• Sanz (7/5): Menos el sofá cama, para repetir sin dudarlo! - Muy bonito y moderno. Reforma integral reciente. Buena ubicación, próxima al centro caminando (unos 25 min.) y de la alameda a 10 min. Buen Supermercado a 3 min. En el sofá cama es casi imposible dormir. No sé si como supletoria para niños pero desde luego no adultos. Las puertas correderas necesitan ser revisadas ( la del baño se abre sola)

• tetebooking (1/5): ESTAFA EN BOOKING! LADRONES! - Nada, es una estafa! NO RESERVÉIS! ESTAFA! PISO DENUNCIADO! Este piso es una estafa, muy triste que booking no haga nada. Llegamos y al poco encontramos ratones dentro (tenemos videos y fotos!) y el alojamiento no sólo no nos ayudó a buscar una solución sino que no quiso reembolsarnos nada. Nos dijeron que reembolsarían y nos han mentido. Nos dejaron en la calle, a 6 personas, por la noche, lloviendo y en invierno. Nos han robado más de 500€ y no quieren ni contestarme al teléfono, nos han bloqueado. No sólo son ladrones sino también cobardes. El gerente se llama Jose Carlos y no es capaz de dar la cara. Los empleados son unos cobardes. La empresa gestora se llama Grupo Ixte y es la mayor vergüenza de Sevilla, al parecer ya tienen más denuncias. Yo estoy empezando todos los procedimientos legales para conseguir el reembolso. Tengo fotos y video de todo, aunque aquí sólo puedo subir fotos.

• Francisca (5/5): - La decoración y espacios bien proporcionados No me gusto para nada la mala explicación de su ubicación , si pone n18 portal 1 bajo , es en la puerta de garaje donde debe de poner eso , y no poner aviso a policía para no aparcar . El tema de la cerradura no es nada fácil a la primera . El baño de habitación de matrimonio debería de tener un ambientador es horrible lo que ju es le a cañería . El apartamento es perfecto para 4 persona y no para 6 , el sofá cama es lo más incómodo del mundo su colchón es excesivamente fino y se clava todo los hierros es incómodo no es para dormir , sirve para la función de lo que es un sofá . Había una nota que decía que en el refrigerador tenía unas bebidas de bienvenida cosa incierta no había nada .
• Elsa Viviana (3/5): Sucio - La ubicación y lo grande que estaba el apartamento, bueno aunque antes era un garaje pero esta bien como apartamento El apartamento estaba sucio cuando entre se veía que el polvo y el suelo no se limpia hace varios dias porque se notaba el polvo nada mas llegar, y al hablar con los encargados me decían que no era posible que si estaba limpio la solución fue mandarme a alguien el dia 2 cuando solo estaba tres dias y aparte en la nevera de bienvenida nos dejaron 4 aguas con limonada donde una de ellas esta utilizada a la mitad y si el apartamento era para 6 personas lo lógico es que dejaran 6 no 4 la verdad que no me gusto para el nada el trato asi a mi para resolver el problema se lavaban las manos y ya esta no volvería a repetir la verdad

• Jessy (10/5): Volvería sin pensarlo! Todo excelente. - Todo super limpio, tranquilo, excelente trato! Sin duda volvería.
• Estopiñan Gavilán (5/5): Limpieza y organización con el personal de limpieza un 0!!! - La climatizacion del apartamento La limpieza, nos dieron la entrada a las 16:30h y porque llamamos cabreados, y encima estaba la mujer de la limpieza dentro, SIN haber limpiado NADA!! Suelo pegajoso, la labadora llena de ropa sucia sin poner, hormigas, cucarachas...dedos marcados en los cristales, en el microondas...vamos una DECEPCIÓN el primer día. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros...si que es verdad que se ofrecieron para venir otro día, pero ya teníamos nuestras cosas personales colocadas y desde las 13h que según ellos estaba la de la limpieza dentro hasta las 16h que en teoría tendría que haber acabado, le tendría que haber dado tiempo de sobra en dejarlo más que limpio.
• Yamilee (10/5): Spacious, comfortable, and affordable apartment located in an area which makes you feel like you have traveled back in - Host were available and helpful prior to arrival and during our entire stay. Apartment has a comfortable and spacious set up. Bakery, restaurants/bar, and local supermarkets all within walking distance. Very lively night life and felt safe walking through the neighborhoods at night. If you have a car it’s very difficult to find parking. Although there are parking garages available to use in there area.

• Goksen (9/5): A great place to stay in Seville. - Modern and stlylish design. It was also fresh and new. The location was quite close to the centre. It was clean as well.
• Zhana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was gorgeous, very stylishly furnished and cozy. The location is very good: a little bit aside from the center, but still a 20-30 minutes walking distance from the cathedral and other sights. Very close to a hop-on hop-off bus station. No parking and no useful recommendations for such from the host. They could have been more helpful with that, it's not that hard. Well furnished kitchen with various appliances but no coffee capsules, no tablets for the dishwasher or the washingmachine either. Not even a sponge. It doesn't cost a fortune to put some of these in the kitchen.
• Christopher (10/5): Seville - a beautiful city, and a beautiful apartment to match! - I'm really happy that we decided to book this apartment for our stay in Seville. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how this apartment has two proper bedrooms (and not just one bedroom and a sofa-bed) and two full bathrooms as well. The location really worked in our favour - it was out of the centre, away from most of the attractions (but still well within walking distance), but really close to some great bars and cafes and, on Calle Relator, a wonderful little bakery - I visited them every day for our breakfast! As for the hosts, you couldn't ask for better - they were on hand to answer all our questions, and dropped us a line during our stay to make sure everything was going well - which it was! I'm not sure what to put here, frankly. I don't want to sound like everything was 100% positive about our stay in Seville - but it was honestly about 99% positive, and I am super happy about everything accommodation-wise. If anyone is on the fence about visiting this part of Spain, let me just say that we had about a week and a half there and never felt bored or like we needed to get further out from the city. Part of this was thanks to the accommodation being so perfect to relax in. If I could change one thing? The lights over the sofa are not the brightest, so when I was reading a book instead of from my Kindle I had to angle the page a little. There we go - a little balance to measure against the generally gushing tone of this review.

• J. (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in a quiet street of a great neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Good communication with the owner who checks (by message) every now and than if everything is at your like. I can really recommend this apartment.
• Katie (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartment - close to the centre - The location was great, and the air conditioning system was perfect - we arrived during very high temperatures, and the apartment gave us plenty of respite from the heat. Jose was also very attentive!
