• Shane (10/5): Excellent stay - The villa was very modern and spacious. The layout of the kitchen in particular was very nice. Easily sleeps 10 people on 3 different levels. The outdoor area was perfect for people eating and the pool is private and also in a lovely area. Marianna was so nice to deal with was always there if we needed her. Would love to stay again. The road to Sorrento is quite narrow and dangerous but there is a bus stop right outside the villas gate for €2 to town.
• Nickie (5/5): - Good location Modern. Very clean! Great air. Overall met our needs. Waited to get in for a while and held up our leave time as well waiting for staff. Many things were broken. Swimming pool was unsafe with a pipe in it and only came up to my children knees. Not really a pool as advertised. Just disappointing.

• Guest (1/5): Mold in the house, did not stay for more than one night as we were all getting sick. - View was nice. House was covered in mold and the smell was horrible. The host had an attitude when we contacted her.

• paolodi (10/5): - Struttura molto accogliente, ampi spazi sia esterni che interni. Maria Pia ed Alessandro persone gentilissime e premurose. La villa dista circa 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Sorrento. Assolutamente consigliato
• Ellen (6/5): - Representanten for verten var svært imøtekommende, huset var ryddig og rent og fremsto ved første intrykk som svært ekslusivt. Kontakten med verten var ikke eksisterende etter at nøklene ble levert. Feil med teknisk utstyr og levering av nøkler fikk vi ingen tilbakemelding på. Huset var svært fuktig og bar preg av tydelig feilventilasjon ( synlig sopp i flere hjørner) uteområdet var uferdig og rotete noe somv ar svært synd for det hadde veldig potensiale
• Elisabeth (7/5): Het was een heerlijke week op een prachtige locatie. - Een heerlijk ruim appartement. In dit gebied heb je meestal maar een balkonnetje, maar hier zat ook nog een ruime tuin bij. Personeel/eigenaren heel vriendelijk. Half in de week nog een keer schoongemaakt. De ligging is lopend naar Sorrento net te doen. Terug wel een hele klim en bij warm weer kom je zeker zwetend aan. De kelder beneden verdieping is niet van dezelfde kwaliteit dan de boven verdieping. Er is daar ook een vocht probleem. En ruikt er muf. Je moet daarom ook het huis goed ventileren door alles open te zetten bij thuiskomst. Het personeel komt nadat we er over geklaagd hadden ook iedere dag water weg pompen bij het onderhuis.
• Svetla (8/5): Very good - The house was very close to Sorrento, 5 minutes by car. There is plenty of parking space. Very responsive staff.
• Kar (8/5): We did enjoy the villa overall despite some issues noted above. - The villa was lovely, first impression very clean , great kitchen, spacious with 4 double bedrooms. The outdoor pool was good if the weather has been better during our stay. The washing machine and tumble dryer were handy too. We had a car so was handy as although could walked up the hill from the town, it is not for everyone as it is really steep, took about 30mins to go up. The bedrooms in the lower level was humid despite having air conditioning on. During our stay, there was thunderstorm and heavy rain as a result the bathroom and utility room in the basement were flooded. Contacted the management and a guy was sent out to investigate after more than an hour. He couldn’t find the source. We cleaned up the flood , mopping and soaking up all the water. They did not sent any cleaner out to do it. If we have left the flood water as it was, the laminate flooring would have been damaged. After checked out I realised I left a couple of dresses and a top in the drawer. Contacted the management no respond, chased up a day later and they eventually responded with pictures of my clothings. It’s too late as we have left Sorrento. Not too please with the late in responding.
• Donna (8/5): Beautiful setting easily housing 8 people with lots of space - The villa was spacious, lots of room for us all. Nice and clean. Small building Off the pool with toilet, sink and shower. Also outside shower near the pool. Beautiful setting. Lovely lemon trees and plants. Gate accessible with fob to compound and then private gate with fob to villa so felt very safe. Kitchen has everything needed, teabags and coffee pods provided, facilities clean and quite new. Met at the entrance by Allesandro, added to group WhatsApp so multiple people could answer any issues if we had any, proved spare towels if needed etc. Sorrento centre is walkable down steps we found, takes around 30-40 minutes down, be prepared for a steep and hot walk back. The pool although nice was smaller and shallower than we would have liked. You can’t swim in it and the pebbles around the edge cover the grates which we almost put our feet through without realising.

• Bruce (9/5): A perfect end to an amazing holiday travelling through Italy - Amazing Villa with 4 large bedrooms and large gardens with pool. Modern styling throughout We booked the Villa knowing it wasn’t in Sorrento but we did think buses to Sorrento and back would be more frequent than we found them to be and a taxi wouldn’t be quite so expensive as it was, but we walked into Sorrento a couple times (downhill!) and the property was more than we hoped for!
• Daniel (8/5): We had a good vacation here. If next visitors are ok with the position of rooms and bathrooms, go without hesitation. - The area around the house is very nice, clean, confortable and quiet. The house itself is clean and you will find almost everything you need, except in the kitchen, there are few important tools that are missing or are unusable. There is also a bathroom near the pool so is no need to go inside in cas of need. The rooms are not as they are in photos and the description of them is not accurate. There are two bedrooms at the first floor, with the bathroom inside one of them… so inaccessible for the other bedroom. Staying here you have two options: go inside and disturb the people or go to the basement where is shared with the other two rooms. There are two more bedrooms at the basement with a shared bathroom and “almost without windows”, as there are one window at the top of the room, but not easly to open it (tipically for basements). Here is also humidity in the air. Apart of these aspects, the entire house is nice and clean.
• Hoffmannstropfen (9/5): Superb - We all had a wonderful time at villa annachiara. Great location with views down to Sorrento. Clean and comfortable. Lovely little extras to welcome us. Marie Louisa was superb at helping us. Going above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.
