• Amelie (10/5): We feel at home here - The welcome is simply perfect; the hosts make you feel right at home. You arrive in a little haven of peace with a sublime garden and a superb terrace. The accommodation is beyond impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and the breakfast was to die for, warmly prepared by the hosts. It's the best accommodation I've stayed in during my stay!
• Romanat (9/5): - Belle maison, proche du centre ville de Saranda. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et en même temps très pros, et les petits déjeuners très bons. Chambre avec balcon très agréable, parking Bel endroit, belles rencontres. La salle d'eau un peu petite.

Ogród bardzo zadbany i na swój niepowtarzalny klimat, gdy ma się szczęście-spotkasz mieszkające w nim żółwie.Przemili właściciele, którzy zawsze służą pomocą i są chętni do pogawędki. Pokój duży i łóżko bardzo wygodne. Śniadania bardzo dobre, ale mogłyby być trochę bardziej urozmaicone.

• Julia (10/5): - Villa jest przepiękna, cudowny ogród, codziennie o poranku śniadanie wśród zapachu kwiatów. Do morza jest spory kawałek spacerem i powrót pod górkę. Gospodarze to cudowni ludzie, którzy służą pomocą. Można się tam poczuć jak w domu dzięki rodzinnej atmosferze.
• MAUD (7/5): Chambre d hôte agréable pour se reposer . - Hôte accueillant et à nos petits soins. Petit déjeuner agréable sous la terrasse ombragée. Chambre d hôte très agréable. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de rideau pour la douche.
• Aurore (9/5): - Ce qui marque le plus c est la gentillesse de notre hôte et la beauté du jardin très fleuri. C’est un petit coin de paradis qui sent délicieusement bon. La chambre est fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est surprenante (mais cela semble être souvent le cas en Albanie) car la pièce entière est en fait la douche en même temps, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout. C est dépaysant 😊 Le petit déjeuner est parfait, exactement la bonne quantité, nous qui avons l’habitude des petits déjeunez qui font aussi office de déjeuner avec le rab. L’omelette était absolument délicieuse et on sens que c’est fait avec amour. Nous recommandons évidement chaudement et reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Le seul bémol serait les rideaux pas assez occultants qui empêchent de dormir quand on a besoin d’être dans le noir. Si on a l’habitude de la lumière alors c’est parfait.

• Melanie (9/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft, herzliche Inhaber, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen. - Wir wurden von den Inhabern unglaublich herzlichen empfangen, und zwar in einem kleinen Paradies. Der Eingangsbereich und die mit Pflanzen übersäte Terrasse mit ihren vielen entzückenden Details hat uns gleich von Beginn an den Atem geraubt - in Kombination mit dem tollen Ausblick. Wir hatten mit beiden immer wieder tolle Gespräche, haben super Tipps und Hinweise bekommen. Es fühlte sich an, als wären wir in die Familie aufgenommen worden. Und das ganze wurde noch ergänzt, mit einem super leckeren, immer frisch zubereitete Frühstück. Die Zimmer in der ersten Etage sind einfach, aber alles ist sauber und man hatt alles, was man braucht. Da gibt es rein gar nichts

• kuz (8/5): Immerso nei fiori - La colazione, semplice e completa, sotto un gazebo, circondato da bellissime piante e fiori coltivati con passione dalla signora Mila Ci sono delle cose da sistemare, la posizione sulla mappa che non era corretta, le protezioni sulle scale che portano alle stanze, il soffione della doccia che è difficile da gestire ( questo è una cosa comune in tutte le strutture visitate in Albania).

• Vicky Simcock (9/5): Rob Vicky and Nicks 10 day stay - The hospitality of the hosts. The breakfasts were amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms. The turtles weee ace.!!! Mila and Iliri were very friendly too. The chairs on the patio balcony were broken and there were only 2 despite the fact we were in a room for 3. It would have been better to have a table on the balcony too. And also the room lacked hangars and would have benefited from hooks on the walls to allow clothes to be hung. Having to pay extra for a second come of coffee in the morning was embarrassing. A maiden for drying clothes would have been helpful too

Oda konusuna ve villa sahiplerine gelirsek tek kelimeyle mükemmellerdi ikisi de az da olsa Türkçe konuşabiliyorlar hele ki karısı iyi derecede anlayabiliyor ama konuşurken biraz zorlanıyor çok memnun ve mutlu ayrıldık Hiç birşey herşey mükemmeldi

