Miriam (10/5): Een fantastisch verblijf! - Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit fijne hotel. Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, wat zorgt voor een rustige en ontspannen sfeer, maar is gemakkelijk en snel bereikbaar met de taxi. Het hotel is kleinschalig, wat bijdraagt aan de persoonlijke service. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij de receptie werd er actief met ons meegedacht, van het regelen van de taxi tot het boeken van excursies en het beantwoorden van onze vragen. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes en verzorgd. De grote comfortabele bedden zorgden voor een goede nachtrust en de badkamer is ruim en modern, met een fijne douche. Sommige kamers beschikken bovendien over een privézitje voor de deur. Waar je heerlijk kunt ontspannen in de zon of juist in de schaduw. De hygiëne in het hotel is uitstekend, alles wordt goed schoongehouden en ziet er verzorgd uit. Het ontbijt was een feestje. Er is een uitgebreid aanbod met onder andere vers fruit, salades, broodjes, koekjes en nog veel meer lekkernijen. Het restaurant zelf is netjes en schoon, en het buffet wordt continu goed aangevuld, zodat er altijd voldoende keuze is. Kortom, dit hotel is wat ons betreft een echte aanrader! Perfect voor stellen als gezinnen die opzoek zijn naar comfort, gastvrijheid en een ontspannen verblijf. Geen minpunten!

The breakfast served was so delicious. The staff at reception was very helpful and we had flight at 3 o clock in morning and they helped us reach in time to Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Osman, the receptionist of this hotel, helped me book the Cappadocia Red & Green tour via GetYourGuide. He is passionate about his job. The tour was AMAZING. Highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia/Görome! None.

Thanking Usman for his assistance. - Nothing. It would however be more exceptional stay if the balloon flights were not cancelled and will have a perfect view every morning in goreme. For 3 days, winds are strong and I thanked the government for concerning the safety of tourists first instead of proceeding with balloon flight profits.

Uren (9/5): Cappadocia - Away from the noise - The hotel is away from the noisy and busy city of Goreme. It's a short walk to the centre of village and good referral for dinner. The guided Green tour was exceptional and great value for money - €65 pp They forgot to give me my breakfast pack as I was leaving at 6am - after I had arranged it the previous day. I paid 1400LIR at the airport for a coffee and croissant because I did not receive my breakfast pack when I departed the hotel.
Ziyu (5/5): Mixed feelings - • The young boy at the reception is very kind and nice. • Good location, you can see hot balloons. • Breakfast is interesting Turkish style. • Room is warm, jacuzzi is amazing. • Many local people rested here, maybe local approved? • WiFi doesn’t work at all. • No room cleaning, even after we left the sign on the door. • Close to the road, you can hear cars passing by the whole night, and also your neighbour opening and closing doors, and what they’re doing.

Monshur (10/5): Lovely place which felt like home. - I really liked the staff, they were friendly, helpful & accommodating. They always offered help to make my stay comfortable. The property itself was amazing & looked wonderful. The only thing is there is a smell that comes from the wooden roof or frames I think during certain parts of the day but this goes away so it’s a very minor & small issue.
Hayat (8/5): smoking mirrors - Reception is good, breakfast very good, location is right at the beginning of the town, so it's about 5-7 taxi ride to the centre.The town centre is absolutely magica. The location view is still alright. The room is clean. The staff are good but I believe owners don't care. Business is business. The room is dimly lit. The bathroom has a farm animal smell, as we enter the bathroom it smells of farm animal, its a mystery probably plumbing, I told the reception, he opened window to air it out. I believe the hotel know but deny the problem. .lighting is very poor, the shower squirts water everywhere except where needed.

Jayce (10/5): Ersel the greatest. - Since the hot air balloon were cancelled for two days, we decided to extend our vacation. I decided to book again in this beautiful hotel, since we were treated so well on our first stay. The manager Ersel really knows what he is doing, he exceeds in his job. He is very caring and passionate about the hotel he works in. Every hotel should have a manager like him. Since in our previous stay we mentioned that it was our honeymoon, he upgraded our room with a bath tub to a room with a Jacuzzi, on top of it he left the room with a surprise awaiting for us. Really, I couldn’t be more grateful towards the staff. Batu, Osman and Yunus were the staff that you should wish to have when owning a hotel, always ready to help, available and friendly. I stayed in a hotel in Goreme and you could not compare the two. The breakfast is so vast, they have plenty of food and drinks and everything is fresh! the kitchen staff are amazing at what they do! I would rather stay in Cavuçin and pay those 3$ to get to the city center (which by the way they will always call a taxi for you) than staying in Göreme where you pay more and don’t get the same value for the money you spend. Jayce (10/5): FABULOUS - I don’t usually write reviews but from the customer service we received from the staff of Rapsodi Stone Suites I felt I needed to write one. We liked Everything, from the breakfast to the room, but Batu from the reception and the manager Ersel exceeded our expectations! They set a great example of how a hotel should treat their customers, just to make an example, we arrived at the hotel around 10am, we were not expecting to be checked in, but Ersel said that the previous customers in the room checked out and while we were waiting for it to be cleaned he offered us to have breakfast, which we really enjoyed as they offer a large variety of food. we will definitely be back and I could not recommend a better place to stay in Cappadocia. Nothing

Hotel was nicely presented Poor communication with staff/property, asked on numerous occasions for info on hot balloons, transfers for over two weeks with no response, booking. The building itself is beautifully designed. Internet connection needs upgrade, like it does not work 95 percent of the day. The food must have more variety and please the coffee has to be stronger as it tastes like water, more juice Jugs as there are lots of guests with 1 small pitcher.

Thabiet (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice place. Newly built and the balloons actually do go over the premises outside of your window. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't wonderful. The biggest issue here is that it is 3 to 4 km out of the town - so you needed a taxi to go into town and back. There wasn't much to do at the hotel itself.
