• Michael (8/5): A quality apartment with good access to the railway station and buses - Good bed and kitchen facilities. Convenient for bus routes and railway station Close to Carrefor supermarket. The usual information that is expected was totally lacking. MP4 video provided information on how to get into the complex and there was a too brief one on the induction stove. Guests were expected to read information from the bottom of the router to find the wifi access code. The apartment "boasts" a patio which was just the general courtyard for this large apartment complex. It was used as a soccer pitch in the early evening by the local kids.

• Damian (9/5): Stay was excellent. Carlos and Patricia were excellent and quick to respond to the air con issue and fix it. With the fi - Location, amenities included, everything was surprisingly good! One of the air cons wasn’t working, controller had to be configured, where it was chilly during the night, but nothing major or bad. It was fixed asap by Carlos and Patricia!

We enjoyed the quiet space and the very convenient location. Great shops, restaurants and Santa Justa train station only 10 minutes walking.

• Füredi (10/5): Tiszta, jól felszerelt, tágas lakás, ideális akár kisebb családnak is! - A szálláshely elhelyezkedése számomra nagyon ideális volt, a szállásadóval való kommunikáció szuper volt! Maga az apartman sokkal tágasabb és otthonosabb, mint azt gondoltam! Szép tiszta volt, és találtunk benne szép tiszta törölközőket, sampon/tusfürdő/conditionert is, volt kapszulás kávé és tea, jó nagy hűtő, 2 kihúzható kanapé a nappaliban, a hálóban egy jó nagy franciaágy, és hatalmas gardrób, meg fiókos szekrény is! Az ára nagyon kedvező volt, legközelebb is biztosan ezt a szállást vesszük ki, és másoknak is nagyon ajánljuk! Semmi, minden sokkal jobb volt, mint ahogy vártuk!

• Sergio Luis (10/5): - Apartamento muy limpio y amplio con cocina con todo lo necesario. Gran Smart TV y buen aire acondicionado. Baño con ducha perfecto. Buena localización cerca de la estación del AVE con supermercado y consigna para maletas enfrenteca pocos metros pero algo más alejado del centro a unos 25 minutos andando. Estaría bien poner un cartelito en la puerta con el número que se indica en la reserva de Booking para encontrar con mayor facilidad el apartamento.

• Andrei (10/5): Хорошие апарты рядом с центром города - Прекрасное расположение, кухня оснащена всем необходимым, квартира на первом этаже, это оказалось очень удобно, рядом приятный ресторан, ключи получили и отдали по коду у двери, поискать пришлось адрес по картам при заселении, тк на домах мало, где вывески с названием и номером дома. Нам понравилось проживание в этих апартах, мы бы вернулись сюда. Вайфай хорошо работал. Когда на улице похолодало, в апартах тоже было холодно, кондиционер спасал,на обогрев включали. Мы дважды бронировали этот апарты, в первый раз было пыльно, во второй все хорошо

• Maksims (10/5): All was great - We had a bumpy start, but Carlos was very quick to respond and find the solution. The apartment is very cozy, equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. It’s not in the city center (but within a walking distance), so it is not noisy in the evenings and at nights. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to you.

Once we found it , we found it easy to get Uber to go anywhere.the location was good. It was very hard for us to locate it. The taxi just dropped us off at a junction & pointed one way. It was raining hard. Nowhere was the name Apartmento Boutique a estrenar written. I also found it difficult to figure out how to use the stove etc as there was no instructions in English. But Carlos was kind enough to come the next day to show us how to use it. I suppose it’s ok for people from Spain or nearby countries as they are used to the same type of appliances. But for others like us, it’d be nice to have written instructions in English. The bedroom AC remote wasn’t working. Carlos fixed it the next day.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the railway station and the charming old town. Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. He responded to messages promptly and even went the extra mile by sending us helpful tips on what to do in Seville. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

• Guangzhe (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. It located in an queit and safe community. There is supermaket near the apartment. It's very convient to the main points of interest. The landlord is full of hospitality. They resolve any issued very quickly. If there is tumble drying machine as well as English instruction of washing machine, that will be perfect.
• Moysis (9/5): Superb - Spacious, cozy, full of amenities. There was a funny smell as if of smoke or it was closed for a long time.
• Therese (10/5): Superb. - The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for our time in Seville. Check in was very easy with a key box and code as we arrived around 1 am. Very near public transport links. We bought a 3 day tourist card for use on buses, trams and metro - great value and very convenient. We loved everything.

• Archie (10/5): Close to perfection - We had everything we could ask for. The entry process was made really simple and the apartment was spotless and really comfortable with a huge TV and brilliant shower. The location was also ideal being only a few minutes walk from both Seville city centre and the train station. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. Our only issue during our visit to Seville was the intense heat outdoors, which was made bearable indoors due to the very good A/C system.
