We were informed that “booking.com cancelled our booking”. - Nothing Upon arrival we rang the property to ask about the check in. We were informed that “booking.com cancelled our booking”. They couldn’t provide us any other details. When we rang booking.clm they told us that they didn’t cancel our booking. The property didn’t answer their phone for hours until I rang off my friends phone. They offered us an alternative property which was in terrible condition with a £150 refund. We did not receive this refund for weeks after, only after ringing and texting the property almost everyday. Was a terrible experience , really poor communication,wouldn’t recommend booking with this property or “Dream apartments”(their other name)

- Roise (1/5): Awful - Nothing. We were scammed. Arrived at the apartments and they were all full. Wasn’t sent a code to check in. Then met another group of people at the door who were also scammed and had come over from Scotland and had no where to stay. We missed half a concert we had tickets for due to this. We tried ringing several times and messaged them on booking.com and got no response. Had to sleep in our car in Belfast as we couldn’t find any other affordable accommodation due to a concert in the area.
I had also messaged the day before to ask about parking and they replied then to say where to park, therefore I know they were contactable through the app. I still haven’t received a response or refund. Finally got a reply from a whatsapp number I found for Dream Apartments on Facebook telling me the apartment was double booked and the other people had already checked in

1- Is not friendly for childern, if you have cholder - do not bring them with you.
2- If you are over-weight - this place is not yours,
3-Not for Disable poeple as well.
4- very rude untrained staff.-
5- check in policy is SCAM, just one hour before check in will send a long message to tell how to dwposit £150 and to take screen shot to send it to different email and to send your personal bank details to get your refunf after 72 hour [ damge policy ] amd also will aske you for your personal email to send the instruction and how to pay in the £150.
6- the staff said to me if I did not pay the money in the way has been instructed in the email HOW YOU WILL KNOW THE CODE TO ENTRE THE FLAT, very rude, and no reapect as my money has been taken in full and none refundable. I SAID TO HER: I HAVE NO TIME TO DO ALLL THIS WORK FOR £150 and I will pay by card or even cash at the reception other wise I am so tired and can mot do paper work after I took my childern to the cara heading to the hotel.- she said that is fine dont come if you didnt pay and put the phone off🦧
- Michelle (5/5): Beautiful apartment poorly managed - Beautifully decorated and comfortable property Very unhelpful staff. I had to chase for the code to get in two hours before stay and was advised I then needed a deposit via bank transfer to which there was no mention of I’m booking or confirmation. I tried to call 11 times after to see if I could extend check out. No answer. No reply to emails.
Coffee maker that takes pods and none provided. No cleaning products for dishes or dishwasher. No tea towels in a self catering accommodation.
It had been cleaned around the edges and not a full deep clean. The bed was full of dust, the showers dirty. It’s a shame as it was a really beautiful property and could have been an easier stay.

- Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - It was a beautiful apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to reach out from the Center by taxi or bus. There are cafes and restaurants around, as well as SPAR which is open 24h.
