchni było skromne – brakowało talerzy i kubków, a dostępne akcesoria, takie jak mały ostry nóż czy niewielka elektryczna płyta do gotowania, utrudniały przygotowanie posiłków. Dodatkowo, w nocy pojawiały się karaluchy, które można było zauważyć na podłogach w łazience, kuchni oraz salonie. Ogólny stan apartamentu pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – w każdym pomieszczeniu widoczne były ślady zniszczeń i pęknięcia. Właściciele powinni zadbać o niezbędne naprawy. Mimo wszystko, staraliśmy się nie narzekać.

Priamo v centre, hneď pri mori, výhľad na more, výborná poloha, v blízkosti obchodov a verejnej pláže, krásne prostredie, velký apartmán, velká terasa s markízou, celková pohoda, komfort, velká kuchyňa, super WiFi, pračka k dispozici, dve veľké izby a v každej dvojposteľ, veľká izba ako samostatný šatník, apartmán v bielom prevedení na 2. poschodí, vchod aj na parkovisko, aj na hlavnú ulicu málo kuchynského riadu, bolo by potrebné doplniť hrnce, varechy, naberačky, strúhadlo,... 😉

- Marius (6/5): initial ni s-a alocat un apartament la locatia care este departe de mare pe deal ceea ce este foarte incomod mai ales in - doamna care raspunde la telefon este vorbitoare de limba romana si foarte amabila. cazarea poate fi in 2 locatii diferite. una este chiar pe malul marii iar cealalta foarte departe, pe deal. descrierea este destul de vagă si dlte induce in eroare.
- Ирина (10/5): - Очень понравилось все))) Замечательные просторные аппартаменты, шикарный вид из окна, 2 балкона, море в 2 минутах ходьбы (выходила на море фотографировать восход). Есть все удобства (можно готовить, стирать). Рядом парк, базарчик, магазинчики. Очень хорошие хозяева. Вежливые, все подсказывали, с ними очень приятно иметь дело. Немного раньше заселили и при выселении разрешили оставить вещи, т.к. автобус назад был вечером. -

- Vika (10/5): Все очень здорово - Все очень понравилось, даже не ожидала. Отличная квартира, все необходимое есть. Хоть и вторая линия но это самый центр и море рукой подать. Хочу сказать отдельное огромное спасибо Оксане которая занимается заселением. Очень нам помогала, надеюсь руководство даст ей премию. Если буду в Болгарии отдыхать то только там.

- Doina (10/5): Отличное место для отдыха! - Мы с мужем остановились в отеле Golden Line в аппартаментах номер 306 с 9 сентября 2024 года и остались очень довольны. Отель расположен очень удобно, всего в нескольких минутах от моря и вблизи центра курортного городка. Особенно хотелось бы отметить работу администратора Валерии. Мы прибыли рано утром и до времени заселения нам предложили оставить чемоданы в офисе, чтобы мы могли спокойно прогуляться по побережью. Это был очень приятный жест! Хотя отель находится на второй линии, это не помешало нам быстро добраться до пляжа. На территории отеля есть бассейн с лежаками и зонтиками, которыми можно пользоваться бесплатно – это было очень приятно. Мы не заказывали питание, так как в аппартаментах была хорошо оборудованная кухня: холодильник, плита, духовка, чайник, тостер, микроволновка и вся необходимая утварь. Для тех, кто планирует готовить, рекомендую съездить в Варну (автобус 409) и закупиться продуктами в больших супермаркетах типа Billa или Kaufland. В нашем номере также были утюг, гладильная доска и стиральная машина – это оказалось очень удобным. Правда, местные магазины в основном предлагают порошки для ручной стирки, поэтому захватите капсулы для стирки с собой. Наши аппартаменты включали одну спальню и кухню-гостиную. В номере был большой телевизор с плоским экраном. В обеих комнатах были кондиционеры. Очень приятно, что был отдельный канал интернета с высокой скоростью, если вы работаете дистанционно - вам это подойдет на 100%. Отдельно хочется выделить вид с терассы – это просто потрясающе! Утром выйти с чашечкой кофе и наслаждаться видом было настоящим удовольствием. В общем, мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием и с радостью рекомендуем это место всем! Было бы здорово добавить на кухню пару крышек для кастрюли и сковородки)

- Яна (5/5): - Разположението на апартамента е страхотно, както и гледката към морето. Апартаментът е захабен. Разтегателният диван е счупен и неизползваем. Има климатик само във всекидневната, който не работи добре. В спалнята няма климатик и е страшно горещо.
- Denisa-Monica (5/5): Nu recomand - Apartament spațios, cu vedere la mare. Din păcate curățenia lasă de dorit, iar in baie am găsit chiar gândaci. Am fost nevoiți să spălăm noi lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele, deoarece gazda a întrebat abia după 5 nopți daca dorim sa fie schimbate, lucru anormal. In plus, apartamentul nu este echipat cu produse de curățenie. Parcarea se plătește separat, și cu toate că am vrut să plătim prețul cerut 30 leva/zi nu am fost lăsați să parcăm din considerente rasiste, paznicul afirmând că nu mai sunt locuri disponibile cu toate că vizibil mai erau. Am informat gazda cu privire la acesta întâmplare și din păcate nu a fost prea interesată sa rezolve situația, soluția acesteia a fost să parcăm la un hotel care era situat mult mai departe de locația apartamentului.
