• Olga (10/5): Thank you for a perfect stay, clean, great value for the price! - We had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean well equipped, spacious, very close to the city center, easy to find, supermarket nearby and many restaurants and shops close by. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they left some coffee for us! No noise from the street, perfect place to explore Florence!
• Zugnoni (10/5): Super Firenze - Appartamento molto bello e pulito al quarto piano. Finestre Insonorizzate!! Nel pieno centro, a 30 metri da ponte vecchio! Letti comodissimi e cucina super attrezzata. Purtroppo nelle scale dello stabile parecchio odore di fogna.
• Yuen ha (9/5): Het was erg goed bevallen. Ik zou er zo terug gaan. - Het appartement was lekker ruim. Heel dicht bij de Ponte Vecchio brug en als je die oversteekt dan ben je in het centrum. Lekker Nespresso apparaat met cupjes erbij. Alle kamers hebben een airco wat erg lekker was. Snelle contact betreft sleutel en vragen.

• Leslie (10/5): Fantastic location, clean, comfortable apartment. - Location was perfect! Apartment was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like pictures. Thought everything was great.
• Maria (10/5): It was magnificent and would definitely stay there again if I ever come back Florence. - The apartment was close to the shops for food and anything else you wanted to buy. It was close to the sites within walking distance of the train station and we were able to catch a train to Pisa. The only thing was that there was a coffee machine with coffee pods but no tea at all.

Clothes dryer did not work very well & perhaps oven needed a clean as smoke came from grill when we tried to use it.

• Eva (7/5): - Great location. Quiet for Florence. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Very clean. Walls in kitchen and hallways bit scratched up. Hard to find as in inner courtyard. Pullout bed in middle of hallways just in front of apartment entrance.

• Martine (10/5): 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of florence - Amazing Location right next to ponte vecchio, the appartment is new with all the amenities, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 very spacious bathrooms that are very nice. We were in 5 and the 5th person slept in the living room on the pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Will come back Nothing

Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again. - Great accomodation and in an awesome location (approximately 30-40 meters from the Ponte Vecchio bridge, which was a good thing). The apartment was very clean with enough room for an adult family of 5. The beds were also great. Plenty of great restaurants, gelato places, and with a supermarket right around the corner. Washer/Dryer was very handy. The only challenge was that the table only had 3 seats (with a couch next to it), so we just had to take it in turns for breakfast. Also the sofa bed was a bit average, but manageable.
• Jonathon (9/5): Excellent spot next to Ponte Vecchio - Inside is really comfortable and clean. Great to have two full size bedrooms with their own two separate bathrooms. Kitchen is kind of small but usable. Couch area is decent to lounge. Location is superb and excellent. You are literally right next to ponte vecchio and short walk to anything and everywhere in Florence. Has an elevator (very small) to the 5th floor unit. While not directly related to the unit itself, the apartment building / hallways smells, gets dark/ lights go out.
• Valery (9/5): - The highlight of the apartment is the location. You are 30-40 meters away of Ponte Vecchio. Check in was very smooth, thanks to Diego. He helped us, when we kind of lost with our huge Audi in the labyrinths of Florence narrow streets. ZTL zone is everywhere, but if you will leave the car in local garages, they can cancel ZTL fines. We used Garage Lungarno. Not cheap, but what is cheap in Florence? The apartment itself is clean and neat, the beds comfortable enough, kitchen is good. Nice little restaurant downstairs, it's possible to take away good pasta and gnocchi.

• Alexandra (8/5): Tolles Appartement für einen Kurztrip. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der Ponte Vecchio. Und von dort aus ist alles weitere gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. Und die Kissen wieder rum sehr fest. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Alison (10/5): Excellent rental in perfect spot - The host met us even though our flight was delayed. He was great to help us get in and settled and showed us anything needed. The apartment was very comfortable and so clean. Great kitchen to use (though we ate out!) and the location could not be better with shops, restaurants and everything footsteps away. Hope to visit again!

• Clive (10/5): Amazing City , fantastic accomodation - The lady who met us at the property ( sorry can't remember her name ) was lovely , helpful and so knowledgeable. She went through the map of Florence and recommended places to visit / eat etc. All of her recommendations were spot on. So glad she shared her knowledge and love of Florence with us. There was nothing not to like. Lift didn't work one day but was not a problem for us.

• Vlatko (10/5): We’d stay there again. - Excellent location - safe and central; new and very clean; very convenient - kitchen, two bedrooms, each of which with its own bathroom and a small living room between the bedrooms; quiet - when the windows are closed, the noise from the outside cannot be heard, although the apartment is situated on a busy street in the very historic center of Florence; very well equipped - air conditioning, two large flat screen TVs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing mashing, drying machine, vacuum cleaner; nice and welcoming host who was ready to assist us, if necessary, during our stay; lift; N/A

• Wee (6/5): Will look for a quieter place to stay in my next visit - Good location close to restaurants and places of interest. Nice gesture from host to provide panettone and expresso capsules. Street noise was rather bad as restaurants close past midnight and music, talking and traffic noise can be heard clearly in the room despite shut windows. Garbage truck came to collect trash and wine bottles at around 2am and noise from it was really loud.

• Kathryn (9/5): Absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend this property. - Fantastic location and extremely clean property. This comes down to personal preference, but for me the bed was not firm enough.
• Shane (9/5): Superb - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and the location is fantastic, right at the heart of everything we wanted to see. There were plenty of food options within a 5min walk of the apartment and a supermarket around the corner for when we wanted to eat in. We would definitely stay here again.

• Ahmed (7/5): Modren but Noisy apartment - it’s modern apartment , very clean and big for 3 to 4 Max . the staff were so cooperative with anything you need. the location just in the center . honestly one of the rooms “my room” was super noisy as it’s near to the neighbor and I couldn’t sleep at night at all from their TV or any movement they do at their apartment or at the room close to my room. I contacted the host before the night came and I think he did talk to them but again they open the TV at night loudly.
