- Stanislav (8/5): Decent place. - Location is great - 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Room facilities were clean. Private parking is available. All doors are keyless, which is a plus. The noise insulation is pretty non-existent. One can hear what is happening in other rooms. Also, if the room is next to the main entrance - the sound of buzzer and door opening/closing is quite loud. The stair to the bed is quite steep, so one has to be very careful when descending.

- Charline (9/5): Très agréable dans l’ensemble, je recommande ! - Le logement est bien équipé et confortable. Il est très proche du plein centre à pied et il est possible de garer sa voiture. Il faut savoir que le logement est situé à côté d’une route passante (rond point), cela n’est pas dérangeant pour dormir puisque le logement est bien isolé… mais ne vous attendez pas au calme sur la terrasse !

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche und schönen Bad, Couch, Fernseher, kleiner Esstisch und Bett auf einer Empore. Tolle Architektur. Gegenüber ist ein Shopping Center, in dem man auch essen kann und ein Supermarkt ist. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß 10 min entfernt. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. innen sehr ruhig bzw. Gut gedämmt. Man muss bei der Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz sehr langsam fahren, vielleicht mit Warnblinker, da die Einfahrt sich in einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt befindet.

- Benedikt (6/5): While the price is attractive and the building itself is charming, the lack of cleanliness and poor service significantl - In theory, this is a charming property in a restored house, but in reality, the experience was quite disappointing. Service and cleanliness were the main issues. Regarding noise, the situation was somewhat better than expected given the location on a busy road. However, once the nearby water fountain is turned off at night, traffic noise becomes more noticeable despite the renewed windows. Guests looking for a quieter stay should request rooms 107, 105, or 106, which are positioned more favorably. But all rooms have glass windows above the doors and with the lights in the hallway, the apartments can’t be fully dark making sleep more difficult. The location is on the outskirts of the historic town and still walkable, but requiring a bit of a longer walk. On-site parking is available, which is a positive aspect. Prior to arrival, we asked whether an early check-in (one hour earlier) would be possible if the apartment was already ready. Initially, the host indicated we could check on the day. However, upon arrival - even after receiving the access code - it did not work, and we were told it would only be activated at the official check-in time, despite the apartment being ready. This lack of flexibility and inconsistency in communication set the tone for the stay. The cleanliness was very poor: While the essentials such as fresh bed linen were provided, the rest of the apartment appeared insufficiently cleaned and this for several days, e.g. the staircase and floors were dusty, the kitchen contained half-empty water bottles and visible sugar residues on the table, and the bathroom showed clear signs of dirt, hairs and stains.

- Miguel (10/5): Excelente - Buena ubicación ,aparcamiento, limpieza, diseño... Caminas 10-15 min y estas ya en la zona bonita. A al lado, a unos 100 mt hay donde comer bien si no se quiere comer por el centro. Rambien enfrente hay un centro comercial. Nada en concreto, por decir algo, únicamente el hecho que el portal pequeño del muro lateral, se puede abrir desde fuera... Pero no es relevante ya que la zona se ve segura.

Se nota que todo está preparado al mínimo detalle para que al llegar disfrutes de la estancia. No se me ocurre nada que pueda mejorar.

- Robert (7/5): - Before I arrived I was emailed somewhat complicated instructions including news that I would need 3 codes including the parking lot, the building and my room. I wrote to the host telling him I didn't have a code for the parking lot but did have the other 2 codes. He wrote back indicating that he had sent me enough information. This was not helpful. Even if it was my error -- which it was not...I needed a code for the parking and he hadn't sent it -- his response was not helpful. When I arrived I couldn't get entry to the parking lot but the host answered my phone call. Two additional notes: (1) the building is somewhat difficult to find due to traffic and the nearby hospital and (2) the building and apartment is very nice but it is a loft with very steep and twisting stairs. Guests with any balance or mobility issues should probably avoid.

- Priya (10/5): Fin liten stad Gumaires enkelt att ta sig runt med fina promenader . - Nära till närmaste av city kärnan shopping , mat butiker , restauranger caféer. Lägenheten var mysig . Mindre bra för kallt och inte så bra redskap i köket . Kaffe maskin trasig. Städning toppen. Första hjälpen hjälpen behöver fyllas på med plåster , bra pincett sax. Centralt område bra nära busstation för ta sig smidigt till flygplatsen .

- Jaferraz (10/5): Estúdio de sonho - O alojamento superou as expectativas, muito próximo do centro da cidade. Durante toda a estadia não precisei usar o carro para nada. Limpeza excelente, anfitrião super prestável. Provavelmente um espaço para voltar sempre que possível. Nada a apontar.
- Sousa Dias (8/5): - Bom ambiente e calmo. Excelente localização. O aquecimento funciona muito bem. A decoração é bonita e simples, Água do duche tem uma boa temperatura e boa pressão. Colchão não é confortável. Os lençóis e toalhas de banho bem cheirosos mas com nódoas escuras. Congelador com acumulação de gelo, não permite que a porta feche eficazmente. Sofá muito baixo e assento desconfortável. Frigideira estragada. Suporte do duche para os frascos de shampô e gel duche é impróprio e muito sujo.
- jlg.salmones (10/5): - El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación excelente para conocer la ciudad. Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito, wifi, etcétera. También tiene justo enfrente un centro comercial y algunos bares y cafeterías muy cercanos. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