• Nicoleta (9/5): Feeling like home - Very nice location, beautiful garden, very very clean. Breakfast was different every day, which is very important. We had dedicated parking space. We could go outside the room directly in the garden, which gives a very comfortable sensation. But above all these, the friendly hosts made the place very friendly and nice. Some problems with drain and toilet in the room, but not that bad, I'm sure they will be easily fixed. Wi fi signal in our room is something which needs to be improved. For those who have no roaming, wi fi at the accommodation is essential. But all in all, it was very good. I recommend this place to stay
• GiuseppeAngelo (10/5): Da non perdere per chi non ama il caos di strade affollate. - Cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre sorridenti e pronti per qualsiasi esigenza. Posizione comodo per i vari tours e soprattutto al di fuori del caos di Saranda, città albergo senza alcun fascino. Colazione in giardino al mattino splendida sia per contenuti (soprattutto salati come da nostra richiesta), si per l'atmosfera bucolica in mezzo ad una raccolta di piante e fiori notevole. A 300 metri dal B&B c'e una pizzeria favolosa con vista sul mare e Corfù, in grado di preparare piatti alternativi alla pizza di ottima qualità e prezzi molto contenuti.

• Ali (10/5): We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone - This is a wonderful haven in Saranda with amazing hosts in Mila and Iliri and they were super helpful with local knowledge regarding places to visit and restaurants. Mila’s Breakfasts were outstanding and different every day. The rooms worked well for us as a family of four. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. However we needed a car to make the location work for us and the hosts provided a great recommendation.

• Christiane (7/5): - Es gab einen sehr schönen Garten und ei leckeres Frühstück. Die Lage ist m.E. nicht gut. Es dauert zu Fuß mindestens 35 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum,; zum Strand ist es ungefähr identisch. Es gilt auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft einen steilen Berg an einer sehr befahrenen Straße zu bewältigen.
• Govor (10/5): Totul a fost excelent. Am gasit tot ce am avut nevoie ca sa ne simtim bine cat am stat acolo. - Mentionez de la inceput ca este al doilea an cand venim in aceasta locatie. Am fost primiti de proprietari ca si cum am fi prieteni de ani de zile intampinandu-ne cu urmatoarele cuvinte " Bine ati venit acasa". Am stat aici opt zile, in fiacare zi facand incursiuni in jurul Sarandei. Pentru plaja am fost la recomandarea gazdelor pe Plaja Kalivoj, o plaja salbatica dar atat de intima si frumoasa pe ne-am simtit atat de bine ca stateam in apa chiar si o ora fara sa iesim. Briza marii, lipsa valurilor, lipsa bolovanilor si vantul rece din spre munte a facut ca sa nu resimtim caldura caniculara specifice acestei perioade. Masa de dimineata care ne-a fost servita a fost atat de consistenta incat pana aproape de seara nici nu mai simteai nevoia sa mai mananci ceva. Seara cand ne retrageam la pensiune nu resimteam caldura verii deoarece in curte exista foarte multe plante care mentin o atmosfera racoroasa si placuta. Pentru cei care au copii o atractie o reprezinta si broastele testoase care se plimba libere prin curte spre deliciul clientilor. Nu am putut gasi ceva ca sa nu ne placa. Totul a fost excelent. Chiar si camerelor unde am dormit nu am gasit ceva ce sa reprosam. Nici in curtea pensiunii nu am gasit nici un fel de mizerie sau ceva nelalocul lui.

• GUZELAY (10/5): - Konum olarak sahile biraz uzak ama bizim aracimiz vardi ve kendi park yeri olan bir yer secmek istedik. Otopark sorunu olmadi, otel temizdi, kahvaltisi gercekten guzeldi. Biz sadece uyumak icin kullandigimiz icin temiz olmasi, otopark sorunu olmamasi ve genel olarak ortamin huzurlu olmasini istemistik bekledigimizden cok daha iyidi. Kahvalti ozellikle guzeldi, kahvalti tabagi, bir tatli ve meyve geliyor. Mila (otel isletmecisi) kendi hazirliyormus ve cok tatli bir insan. Dost canlisi babaannesi izmirde dogmus turkiyeyi de biliyorlar. Kahvaltida ilk gun sosis vardi, yememistik ertesi gun hemen gelip pilic eti olsugunu soyledi, bu tarz konularda da cok hassaslar. Her sey cok cok temizdi. Arac sikintiniz yoksa kesinlikle burada kalin zaten sahillere istediginiz gibi gidebiliyorsunuz, ayrica sehirde genel olarak park sorunu var. Bu nedenle araciniz varsa bile aksam gezmek icin taksi tutabilecegiz kadar yakin. Tatilimizde her gece farkli yerde kalarak ilerliyorduk, cok begendigimiz icim bir gece daha kalmak istedik.

