• Bianca (7/5): Comodo logisticamente, in quartiere residenziale, peccato il piano terra - La porta di ingresso , che doveva aprirsi tramite App, era bloccata per qualche motivo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori per più di mezz'ora.... Si sono scusati, però il disagio c'è stato. Posizione buona, rumoroso per la strada ad alto traffico davanti; purtroppo essendo al piano terra era infestato dalle formiche, l'aspiratore in bagno non funzionava, il terzo cassetto della cassettiera grande nella camera era rotto con il frontale che cadeva a terra. Nel bagno mancavano i ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. Ottima la cucina, il frigorifero e la lavatrice/asciugatrice funzionavano benissimo. Scomodo il divano letto sia perchè corto, sia perchè andava rifatto ad ogni uso, pena il non poter usare la seduta durante il giorno. Riparerei l'aspiratore in bagno, dopo la doccia si appanna tutto. Riparerei il cassetto del cassettone, così è pericoloso, a mioa figliao è caduto sul piede.

• Russo (5/5): Ottima posizione ma da migliorare la pulizia - La posizione era ottima con la metro sotto casa. Gli interni erano anche accoglienti e simpatica l’app sul telefono per accedere alla struttura. Il divano-letto non era assolutamente per 2 persone. C’erano ciocche di capelli nei bagni, il copriletto del “divano” era sporco di sangue e capelli. L’acqua calda terminava in pochissimo tempo e per 4 persone voleva significare che la terza e la quarta avrebbero fatto la doccia fredda.

• Sílvia Oliveira Costa (7/5): It's ok for a short stay - The location is excellent, right outside the subway station. Despite being on a main street, there wasn't much noise in the early hours of the morning. However, there was a man urinating next to the entrance when we arrived on saturday night... The kitchen is well equipped, with a refrigerator, oven and washing machine in excellent condition, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... These small appliances could use an upgrade, but they worked. There is also a hair dryer! Spacious living room and kitchen area. Good value for money, considering the super convenient location and the accommodation's capacity. The studio is basically an adaptation of what used to be a shop/office. Essentially, the storefront is the entrance door with floor-to-ceiling windows. Obviously, it is non-transparent, but it lets in a lot of light that the curtains do not block. This may be an issue for those sleeping on the sofa. There are two air conditioners, but they don't heat at all. They were set to 30º in heating mode, and the space was never above 20º. There are leaks that need to be fixed, causing visible cracks in the ceiling. Although the kitchen is well equipped, some things that I consider basic were missing, such as a dish towel, placemats for eating, or even a simple soap in the bathroom. The bathroom door simply does not close. It is a sliding door and opens by itself. It is very annoying, and we had to find a way to have some privacy. The bedroom also has no door or partition to the living room. The sofa bed has sheets stored inside, but we have to make the bed ourselves. The cleanliness was okay. Sheets and towels were very clean, but the cleanliness of the accommodation could be much better. In short, it may have been a good place to stay in the past, but now it lacks some dedication and effort in the small details that make all the difference. You can feel the neglect and lack of care. For me, it was just fine for spending two nights in the center of Madrid.
