Difficult to check in , we already there , we want to take the room and parking card the security guard ask many things , host take time reply Whatsapp , call not answering. Waste our time ! Check in 11.30pm , checkout 3am , only 3 hours we stay ! My children were very badly disturbed by ghosts. They attacked and taunted my children. We immediately left . The host didn't pick up the phone. The next day he just pretended not to know . Please guys don't stay here if you bring kids !
Chau Wah (7/5): Convenient location value of money - Easy check in. Fast response from the service provider. Value for money. Easy check out. Friendly helpful guard at lobby. Coz the unit facing the main road and construction side， couldn't open the window to enjoy the cool and fresh air because constant air and sound pollution( construction side ceased till 10pm) from outside. And the pillows given were too soft. If used the extra pillow the smell of it too strong (sweat). I hope they can improve.

Elaine (3/5): Just won’t come again. I felt the best condo is geo38 and windmill grand - The toilet was so smelly and dirty. The single bed room has bed buds. Many mosquito at the single bed room. Overall the cleanliness is bad. It feels dirty until me and my family member had goosebumps. The balcony was so dirty and smelly too. I think the sewage pipe is not properly maintain.

Chung (1/5): Bad - We left the premise vacant for 2 days to attend a wedding event, while we find no reason to bring the key along, we put it back into the mailbox. When we went back, the key was missing and therefore we contacted the owner, 10mins later, the key reappeared in the mailbox. It was obvious some staff took it, and then quickly put it back when we complained. We felt the stay was not safety.

During our stay, unlucky for us because there was no water supplies on the second day. From morning until 12noon. It's totally pissed us off, plus we're traveling with kids who needs toilet like every hour. However, as compensation the agent give us late check out at 1.30pm. Glad for that.