• julkamw (10/5): Niezwykła gościnność w pięknym miejscu :) - Spędziliśmy tu z mężem kilka dni i był to dla nas wyjątkowy czas. Obiekt jest piękny, bardzo zadbany, a przede wszystkim prowadzony przez małżeństwo, które wkłada całe serce w to, co robi. Gospodarze są niezwykle gościnni, pomocni i otwarci. Poczuliśmy się jak na wakacjach u rodziny :) Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce i mamy ogromną nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy! Brak.
• Laszlo (10/5): Kedves szállásadók, csodás kert. - A szállás gyönyörű kertben található. A szoba teljesen rendben volt hatalmas terasszal. Megérkezésünkkor kávéval fogadtak bennünket. Nagyon kedves házaspár üzemelteti a szállást érkezésünkkor, nagyon jót beszélgettünk. Nagyon változatos és bőséges volt a reggeli Kicsit furcsa volt, hogy a reggelinél választani kellett a juice és a kávé között. (mi mindkettőt szerettünk volna).

• Carla (10/5): Molt acollidor - El lloc és preciós i molt acollidor. Els propietaris són un encant, sempre molt atents i ajuden amb tot el que faci falta. L'esmorzar que ofereixen és de 10 i els productes són del seu propi hort. Pots anar caminant al centre i tens supermercats molt propers.

• Renzo (9/5): Heel gezellig en super schattige uitstraling met schildpadden en een prachtige tuin! - De gastheer en gastvrouw waren super lief en klaar om je te helpen elk moment van de dag! Ook gaven ze tips en leuke ideetjes om nog te bezoeken. Ze zijn heel gezellig en altijd in om een praatje met je te maken. Ontbijt werd elke ochtend vers voor je gemaakt en er werd goed rekening gehouden met dieetwensen. Elke dag werd de ruime kamer met ruim balkon weer helemaal netjes gemaakt! We zullen hun nooit vergeten! De badkamer was wat klein, maar dat was al gezien op de foto’s. Dus dat was niks nieuws.

• Daniel (10/5): Unterkunft mit Liebe und Herzlichkeit - Uns hatte alles gefallen! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und kümmerten sich immer um das Wohl der Gäste. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Unterkunft waren sehr sauber. Es war sehr entspannend sich einfach auf die gemeinsame Terrasse zu setzen, den Windzug zu genießen. Viele Informationen wurden einem gegeben, wenn man was wissen wollte. Tolle Hinweise z.b. zu besseren Ausflugsrouten, als das Navi es vorschlug. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag wirklich gut und abwechslungsreich! Wir haben viel über das Land, die Leute und die Sprache erfahren. Mit einfachen Worten: "einfach toll", wenn wir wieder in die Nähe kommen, dann werden wir auch sofort wieder hier einchecken!

Le jardin de la villa est superbe, le petit déjeuner fait maison avec des produits naturels est bien garni et délicieux ! Les équipements sont corrects sans plus mais tout est fonctionnel et rien ne gâche l'expérience. L'emplacement est un peu isolé, de la plage, il vous faudra 20 min de marche environ.

• Furkan (9/5): Very pleasant stay with an amazing hostess - The hostess was simply amazing, very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The served breakfast is delicious as well! The bathroom was a bit cramped, the toilet and shower area more or less are merged into the same space.

• Anne (10/5): - Super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin, leckeres frisch gemachtes Frühstück (zB Ei, Gemüse, Brot, Aufstrich, Fleisch, Obst), wunderschöner Garten.
• Silke Urban (9/5): - Die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Gastgeberpaars sind einfach großartig. Die Unterkunft bietet einen überdachten Garten, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Das ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Auch abends sitzt es sich hier angenehm. Die Besitzerin spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr am Austausch mit ihren Gästen interessiert, eine tolle Gesprächspartnerin. Da das Guesthouse nicht in der lauten und chaotischen Innenstadt und nicht in Strandnähe liegt, sind die Gäste hier eher ruhig und definitiv keine Partypeople. Da man im Albanienurlaub sowieso mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, stört es nicht, dass man nicht direkt im touristischen Getümmel ist und immer mit einer Anfahrt zu allem zu rechnen hat. Alles in allem: Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

