• Catherine (7/5): Easter half term -good value well located 3adults 3children - The apartment was spacious, well located, and had great facilities overall. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including staple cupboard basics, washing machine detergent, good quality hairdryers, bathroom towels, and separate beach towels, which made our stay much more comfortable. The rooms were large and the view overlooking the pool was lovely. Communication with the vendors was poor, possibly due to a language barrier. As the property is clearly regularly rented out, we expected a smoother welcome and better communication, but this was not our experience. We followed all checkout instructions carefully, cleaned and tidied the apartment to a better standard than when we arrived, and disposed of rubbish as instructed. Despite this, we received a message via Booking.com four hours after checkout claiming we owed £200 for stains on the sofa. Fortunately, because the vendor never met us during the stay or at checkout, we had taken videos of the apartment both on arrival and departure, and the claim was dismissed. Had we not done this, we feel we may have been unfairly charged. Overall, despite the communication issues and dispute after checkout, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed both the apartment and the complex.”

Простая логистика передвижений особенно если есть машина. Нет проблем с парковкой. Есть очень удобная парковка вдоль самой улицы, где всегда было достаточное количество свободных мест и огромная бесплатная общественная парковка сразу за комплексом, недалеко от входа. Сама квартира просторная, есть всё необходимое, два санузла, хорошая терраса с видом на бассейн. В шаговой доступности магазины, парк, рестораны. До пляжа 1.5 -2 км. С другой стороны квартира нуждается в уходе и обновлении. Самым большим разочарованием стал матрас в главной спальне. Он был сильно продавлен в центре из-за чего выспаться не получилось ни в одну из ночей. Или скатываешься внутрь, или приходиться лежать на самом краю. Межкомнатные двери. Ужасный скрип и шум при любом открытии. Фурнитуру можно смазать, что устранит часть звуков. Рыжие тараканы в комплексе и как минимум одного видели в самой квартире. Остальное в совокупности: сломанный штопор, грязные пол и двери, сломанные ручки у шкафа, часть посуды была грязной и т.д. Со всем пониманием, что это арендная квартира, она нуждается во вложениях для подержания приемлемого качества.

• Laura (7/5): A great apartment with all amenities and at a great price - It is a really spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is refreshing salt water and mostly quiet with sun beds available, although note there are no sun bed mattresses supplied like other apartments had. The washing machine and dishwasher were useful and the host even supplied enough detergent for both during our stay. They also supplied cleaning products, brand name shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and after sun lotion. Great location. Walking to the Duque beach takes around 15 minutes downhill, so be aware of the uphill walk back. However, plenty of Taxis at €5 back at the time of writing. 10 mins walk to the lively part and minutes away to restaurants. As mentioned in previous reviews which I now agree is the bedroom mattresses need replacing. They are so soft and not very comfortable.

• Vita (9/5): Quiet and convenient - Location is great. Quiet place. Well-equipped kitchen. Not too far from the beach. Nice shady park nearby. Spacious and always almost empty parking with the direct access to the building. The appartment has 3 balconies - one big for all guests and 2 small in each bedroom. Both pools were never crouded. Beds and pillows were a bit too soft.

Property in a great location and was equipped with everything a family needs. Very clean apartment and complex. 10 minute walk to the beach Lack of loungers around the pools. Apart from that it’s perfect.
• Badiant (9/5): Costa Adeje accomodation (2 couples) - Great location. Huge free parking lot in the back of the building. The apartment has 2 bathrooms which was great for since since we stayed 2 couples. Well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. Did not have AC, just a ceiling fan in both rooms. Would have given it a 10 if AC was available.
• Bernadette (9/5): Excellent property with great facilities for a short or long stay in Costa Adeje - Very spacious, immaculate inside, everything you needed for a self catering stay. Washing machine provided along with iron and ironing board. Cleaning products provided in the kitchen area and a large bottle of water on arrival. Two terraces on off lounge and smaller one off bedroom . Beach umbrella provided. Pool area not very good. All sun beds chained up and not able to be moved around . Very uncomfortable to lie on, no cushions on beds. No sunshades provided either at pool. If the property provided folding sun beds to be taken to the pool this would be an added bonus. Other apartments seem to do this as people were bringing their own beds down to the pool. We only used the pool once due to it being an uncomfortable area, which was a shame as the pool was lovely size and very cooling in the hot weather.