• MURIEL (9/5): - Hôte très accueillante. La maison est très agréable avec un beau jardin et des chambres spacieuses. Une amélioration est au niveau de la salle de bain. Le même robinet pour la douche et le lavabo c'est pas commode. Bien que le petit-déjeuner soit très bons et copieux, c'est dommage qu'on ne peut prendre qu'une boisson soit café soit jus.
• Marco (9/5): - Host fantastico. Colazione ottima. Ottima ospitalità. Siamo stati veramente bene. La villa è curatissima e la veranda per la colazione è molto bella. Il posto e fuori dal centro di Saranda. Da tenere in considerazione che è a 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e quindi al ritorno in salita. Se si ha la macchina la posizione è strategica per le attrazioni della zona ed è fuori dalla confusione del centro.
• Magdalena (10/5): Cudowne miejsce! Bardzo polecam - Miejsce prowadzone jest przez Przecudowne małżeństwo. Pani jest bardzo miła i zawsze służy pomocą. Miejsce jest bardzo zadbane, czyste, klimat tworzy roślinność, można odpocząć przy pięknych kwiatach. Rano jest serwowane pyszne śniadanie, które można zjeść w pięknym ogrodzie. Dodatkowo, czasem odwiedzał nas żółw 😀
• Elvira (7/5): Ubicación tranquila y Mila un encanto - Mila es muy amable y atenta. El desayuno en el patio es una maravilla, muy variado. La habitación es normal, pero amplia, con aire y un balconcito. Bien ubicado, pudimos aparcar en la puerta, caminando llegas al centro en media horita (y no estás en el bullicio de Saranda, que es un agobio), la zona es muy tranquila. Para llegar al centro es de bajada, volver al hotel es de subida jeje. Buena opción para estar una noche y no estar en el ruidoso centro. Estábamos en la segunda planta y el wifi iba regular. El baño no tiene ducha, es decir, la alcachofa está allí mismo y te duchas en el mismo baño (en el que hay un desagüe).
• simona (9/5): Villa Joanna e Matteo the best - MILA la proprietaria ci ha Coccolati e fatto di tutto per render il soggiorno piacevolissimo. Le api al mattino a colazione alcuni giorni. La distanza in discesa, ma poi in salita di 1 km se la fai a piedi da Saranda mare.

• Nora (10/5): It was a great stay I can really recommend it! - The location was great. It’s not direct at the beach front but it’s like a 20 minutes walk. So it’s quite quite there. The hosts were the sweetest and very welcoming. And they have a few turtles in the garden, when you’re lucky you might see them. The shower in the bathroom. When you shower the entire bathroom gets wet- but it dries really quick.

La proprietaria è una donna fantastica gentile e disponibile sempre. La colazione eccezionale , abbondante e preparata al momento. Che altro dire 😍 la consiglio e ci ritorneremo al più presto. La mancanza del box doccia nel bagno.

• Heike (8/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich sehr darum bemüht es für alle schön und angenehm zu machen. Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll zubereitet und der Garten ist unglaublich schön. Balkon mit guter Aussicht. Die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung und hat immer das komplette Bad unter Wasser gesetzt.

• Jeanne (10/5): Amazing and peaceful time at Joanna&Mattheo guesthouse - Our stay at Joanna & Matteo villa was expceptional. Mila is the sweetest host we have ever met. She is kind, generous, attentive and has a beautiful heart. She welcomed us at the villa as if it was our home for the few days we were there, and it really did feel like home. Moreover, she serves the best breakfasts every morning, with fresh figs from her backyard tree, absolutely delicious. The place is well located, a little bit outside of the center, making it absolutely peaceful. The views on the mountains are mesmerizing and the main area is beautiful and well maintained. If we ever come back to Saranda, we would definitely come to Mila's place again, so should you ! Only positive things to say Thank you for everything xxox (For Mila : we hope you got the keys, we don't have a phone to call you :( )

Ac worked almost too well 😀 Bonus: small tv to watch paris olympics 😁 Wifi worked only outside but at least you can’t hide behind your phone then!

You can see they put a lot of effort into making the place cozy (particularly the garden and breakfast area), and breakfast was just delicious The bathroom in our room was a bit small and there was no dedicated area for the shower. By the time you finish showering, the whole bathroom was a little pool
